Stayed at Suluban Cliff Villa for 3 nights with 5 other friends, thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Great architecture and location. Swimming in the infinity pool while watching the sun sets was amazing.

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We had a little bit of trouble during the first night with the sound system in the living room, but the villa staff took care of it the next day, they were really committed to fixing the problem.   I would have given it a perfect 5 star rating had it not been for the fact that the amplifier that was provided by the pool was already worn and the quality of the speakers are lacking, a sharp contrast to the quality of speakers in the living room. And the couches in the living room, although they were comfortable, could be bigger. Also while we were there, we had a little electricity problem since they did not use the generator on the first night, hence there wasn't enough power for the villa.

But they did change to generators for the rest of our stay.   But despite it all, we had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back, especially after they made the upgrades suggested above.

Отпуск, который останется в памяти надолго! Идеальное уединенное место для отдыха с друзьями или семьей. 10 дней полной роскоши – проживание как в 5-звездочном отеле за минусом других гостей вокруг тебя. Безукоризненный сервис, обслуживающий персонал вышколен предугадывать все твои малейшие пожелания. Вилла очень просторна, построена в современном дизайнерском стиле. Со всех сторон открывается сказочный вид на Индийский океан. А закаты просто не описать. Особо сильное впечатление прозвел бассейн-инфинити, кажется что он сливается с океаном и растворяется в бесконечности. Очень рекомендую остановиться в Сулубане, если планируете посетить Бали!

Какое великолепное место! Привет Технический приют / Мирный / Избалованный / Эффективный... у нас была промышленная конференция в Нуса-Дуа (Бали - жесткое место для конференции!) ., А скорее чем один из многих туристических отелей Нуса-Дуа, мои коллеги и я решили заказать Утес Suluban из-за хороших обзоров, и это вдали от hubub, но закройтесь достаточно в Нуса-Дуа (30 минут). Мы Заказали два автомобиля / водители через Виллу на весь день (очень возможном) резерве и мои коллеги, и я наслаждался пятью великими днями, идя между расслаблением виллы и работой. Мы могли пойти в конференцию, когда мы хотели к, и расслабьтесь ошеломляющим бассейном, избалованным, когда мы не должны были быть там. Блестящий План!. Это работало хорошо. Близко к большому курсу линкс-гольфа также, где мы управляли игрой или два. Wayan повар виллы приготовил удовольствия и восхитительные особенности Бали, очаровательные обслуженные девочки и гарантировал, что нас рассматривали как лицензионный платеж. Однажды ночью мы устроили корпоративный обед с клиентами в Вилле (Wayan и превзойденные девочки), обед - (вся индонезийская еда) был первым уровнем / внушительный и обладаемый всеми. У этой Виллы есть все это, большие представления, обслуживание высшего качества, превосходная еда, роскошные спальни с хорошим затемняют занавески, (большие большие 5 звездных ванных) весь modcons. Мне особенно понравилось быть в состоянии включить мой ipod где угодно в вилле, и Wi-Fi работал также! Сидеть у бассейна с ноутбуком, охлажденной музыкой и холодным напитком - что способ работать. Спасибо за опыт.. ничто плохо, чтобы сказать... мы не вернемся.

Stayed at Suluban Cliff over a weekend (5-7 August 2011) with 4 of my friends and never wanted to leave.

For starts, the location is excellent - you enter through the main villa, that houses the communal dining and living area, from which you can get an unadulterated and absolutely breathtaking view of the sea. Then you can walk down and explore any of the individual rooms - comfortably furnished and extremely spacious, with a surprise outdoor bathtub in the master suite villa. For anyone concerned about their tech specs, the place has also got you covered - reliable Wi-fi, iPod docks in every room, cable channels etc. The infinity pool is obviously an absolute thrill, giving you a wide view of the horizon as you relax in the confines of the villa and really allowing you to soak in the tranquility of the stunning surroundings.

