How To Recover Disappeared/Hidden Files & Folders From Pen-Drives,Hard-Disks Due To Virus

Hello My Dear Friends,

I'm Sujoy, and today I'll tell you how to recover your files/folders from pen-drives(flash drives),hard disks,memory cards which got disappeared/hidden due to virus or some other reasons. Remember,this trick can't recover files/folders which disappeared due to file system errors or disk crashes.

Yesterday,my friend brought his 2TB Seagate external hard disk to me,complaining that some of his folders are not showing in windows explorer,but total used space hasn't decreased.

Then I opened my favorite Command Prompt and fixed the problem! How? Explained below-

1. For Windows Vista,Windows 7 and Windows 8 users,connect the pen-drive or hard-disk to your pc and double click to open it,as usual; or right click on the drive from My Computer,then select explore.

Then press & hold the SHIFT key and right click on any blank area & select "Open command window here", a command prompt window will open.

For Windows XP users,press & hold Windows key,then press R key, ie, Windows+R. Type cmd and press enter,command prompt will open. Then type device's drive letter followed by a colon.

Example- H: ,as my pen-drive is now H drive.

2. Then type this command attrib -s -h -r and press the TAB key. Each time you press the TAB key,a new folder name will appear beside the attrib -s -h -r command. When you see your desired folder name,which got hidden,press enter key,the selected folder will be visible & will appear in the explorer window. If not,just refresh the drive window,by F5.

For example,a folder named "project" got hidden on my 4GB pen-drive. You can see in the screenshot,no folder is visible on pen-drive,but used space is 439MB.

Then I'll open command prompt and type attrib -s -h -r and press TAB. I'll see folder named Project appeared on screen beside attrib -s -h -r. I'll now press ENTER. And magic!! The folder project will appear on pen-drive! Now I can double click it and see the contents!!

One tip- Fully scan your pc with a good and most importantly,UPDATED Anti-Virus after that,so that such problem doesn't appear again.

How To Install & Configure Java JDK On Your Computer?

How to enable your computer for java programming?

First,download Java Development Kit(JDK) form one of the following addresses-

Double click the downloaded file(in our example,it should be named as jdk-7u6-windows-i586.exe) and follow the installation process,there will be two installations,one for the JDK, another is JRE(Java Runtime Environment).

After the installation,go to Command Prompt by pressing Windows Key+R. Type java -version and hit enter,it'll show interpreter's version. Then type javac -version and hit enter. If the javac command completed successfully then you don't have to follow the steps below. But,if you get an error like this- 'javac' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file ,then do the following-

Go to Start -> Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings -> Environment Variables, select the system varable named "Path" and click the Edit button. Add the address of java's bin sub-directory at the end of the list in the Variable Value field(in our example C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.7.0_06\bin) then click the ok button.

To test the environment open command prompt by pressing Windows Key+R.

Type java -version and hit enter to see interpreter's version number.

And type javac -version and hit enter to see compiler's version number.

Both the versions should match. If it matches,you're ready to do java programming!

Note: Other than java programming,if you install the jdk,you'll be able to run java-archives(i.e .jar files) on your computer! There are plenty of java applets(small applications) are available on the internet for free! Also java is needed for surfing various internet sites.

Windows 7 Not Detecting External Hard Disk_Solved!

Hi friends,

Last week,I brought my friend's Seagate 2TB external hard disk to backup some files on my computer. That hard disk runs on 9v ac adaptor,connect the adaptor to ac 220v supply,and connect usb port to pc and work. I connected the adaptor to mains,and usb to my Acer Aspire One h532 netbook,led light on harkdisk glew,my windows 7 given regular "ping" sound confirming that it has detected the harddisk,but the device is not showing on My Computer! I waited for few minutes,tried refreshing my computer,still no signs of harddisk! I connected the harddisk to another desktop computers having Windows7 and Windows XP,it worked for both. I again tried connecting the harddisk to other two usb ports on my netbook,didn't help! Then I ran my genius brain ;-) and solved the problem! Here's how-

Right click on "computer" (previously called my computer),choose "manage", choose "device manager",expand "universal serial bus controller",select your problematic device(in my case,it was named 'external'),right click on it,and select "uninstall". After the uniinstallation process,.disconnect the device from your computer and restart your computer. Now after restart,reconnect your device,this time windows should detect your device and and automatically reinstall required drivers for it,you can see the progress in taskbar.

