			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks again to everyone who took part in our recent customer survey. Your entries and opinions were gratefully appreciated.</p>
<p>Each survey return is being analysed and we will shortly be in touch to address all your points and provide some guidance where it’s needed. In the mean time, here are the preliminary survey results for you to cast your eye over...</p>
<p>Overall, 91% of respondents are Always / Very Satisfied with Suite26. We will continue to work our hardest to ensure that we get to that magic 100%</p>
<p>When it came to 'how easy Suite26 was to use' - 77% of you find it 'Easy', with 23% requiring some further assistance.  We will do some further testing on this - our aim is to improve our help files, make the system easier to navigate and also ensure that our support service is as helpful and accessible as possible, something that is happening as we type this message to you!</p>
<p>Over 90% of you find the import process 'Easy' and just over 85% feel that the creation of an email campaign is also 'easy to do'.   When it came to the use of templates 60% found the process 'quite easy', with 40% finding it 'quite difficult' -  something we intend to fix and possibly hold some webinar demonstrations on in the very near future. However, almost 100% agree the email templates should be improved. We are currently investigating how we could improve this using a new design service.</p>
<p>When it comes to sending – over 95% of you consider the scheduling and sending of an email campaign in Suite26 'to be easy', which is of course great news. With just under 91% rating the reporting of their email campaigns as 'Easy to manage'.</p>
<p>95% feel that Suite26 offers value for money.</p>
<p>We will be in touch in the near future regarding these results and improvements as we need to make sure we hit our '100% satisfaction' goal.</p>

<p>Any email campaigns you try to send or have scheduled to send this morning <span style="text-decoration: underline;">will not be sent</span>.  Our tech team are currently working on the problem and we hope to have this fixed as soon as possible.</p>
<p>Any email campaigns you do send or already have scheduled to go out will be released automatically once the issue is resolved.</p>

<p>This notification contains very important information about the email marketing service we provide.</p>
<p>We are moving all of <span style="text-decoration: underline;">our servers</span> to a new high-tech high speed data centre in Maidenhead on 10th February 2012.  This means that Suite26 will be down and unavailable between the hours of <strong>22.00 on Friday 10th</strong> February and <strong>06:30 on Saturday 11th</strong> February.</p>
<p>We require all servers to be shut down cleanly at 22:00 on the 10th February to ensure the servers boot up without issue post migration, at 06:30 on the 11th of February 2012.</p>
<p>We anticipate that all servers will begin to be powered up between the hours of 03:00 and 04:00 on Saturday 11th. We are planning to have Suite26 fully restored by 06:30.</p>
<p>Rest assure that we will be working around the clock to ensure that this migration is as smooth and professional as possible.</p>