Besides the evident beauty of the villa, what really completed the stay was the stellar service. The villa manager, Made, is extremely accommodating and attentive to detail. He helped us plan our schedule for a short day trip and made necessary arrangements for a driver to accompany us. (The villa is relatively secluded, though no complaints there as it really contributes to the exclusively tranquil and private experience.) Any requests we had were always answered. We received prompt service at all times, rooms were kept very neat and meals were prepared and served according to our pace.

Speaking of which, the food here is absolutely top-notch. Highest compliments to the chef - he really made our weekend with his home cooked meals. Very authentic. Definitely recommend the Balinese rice platter and seafood platter, and adopting a more traditional route with breakfast (mie goreng/fried rice) instead of the continental style one. Though regardless of what is ordered I'm sure it's bound to be a treat.

Suluban cliff is a great place for big families or groups of friends and I definitely will be back, and hopefully next time for a long stay to completely bliss out. Friends who couldn't make our recent trip but saw the photos were all extremely upset they couldn't go. The Balinese sunsets are extremely gorgeous and this is probably one of the best places to watch it from.

Religious adherence and tradition permeates every aspect of daily life which makes Bali such a fascinating place to visit. It is very easy to immerse yourself in a little of this unique culture as there are colourful rituals and festivities to witness almost on a daily basis. Bali has been an immensely popular island retreat for decades and locals are well used to the different habits and attitudes of Western travellers. All the same, visitors should still employ common sense and show the same restraint and modesty as is expected in any Asian country.

Away from the beach, revealing dress is frowned upon and you should definitely cover up in more rural areas of the island. Public displays of affection are also to be avoided, although people will rarely make their feelings known.

You should always remember that the hectic resort of Kuta is far removed from average Balinese life. This is a hedonistic playground awash with scantily clad bar girls and public displays of drunkenness which is tolerated here but elsewhere in Bali attitudes are much more conservative.

The Balinese in general dislike any confrontation and tend to react indifferently to raised voices or threatening behaviour. Always bear this in mind when bargaining for goods and services and always try to keep the conversation good humoured.

Remember that you may be haggling over just a few thousand rupiah which to a foreign visitor is a tiny amount that is hardly worth losing sleep over.

Visiting a Hindu temple is a must during any break in Bali and learning a few simple rules on etiquette will certainly make it a more rewarding experience. Everyone who enters a temple must wear a sarong and sash and at the most popular temples there is always a few kiosks who rent them out for a few thousand rupiahs. Donations are expected and always ask permission before taking photographs as some places strictly forbid this. Those that do allow it may charge an extra couple of thousand rupiah for the privilege.

Flamboyant annual festivities take place at all temples along with huge island wide celebrations such as Nyepi and Galungan. Visitors are most welcome to attend and experience the wonderful atmosphere but are requested to keep a polite distance and not to interfere with praying or processions.

There are no special considerations for eating out in Bali as tipping etiquette here is similar to many places around the world. Tipping is not compulsory although ten per cent is considered a sufficient amount for a decent meal. Many tourist-orientated eateries already impose a service charge of ten per cent and in upmarket restaurants and hotels this could add up to a combined 21 per cent tax and service charge. Other areas to consider rewarding good service include tour guides, hotel room service and taxi drivers.

Possibly one of the bst beach holidays I have had, much thanks to the amazing hospitality of the villa. Staff were superb and food was amazing. The view and facilities are unparalleled. Simply breathtaking..i was happy staying in the villa and not leaving at all. Great for people looking for some peace and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle. The home cooked mals plus the chilli that they serve are out of the world. Definitely going back to this villa whenever I'm in Bali

