Practial Exercise

1. Discover what's holding you back. What is blocking you from giving head like the best of them.

2. Look up tongue and mouth exercises and practice them this week to build up your tongue strength and mouth stamina.

3. Discuss with your Dominant what type of oral service they would like and how to incorporate it into your lives on a regular basis.

The topic of this podcast is Total Power Exchanges. It gives my definition of Total Power Exchange and discusses creating a list of rules, rituals and routines in preparation for setting up your total power exchange.

I would like to add in the notes that it is a really good idea to actually write them down and not just sit down together and "tell" each. If its in writing then each person can review what the other has said, exactly they way the person meant it.