If this trick does not work,and you're confirmed that the device is ok,you can perform a "system restore" from "start menu",type 'restore',and choose "system restore",and follow the on screen instructions,in Windows7.

July Player- Best Video Player For Nokia Touch Screen Phones

Hi friends!

Today I'll review the app JULY PLAYER ,best ever video player for Nokia touch screen phones(S60v5). Well,for about last two years,I've been using Smartmovie Player. But the bigest problem with smartmovie is,sometimes it automatically crashes while playing a video. Then again uninstalling,reinstalling,crack search on internet,lots of headaches!

Then I found the July Player,and using it for over 8 months! It has some very good features-

It plays anything- It can play 640x360 or 640x480 mp4 videos with avc10 video codec. That means it can play the mp4 videos which default Real Player on S60v5 cannot play! Though performance isn't that good while playing high-res videos,but at least I can play it!

It Never Hangs- Since I'm using it,it has never crashed or hanged! If it were Smartmovie,it would have crashed once per week!

Built-In Live Radio,Live Tv- It has got built in online radio,where you can listen to channels all over the world,built in Live Tv app to enjoy Live Tv. No need to install any other software.

File Manager- You can select which file to play,from memory card,great if you have some secret files in folders other than Vidoes folder!

A Visual Gallery- If you like gallery view,then go to Video icon,here all your videos are placed in thumbnail view! Simply spot and play!

How To Add Your Picture In Any MP3 Song

So,how to add your picture in the album art of a song?

There are three methods for doing this-

1. Nokia Phone Music Player Method.
2. Nokia Music Manager Method(PC).
3. Windows Media Player Method(PC).

The first method you can do right on your phone! But,this album art will be visible in your phone only. For second and third methods,you require a computer. But if you send the song to any other Nokia phone,it'll show your picture while playing!

First method first,open music player on your phone(for S60v3 and S60v5 phones),open All
Songs > Press Options > Album Art > Change > Select a picture and add it. That's all!
For rest two methods on pc,you can go for any method,but I personally prefer Nokia Music Manager Method,as it works well with Nokia Phones.

Nokia Music Manager is available with Nokia PC Suite 7.1.18.0. If you are using Nokia Music Manager for the first time,then you have to do a little thing for the first time only. Right click on any mp3 file > Properties > Opens with > Select 'browse' > And locate to C:\program files\nokia\nokia pc suite 7\music manager.exe ,select it and click ok. That's it.

I've included the video below how to do it by last two methods,so I'm not writing in detail. Just watch the video,and you could do it yourself!

Nokia Pc Suite Not Detecting My 5233 Phone,Solved!

Hi there!

Few days ago,I formatted my pc and loaded Windows XP Professional Service Pack 2. After loading all softwares,and setting everything up,I connected my Nokia 5233 to my computer in Pc Suite Mode.

I was using Nokia Pc Suite 7.1.18.0. But windows could not detect my phone. I checked my phone, Menu > Settings > Connectivity > USB > Pc Suite Mode. Ask on Connection > No. That means setting is ok on phone. And there's a small USB symbol on the top right section of the screen. This indicates that the phone is recognising the USB connection. What might be the problem?

After doing a little research and googling,I found the solution! This is a driver related problem. You have to download the latest driver from this link-
http://europe.nokia.com/support/product-support/cable-drivers/driver-for-nokia-dke-2-dku-2-ca-42-ca-53-ca-70-ca-101

Download the driver,now go to Start > Control Panel > Add or remove programs > Find 'Nokia Connectevity Cable Driver' and uninstall it. Now close Control Panel and install the newly downloaded driver. If it asks for restart,click yes. After restart,connect the phone in Pc Suite Mode,it will detect the phone. Leave it for few minutes while Windows configures and installs the phone. Now you're ready to use it. Enjoy!

How To Download Files From Mediafire.com Using Opera Mini

Today I'll tell you how to download files from www.mediafire.com on your phone using Opera Mini 4. I've done the testing using Opera Mini 4.3 ,but it's applicable on any version of Opera like 4.0 or 5.1 or 6. This trick I invented one day when I was trying to download a game from Mediafire.

First turn off or uncheck the "mobile view" option from Settings page of Opera Mini. Now open any site where a Mediafire link is posted. Click on the Mediafire link,it'll redirect you to adfly.com or any other site and will tell you to wait for some time before redirecting. But in java browser with no falsh support,if you wait till infinity,it'll never send you to original mediafire site.

