      <description>The Army is seeking a Program Analyst for the Army Long Term Family Case Management Center (ALTFCMC) who will be responsible for conducting outreach to Families of deceased Soldiers six months after the date of casualty. Representatives are responsible for identifying eligible cases though the Army?s Defense Casualty Information Processing System (DCIPS). Much of the outreach is conducted telephonically however there are instances where mailings of informational packets are required. During the telephonic outreach to Primary and Secondary Next of Kin, the Support Staffer informs the Family member of the services provided by ALTFCMC and as if they would like to provide feedback or comments regarding the Army?s casualty and mortuary programs. This feedback is captured in Quickbase, ALTFCMC?s customer relations management tool. Outreach Support staff is responsible for tracking survey results and participation daily. Candidates must be available for 40+ hour, 5 day work weeks on shifts ranging from 7am to 12 midnight, weekdays, weekends and holidays.