Apa tempat yang bagus! Hi Tech lindungan-damai / dimanjakan / efisien... kami memiliki konferensi industri di Nusa Dua (Bali - tempat yang sulit untuk konferensi!). Daripada salah satu dari banyak Nusa Dua hotel wisatawan, rekan-rekan saya dan saya memutuskan untuk memesan Suluban Cliff karena dari ulasan yang baik, dan itu adalah dari hubub tetapi cukup dekat untuk Nusa Dua (30 menit). Kami memesan dua mobil / driver melalui Villa di semua hari siaga (sangat terjangkau) dan rekan-rekan saya dan saya menikmati lima hari besar terjadi antara kerja dan villa relaksasi. Kita bisa pergi ke Konferensi ketika kita ingin dan bersantai oleh kolam menakjubkan dimanja ketika kita tidak perlu berada di sana. Rencana brilian!. Itu bekerja dengan baik.

Dekat dengan besar link lapangan golf terlalu di mana kami berhasil permainan atau dua. Wayan koki/chef villa masak memperlakukan dan lezat Bali spesialisasi. Staf menyajikan dan memastikan kami diperlakukan seperti bangsawan. Satu malam kami mengatur jamuan perusahaan dengan klien di Villa (Wayan dan stafyang unggul) makan malam-(semua makanan Indonesia) adalah tingkat pertama / mengesankan dan dinikmati oleh semua.  Villa ini memiliki itu semua, pandangan yang besar, super service, makanan yang sangat baik, kamar tidur mewah dengan baik (luas kamar mandi bintang 5 besar) semua modcons. Saya terutama menyukai mampu untuk plug dalam ipod saya di mana saja di villa dan wifi yang bekerja terlalu! Duduk di tepi kolam dengan laptop, musik yang dingin dan minuman dingin - ini cara untuk bekerja. Terima kasih untuk pengalaman.tidak ada yang buruk untuk mengatakan... kita akan kembali.

Catching that Perfect Sunset from Suluban Cliff Villa Oceanfront Seat

Its July and time for that gorgeous weather in Bali and more so in the southern tip of Bukit Peninsula where Suluban Cliff Villa perches. Sunny , blue skies and yet cool and almost chilly breezes at this time of the year. Just wonderful for alfresco.

The sunsets at this time are pictureque too at Suluban Cliff Villa as we get to catch it set just about the west of Suluban Cliff Villa over the Indian Ocean expanse. In the privacy of Suluban Cliff oceanfront villa , you feel you are having your private viewing of the sunset !

At other times of the year say in December , sunsets are almost at the south west side of the villa and you get the silhouette of the villa green instead as the sun sets .

Impressive villa, this villa will surpass your wildest expectation,
perfect 10 hospitality and facilities, its a very spacious villa with nice minimalist design and very unique villa layout.
but the best thing about this villa is the killer view, its beautiful beyond words, vast and clear ocean cliff view that will hypnotize your eyes and melt your heart instantly..
I stayed here 3 times and still cant get enough of the view..

Price is also fairly affordable, considering all the amazing things about the villa, i say its worth every single cent of the money you pay.

Stayed at Suluban Cliff for 4 nights over Easter and my birthday.  To start, this residence is designed and built immaculately, and constructed using only the highest quality material. Every detail will impress you. Everywhere, from the pool, the living area, the spa, shower, even the toilet, you will be impressed over and over by the construction and materials. And of course, everything was maintained so that everything looks as though it had never even been touched.  The staff we had during our stay, Minnie and Mira were so amazing, I don't even know where to begin. Ask them anything, they will make it happen exactly how you ask and want. Sometimes, they will suggest ways they can step it up a notch for you.   Just tell them you are going to the beach. and before you'd even thought about anything, they will have towels, water, clothes ready for you, and have transport organised. Ask them for any cocktail, they will start making them in an instant, using fresh ingredients. All with a smile. And after that, they will always ask if there's anything else they can do for you.  I've stayed in various 5 star, luxury hotels but the service at Suluban blew past the limits and made new ones with each time. Thank you so much for your service Minnie and Mira!  Now the downside - although this accommodation and service are world class, the food and drink charges were quite overpriced.   To find out we were charged separately for each chicken piece, each satay stick, each individual ice cream scoop was disappointing.   We were also advised that the owner wants to charge about USD$30 corkage per every bottle of your alcohol consumed within the villa. This is ridiculous money for Bali where a beer would cost $1.5/bottle.  Ramblings aside, all in all, I would return in a heartbeat. Heck, one of my friends that I invited has set a picture he took at this villa as a background photo, it was that beautiful.