Here the trick begins! Press Menu > Enter Address. Press Options > "Current Address",now you'll see mediafire link is hidden under current link.

Simply delete the former part before www.mediafire.com and press enter, mediafire site will open. Now click on "Click Here To Start Download From Mediafire" ,and your download will start. Enjoy!

How To Watch Live Tv On Java,Symbian and Android Mobiles

Live tv on mobile is now the most happening thing in India. With the arrival of 3G,everyone is anticipated to watch live tv on their phones. But how to do that? I'll tell you! Read on...

For Nokia S40 Phones(2700,5130,7210 etc)- First,make a streaming access point under Menu > Setting > Personal Configuration > Add new > Streaming Setting ,give the appropriate APN of the gprs connection you are using(like airtelgprs.com for Airtel). After doing this,simply click on any of the link posted below,and enjoy live tv on mobile!

For S60v3 Phones(Nokia N79,N82,6220 etc)- First,select a default access point for Real Player,from Menu > Real Player > Settings > Streaming > Network > "Default Access Point" ,select appropriate access point. Now,simply click on the any of the link below. Or you can copy the text of the links(to know how to copy text with Opera Mini,read my this post) ,and create a streaming link in Real Player by Options > New Link > paste the address copied,and give a title,shown in screenshot below. If some links does not work,go to Streaming > Network > Advanced Settings > and change "EGPRS Bandwidth" to 199.90KBPS.

For more viewing option,you can download SPB TV or Mundu Tv on your phone,but to view all the channels you have to pay a nominal fee.

For S60v5 Phones(5800,5233,X6 etc)- Process is same as S60v3.

For Android Phones- If internet is configured on your phone,simply click on any of the link below,streaming will start. Or you can download "Mobi Tv" application on your phone from here. Or "Mera Tv" application from Android Market. Courtesy Mannuforall.
And the best app is ZengaTv, get it from Android Market.

Today I'll tell you how to listen internet radio on any mobile phone. Internet radio is a very good source of entertainment as well as infotainment. It's completely free,have huge variety of genres that you can't imagine,and with thousands(I literally mean thousands!) of radio stations worldwide! You can listen Rock,Pop,Jazz,Classical,Bhajan,Podcast,Comedy,Tips,Talk Shows everything you want! But remember,it requires a lot of internet data,so you should have a gprs or internet pack activated on your number,or you can listen via WiFi,if your phone supports WiFi.

So lets get started-

How To Read Ebooks On Any Mobile Phone

Well I love reading books! In my childhood,I was a huge fan of comics! Still now,whenever I get leisure time(from exploring my phones!),I take a good book and go straight to my bed. But in this busy lifestyle,its very hard to get enough free time to settle on reading a book. So what's the solution? Read ebooks,on your phone! Because it's the device you carry always with you. And I prefer ebooks because,it's easy to get,read and share. And,the best part is,the books which are very difficult to get on a paperback version,can be found on the internet very easily,and most of the times,completely free!

So,how to do that?

First,for china mobile phones or Spice,Micromax these kinds of phones-

Simply get the books in .pdf .doc .txt format,open it and copy the whole text. Paste it in notepad,and save as a .txt file with UTF-8 encoding,its the most common encoding used on all types of phones. Transfer it to your phone's memory card's "e-book" folder. If there is not any folder of the name,create one.
Now,if your phone has a inbuilt ebook reader,like my Spice phone has. Read ebook by that application. Or if your phone supports java,download the application "Anyview 4.0" from the link below. It's the best ebook reader for java phones,has some very good features.

Or if your phone neither have ebook reader built-in,nor supports java; just try to open the .txt file from file manager,most chinese phones support .txt format,but you could not make bookmarks in that case.

For Java enabled phones like Nokia,Samsung,Sony Ericsson phones-

Download "Anyview 4.0" and read ebooks. You can try another cool application to read,download and explore thousand of online and offline ebooks,download application "Wattpad" from the link below.

How To Record Macro or Close Up Videos On Nokia N82, N95 Phones

I'm back after a long break!

Today I'll tell you how to record macro or closeup videos with your Nokia n-series. I'm not the inventor of the trick,I found the trick on the internet,but here I've explained the trick for you in detail,with a self explanatory video at the end of this article.

Well I own a Nokia N82,I can take pictures of very close objects with my N82,anything within the range of about 5-6cms from the lens,with the auto-focus camera. But I got very disappointed when I tried to record videos of closer objects(like phone's screen,or a book's page), because all the macro videos came blurry.

