Easy and quick sandwich which can be prepared using Guacamole.Here is my version of&amp;nbsp; grilled guacamole sandwich.Choose multi-grain bread ,provides you&amp;nbsp; more fiber and less sugar. It is also much tastier than white bread.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bread slices 2&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lettuce 1/4 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tomato slices 2&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Keera slices 2&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Onion&amp;nbsp; 1/4 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
chilly 1(adjust) &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Guacamole&amp;nbsp; 1/3 cup.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Salt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pepper powder.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Procedure :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. Spread guacamole on bread slice.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. On the top&amp;nbsp; keep ,keera, tomato ,onion.chillies along with&amp;nbsp; lettuce.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. Add salt and pepper.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;Guacamole , is an avocado-based dip that originated in Mexico.&amp;nbsp; It is traditionally made by mashing ripe avocados,eaten with tortilla chips.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredients :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Ripe avocados 2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Red onion 1/2&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Chillies 1-2&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Cilantro leaves 2 spoons&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Lemon juice 1 spoon&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Salt&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Black pepper powder a pinc&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Tomato pieces 1/2 cup&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Procedure :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;1. Cut Avocados in half. Scoop out avacado from the peel, put in a mixing bowl.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;2&amp;nbsp; Using a fork, mash the avocado. Add the chopped onion, cilantro, lime or lemon, salt and pepper and mash some more.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;3 .Keep the tomatoes separate until ready to serve.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;4. Cover with plastic wrap directly on the surface of the guacamole to prevent oxidation from the air reaching it. Refrigerate until ready.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;5. Just before serving, add the chopped tomato to the guacamole and mix.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;6. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredients : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 cups of non fat milk powder(Grind it is powder)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 can fat free condensed milk&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8oz/16 tbsp unsalted butter&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Elachi powder a pinch&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Inner stuff:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Chopped Dates 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Honey 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Chopped almonds 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Procedure &lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.Melt butter in microwave safe bowl.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2.Mix milk powder and condensed milk,elachi powder with butter .&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.Cook in microwave for 5 to 6 mts ,mixing continuously after 2&amp;nbsp; minutes till milk powder completely mixes.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4.Cool the mixture to room temperature.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5.On stove top,in a pan..fry choped dates for 5 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6.Add honeyand fry for 5 mins or until it becomes sticky.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7.Add chopped almonds and fry for more 5 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Qubani (Apricots) ka meetha is a very popular Hyderabadi/Deccani Sweet dish which has been brought to India by the Mughal emperors. In Qubani Ka Meetha, Qubani a urdu word stands for Apricots in english and Meeta stands for sweet. Qubani Ka Meeta is a rich, creamy sweet.. Apricots are golden colored fruits with full of beta-carotenes, vitamin C and Vitamin A. Qubani ka meeta plays a very vital role in Hyderabadi Cuisine and is mainly served after spicy meal in weddings or parties.Its good for digestion..Apricots resemble dates and are less sweet than dates. Apricots become soft upon heating and can be easily mashed with hands.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dry apricots 1 lb(450 gms).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sugar 1 lb to 1+1/4 lb(depends on ur taste).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Badam/Apricot kernels&amp;nbsp; for garnish.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Elachi powder&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Process:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1. In a vessel take apricots,pour water until apricots immerse.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2. Boil them until they become soft and mushy.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3. Let it cool and&amp;nbsp; remove the seeds from the apricots and set aside.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Using a strainer, strain out&amp;nbsp; apricot mixute.&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. To this soft juicy puree ,add sugar and let it boil for&amp;nbsp; 15 mins, until it becomes thick.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6.. It should&amp;nbsp; become slightly thick, should not become more thicker.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7.Add elachi powder. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8. In the meantime, break open the kernels from the seeds and soak them in lukewarm water to peel off the skin. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
9. Finely slice the kernels and set aside(looks like small almonds),if not can use almonds.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
10. Garlic is a sulphurous compound and in general a stronger tasting clove  has more sulphur content and hence more potential medicinal value.Garlic makes a wonderful health supplement for many people&amp;nbsp;  so-called "garlic cure".Here is fried rice using garlic.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Boiled rice 3 cups&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Eggs 3&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Garlic 2 pods&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pepper 1 spoon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mixed veggies 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Venigar 1 spoon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Aginamoto.tasting salt 1 spoon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sugar 1 spoon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Soy sauce 1 spoon.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
green chilli 1&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
salt to taste.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Procedure:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.Boil the vegtables until they are half cooked.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2.Beat the eggs by&amp;nbsp; adding little pepper and salt.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.In a vessel add this egg mixture and fry&amp;nbsp; it for 5 mins,&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4.Fry unitl it&amp;nbsp; comes out as burji.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5.Make a coarse paste of garlic,pepper,salt&amp;nbsp; and chilli.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6.In a seperate vessel heat olive oil/sesame oil and added boiled vegetables.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7.Fry the veggies for 5 mins&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8.Add the garlic pepper paste,soysauce, venigar,ajinamoto,sugar and fry for more 4 mins&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