Room Tip: The manager will be able to explain to you.

Фактически маленький отель, 5*. Благодаря расположению спален (4 по 2 друг напротив друга) большая компания (мы отдыхали всемером, включая 3-х детей), нет никакой толкучки. 3-4 отличных места для еды, игр, время препровождения.  В спальных души. Ванная в одной из спальных, но из за расположения на улице, без крыши, довольно сложно было использовать. Уж больно погода изменчива. Великолепный повар, отличный персонал, когда они нужны, появляются, когда занимаешься своими делами, стараются быть незаметными. В отличие от многих вилл на Бали - еда и напитки по меню.  Цены на еду на уровне среднего московского кафе, но качество превосходно. Спиртное как в отелях, конкретные виды лучше заказать заранее, зафиксировав предел стоимости, который вы готовы платить. Бассейн 12,5 метров. На всех сайтах заявлен 25, но это с учетом террас, плавать можно только на 12,5 метрах. Прямо в бассейне - джакузи. Необычно, но не очень удобно. Правда если делать коктейль пати в бассейне, тогда просто отлично. "Лавочки" на своем месте.  Мы привыкли привозить с собой разные гаджеты (X-Box, плееры). Если вы тоже - про HDMI забыть. Телевизоры имеют максимальное разрешение 800 х 600, даже самый большой. Уровень 2004-5 годов. Размеры достойные, качество изображения - смотрите лучше в окна. Там очень хороший вид. Просто волшебный. Не за телевизором же едешь на океан?  IPod мы включить не смогли. Или работали док станции или они тоже рассчитаны на 1-2 поколение плееров.  Но все остальное - перевешивает.  На вилле масса брошюр местных компаний, организаующих развлечения на всех языках. Звоните им напрямую и не трогайте принимающих агентов.  В общем, если вам пришла в голову мысль шальная мысль полететь именно на Бали, вам сюда. Причем, не на Трансаэро (бизнес класс ужасен, эконом видимо просто невыносим), а Сингапурскими авиалиниями. Но Сингапур оставьте на возвращение. А то можете не долететь на Бали:-)

What a great place! Hi Tech haven / Peaceful / Pampered / Efficient...

We had an industry conference at Nusa Dua (Bali - tough place for a conference!). But rather than one of the many tourist Nusa Dua hotels, my colleagues and I decided to book Suluban Cliff because of the good reviews, and it's away from the hubub but close enough to Nusa Dua (30 mins). We booked two cars / drivers through the Villa on all day standby (very affordable) and my colleagues and I enjoyed five great days going between work and villa relaxation.

We could go to the conference when we wanted to and relax by the stunning pool being pampered when we didn't need to be there. Brilliant plan!. It worked well. Close to a great links golf course too where we managed a game or two.

Wayan the villa chef cooked up treats and delicious Bali specialties, the charming girls served and ensured we were treated like royalty. One night we arranged a corporate dinner with clients at Suluban Cliff Villa (Wayan and the girls excelled) the dinner - (all Indonesian food) was first rate , impressive and enjoyed by all.

This villa has it all, great views, super service, excellent food, luxury bedrooms with good black out curtains, (great big 5 star bathrooms) all the modcons. I especially liked to be able to plug in my ipod anywhere in the villa and the wifi worked too!

Sitting by the pool with a laptop, chilled music and a cold drink - what a way to work.

Thanks for the experience..nothing bad to say...we will be back.