But,now I'll tell you how to overcome this-

Step1- Slide your N82's back camera cover,camera application will launch.

Step2- Choose video mode.

Step3- Now the tricky part! Gently hit the N82(I really mean gently,over impact may cause damage to the camera module) against your palm,while the camera facing towards the palm. You'll get an idea that how much force to apply,from my video below. Now focus the phone to any close object,and see the difference! If your videos are still blurry,try hitting the phone again.

Step4- Now start recording and enjoy the full potential of your Nseries!

But how and why this trick works? As far I've understood,these older generation phones have a bulkier camera module,allowing more gap for the lens to move within, so when hitting them against any surface,the lens moves forward; thus changing the focal length of the module temporarily and changing the focus to nearer objects. And again when using the camera in Image mode,auto focus motor will again bring the lens to preset position,canceling the effect of this trick. This tricks does not work on modern n-series phones with compact camera module,like N79,on which I also tried the trick.

This trick may also work on other Nseries phones of that times like N95,N95 8GB,N73 etc.

Warning- Do it AT YOUR OWN RISK. I'm not responsible anyways for any damage of your phone or camera. I use this on my N82 whenever I need to take videos of any close object,and I've not faced any problem with my phone's camera still now.

How To Send A Multimedia Email Right From Your Phone

Today I'll tell you how to send a photo,video or a song(or anything) with an email right from your phone. Yes,you can take a picture,or record a video on your mobile phone and send that via email to anybody,anywhere in the world free of cost! So,why to pay for MMS?

It's a very very simple tutorial,and I'm sure many of you might know about it,but for those who doesn't know-

One more thing,I've written this article by considering Gmail,you can also do this on any email service,like Yahoo,Rediff. Process will be more or less same. And I've used Opera Mini 4.3,you can do it with any version of Opera Mini,as Opera Mini is coming preloaded with many phones.

Step1. Go to www.gmail.com or yahoo or rediff whatever you use.

Step2. Login with your user name or password.

Step3. For Gmail,go to at the bottom of the page,and choose "Compose Mail' option.

Step4. On the next page,again go to bottom and choose "basic HTML" option.

Step5. Next page again choose "Compose Mail".

Step6. On the next page,a email layout will come as you see on your computer. In the "To" field,enter the email address whom you want to send the email,give a subject in "Subject" field.

Step7. Now enter in the attachment field,it will ask for the location of the file. Suppose you want to send a photo from your memory card's Image folder,navigate to the file and add the file for attachment.

Step8. Press "Send" option at the bottom. It will take a little time as it will first upload the file(s) to the server,then the text. Wait,don't press Cancel or End button.

Step9. Now it will show your message has been send.

Step9. You've sent a multimedia email! Now sign out from gmail.

How To Do Geocaching Or Treasure-Hunting With Your GPS Enabled Nokia Phone

Today I'll tell you how to do Geocaching or Treasure Hunting with your GPS enabled Nokia phone.

First of all,what Geocaching is? It's a very famous and well played game in foreign countries,like USA,and UK. They even buy a separate GPS device(shown in figure below) to play Geocashing,but you don't need to buy anything to play the game!

You can also locate your car or bike from a crowded parking area after learning this,so read on!

It's a multiplayer outdoor activity game,in the game there's a game master or host,who gives 'Locations' or 'Landmarks' to the players. And others are players who have to follow the directions given by their mobile phone to reach to the treasure!

It can be played between 2 or more players,and the one who reaches to the destination first,is the winner! And others are 2nd or 3rd accordingly.

Now,how to do Geocaching with a Nokia phone? For S60v3 phones(like Nokia N79,N82,6220) open "GPS Data" from menu.

For S60v5 phones(like Nokia 5800,5230,5235) open "Location" then choose "GPS Data".

To create a landmark,go to the place to be bookmarked,open "GPS Data" go under "Navigation" tab,press Options > select "Save Position".

You can make several Landmarks of your favorite places. To edit,manage and organize all your landmarks,go to the "Landmarks" option from menu on a S60v3 device,or "Location" > "Landmarks" on a S60v5 device.

You can send your Landmarks to other GPS enabled Nokia devices via bluetooth from- "Landmarks" > Options > "Send".

Now, I'm showing you step by step how to play the game from my side as a player-

1. I've received the landmark of the place where the treasure is, via bluetooth in my inbox.

2. I've saved the landmark from "Options" > "Save". It got saved in "Landmarks".

3. I've opened "GPS Data', have loaded my destination landmark from Options > "Set Destination" > "Landmark". In this case,the landmark is named 'Treasure'.

4. Now my mobile is searching for satellite.

5. Connection is established and it's now showing how far I'm from the treasure and also the direction of the treasure respective to my current location,just like a digital compass.

6. The red dot is indicating the the direction of treasure(which is in east-south direction).
Now if I move towards the treasure,my distance on the screen will decrease,and if I go away from it,distance will increase. By that I can know whether I'm going in right direction or not.

7. Now I'm near a 4way-crossing,and it's showing that I'm 78m away from the treasure and I've to take right turn(as the red dot is at right side of circle).

8. After taking right turn and going 79m straight, I've reached to the treasure! I'm a winner! Yahoo!!!

Apart from the fun,there are also some benefits of playing Geocaching-

1. It helps to reduce obesity! It helps you to stay fit and active :-)

2. If you have got lost in a unknown location,(like in a jungle),and there's no network coverage,but fortunately you had previously made landmark of your hotel. You can easily navigate to your hotel,because this Geocaching does not need network or internet connection like Google Maps,it only needs satellite which is always over your head.

3. It develops your outdoor activity skills. It is a must know before going to any hilly or forest areas for camping or vacation.

GPS stands for Global Positioning System,it's a network of 24 satellites in space. By help of them you can find your exact location anywhere on the earth.

How To Know Whether You Are In 3G Coverage Area Or Not

Today I'll tell you how to know whether 3G have come to your area/city or not. And you don't need any 3G sim to check that. You can check that by your existing 2G sim,but your phone should be 3G enabled.

Although it's a very simple trick,I don't know whether I should call it a trick or not,but for those who doesn't know-

Go to Settings > Phone > Network on a S60v3 phone(like N79,N82,6220). Under "Network Mode" choose "3G" or "UMTS" option.
And in "Operator Selection" ,search for network manually,if any operator name appears,that means you have 3G service of those operators in your area. If any operator name does not comes ,that means you still have to wait for 3G in your area!

For Nokia touch screen phones(like 5800,5230,5235),go to Settings > Connectivity > Network. Rest of the process is same.

How To Make A Wireless FM Antenna For Any Mobile Phone

Today I'll tell you how to make a wireless FM antenna for any mobile phone which have 3.5mm earphone jack.

Step 1- Take any cheap 3.5mm earphone(which you could destroy!).

Step2- Cut the earphone wire from from top of the pin.

Step3- Take the pin and remove all plastic insulation attached to it.

Step4- Take a small length of copper wire(about 10-12cm long).

Step5- Attach one end of the copper wire to the top pin of the jack, if you want,you can solder it also. Now connect the jack to your phone and open FM radio,tune in to your favorite channel. Depending on the signal strength at your house,your phone should catch FM signal.

Step6- Your FM antenna is ready, you can attach other end of the wire to the pin above the flat pin,as shone in the figure below. That will make a loop.

Step7- If you want,you can cover the portion above flat pin with tape or thread for grip and for decoration,as I did.

11 Cool Features Of Opera Mini And Mobile You Might Not Know About!

Today I'll tell you about some of the cool features of Opera Mini and Opera Mobile. Read on!

1. Multi Tab Browsing- You can browse more than one webpage at a time on Opera Mini and Mobile. To do so,just press the small "+" sign on the right of the Opera Mini/Mobile title bar. Or you can press and hold(touch and hold for touch screen phones) on any link and select "Open in a new tab". To toggle between tabs, press * + joystick left or right.

2. Opera Link- Are you tired of creating all your bookmarks again after formatting your phone? Now forget that! You can sync all your bookmarks and speed dials between all your phones(if you have more than one phone like me:-) and also with your computer if you use Opera Browser on your computer. To do so,go to settings or press #8, select Opera Link,create a user id and password,follow the instructions and all your data will be backed up. You can use that id and password on several phones to get the data synced between them.

3. Touchable Speed Dials- You can add 9 of your favorite websites at 9 touchable speed dial on Opera Mini. At the home page of Opera Mini,press and hold on any of the speed dials and choose "edit", on the next window type your favorite website's name and make it! To open speed dials,press * and number 1 to 9 respectively,like for first speed dial,press *1. On touch screen phones,you can directly touch on the speed dials to open them.

4. Quick Search Bar- Suppose you are surfing a website, suddenly you wanted to search something on Google,rather than manually going to www.google.com and searching,you can press #2 and type your search term and press enter to search.

5. Find in Page- You are reading an article on internet,and you want to search a specific word from the article,press #3 or choose "find in page" from menu, type your word and press enter. Opera will find the word for you!

6. Download Manager- To access download manager,press #7 or choose "Downloads" from menu. You will see download manager. You can download several files simultaneously. And you can also pause or resume downloads.

7. Text Copy and Paste- You have found a site with funny jokes on the internet,you want to copy them,how can you do that?
Press and hold joystick at where the jokes starts,choose the option "Select Text",mark the text with joystick, again press and hold joystick and select "copy". You can paste this text in a sms or on notes on your phone.

8. Landscape Browsing- If you have a touchscreen phone and you want to browse internet
in landscape mode(means horizontally,like when you watch videos), go to menu and choose "Landscape Mode" or press *# on a keypad phone,and surf internet at full-screen!

9. Save Page- You have found a very good romantic poem on the internet,you want to save that page so that you can write it down on diary later when you're free. Press #9 or choose "Saved Pages" from menu,and save the page. You can view the page even when you don't have internet on your phone.

10. Remember Password- Like a computer,Opera Mini can remember your password and user name,so you don't have to type your password and id every time to open your email. Just press "yes" when Opera ask "Remember user name and password for this site?" when your enter password for first time.

11. Keypad Shortcuts-
# + 1 = Open URL
# + 4 = Go to Start Page
# + 5 = Bookmarks
# + 6 = History
# + 0 = Reload the page
* + Right Joystick = Next Tab
* + Left Joystick = Previous Tab

How to do Search Engine Optimization(SEO!) on Opera Mini 4.2, Opera Mini 5.1

Today I'll tell you how to add your own search engine in Opera Mini 4.2 and Opera Mini 5.1 ,also in Opera Mobile 10. First of all,what this search engine optimization means? I'm giving an example- Suppose you want to search pictures of Taj Mahal in Google. What you generally do? You open Opera Mini,go to www.google.com and then images,then you type Taj Mahal in the search field. But after SEO,you can search anything right from your browser!

Lets get started,you need Opera Mini 4.2 installed on your mobile,you can download it from m.opera.com. Now go to any website from which you want to search something,like www.images.google.com. Enter on the search field,

press options,and press "Create Search".

On the next window,press save. You're done!
Now for search,press #9 quickly,you'll see Google on the bottom.

Press joystick,type your search term(eg-Taj Mahal) ,press joystick,and lots of pictures of Taj Mahal will appear in front of you! Like This-

Isn't it easy?

Now for Opera Mini 5.1 and Opera Mobile 10,
first you have to copy the search address,for that, open Opera Mini 4.2,go to search shortcuts by pressing #9, Google is at the bottom,press Manage then choose second option "Edit",

on the next window,copy the whole text.

Now open Opera Mini 5.1,press #2,press joystick down. You'll see three search shortcuts are given there. Now press and hold joystick on any search shortcut,choose "Edit";

on the next window,under the Address field,edit and paste the copied text,press Done.

Like this-

Now for searching anything,press #2 quickly,choose your search engine,type your search term,press enter. That's all!

If you want,you can add more than one search engine in Opera Mini 4.2 but in Opera Mini 5.1, unfortunately you can add only three search engines of your own.

How to backup all Messeges on a S60v3 S60v5 phone like 5800,N79

I'm giving you the easiest method to backup all your messeges collection on a Symbian S60v3/v5 phone. Let's get started! Remove your memory card from your phone and connect it to pc via a card reader. Or connect your phone to pc in "Mass Storage Mode". Now open the folder named "private",inside the folder 'private', find another folder named "1000484b". Open it,there's a folder named "Mail2", copy the folder and keep it in a safe place. This folder contains all your messeges.

When you have to restore the collection(like after formatting your phone),simply restore the "Mail2" folder to it's respective position, i.e- private/1000484b .There may be already the folder "Mail2",just replace it.

After that,go to Messaging > press Options > Settings > Other; highlight "Memory In Use",select E:Memory Card. It'll ask "Copy All Messages To New Memory?" select No,then it'll ask "Keep Original Messages?" (if you press NO,it'll delete previous messages stored in phone memory,and if you press YES it'll switch to Memory Card without deleting your phone memory messages.)press yes or no accordingly. It'll then process(don't press end or minimize) and you are done!