9.Add rice ,prepared egg buriji and let it fry&amp;nbsp; for some time.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
10.Keep high flame and mix well.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
11.Adjust salt&lt;br /&gt;

To partcipate in Vardini's event , herbs and flowers-Garlic i tried his garlic and moong dal soup.Garlic appears to have anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.&amp;nbsp; when used as remedy list includes wounds, ulcers, skin infections, flu, athlete's foot, some viruses, strep, worms, respiratory ailments, high blood pressure, blood thinning, cancer of the stomach, colic, colds, kidney problems, bladder problems, and ear aches. Here comes a simple soup prepared in microwave or stove top..&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredients :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Garlic 2 pods.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Moong dal 1/3 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Water 2 cups&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pepper powder pinch&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coriander leaves chopped 2 spoons&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Procedure:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.Soak moong dal for one hour&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2.To this add 2 cups of water and boil in microwave for 5 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.Strain the&amp;nbsp; water and make&amp;nbsp; a paste of moong dal.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4.Add the paste to strained water .&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5.Also add crushed garlic,salt,pepper and coriander leaves.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6.Again boil for more 5 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7.Adjust salt and pepper&lt;br /&gt;

Badusha is a sweet made of Maida and suagr which consists of layers.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredients: &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Maida 2 cups&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Baking powder a pinch&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ghee 1/4 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Yogurt 1 cup (adjust)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Oil for deepfry&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sugar 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Salt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Water 1 1/2cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dry fruits. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Procedure :&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.Add Salt ,baking powder to maida and mix well&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2.Add ghee to maida until it becomes like breadcrumbs.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.Yogurt&amp;nbsp; is to be mixed until it becomes like layers.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4.Cover with wet cloth and&amp;nbsp; keep for 30 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5.Make into small balls and press in the middle.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6.Deep fry in oil with&amp;nbsp; low flame until they become golden brown.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7.Prepare&amp;nbsp; thin sugar syrup and saok these badusha for 2 to 3 mins and&amp;nbsp; remove.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8.Dont keep for more time.Keep aside for&amp;nbsp; 1 hour and garnish with dry fruits.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Papaya&amp;nbsp;(chopped) 2 cups&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mint leaves (chopped)&amp;nbsp; 1/4 cup.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coconut(grated)&amp;nbsp; 1/2 cup.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ginger(chopped)&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; half&amp;nbsp; pinch peice.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Honey 3 spoons.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pista&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; 8&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Procedure:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.Mix all the above Ingredients.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2.Garnish with Mint&amp;nbsp; and Pista.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Phirni, smooth, creamy Rice and Mik pudding..Prepared along with Banana and dates...&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Milk 5 cups&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Rice 6 spoons&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sugar 3/4 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Elachi powder a pinch&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Banana 1&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dates 5&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pista and walnuts for Garnish&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Procedure:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.Soak rice for 2 hours.Add half cup of water and make into paste.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2.Boil milk for 15 mins.Add Rice paste and boil for 10 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.Blend half banana and dates,sugar with little milk.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4.Add this paste and elachi powderto milk and cook for 10 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5.Stir until it becomes thick paste.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6.Remove from fire,add remaining banana peices and let it cool.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7.Garnish with the pista and walnut.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8.Tastes good when served chilled.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;i&gt;&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Bananas 3&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sugar 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Honey 3 spoons&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Water 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Whipped cream 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Condensed milk 1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Badam and Pista for garnish.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Process:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.In a Vessel take sugar and heat it.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2.Sugar will&amp;nbsp; start melting...leave it until&amp;nbsp; caramelises(it turns brown colour)..&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.Add honey,water and mix well..It will start bubbling.. stir continuously for 5 mins in slow flame.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4.Add&amp;nbsp; 2 Bananas(chopped) and leave for 2 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5.Remove from flame.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6. Make Paste of 1 Banana and add it to whipping cream and condensed milk.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7.Serve&amp;nbsp; caramalised bananas with&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Banana cream.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
8.Garnish with&amp;nbsp; Badam and Pista.&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Tried this one for&amp;nbsp; sending &amp;nbsp; &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic; line-height: 25px;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Georgia,'Times New Roman',serif;"&gt;torview's&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;Food palette red event,tasted good.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Beetroot 1 &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Grated coconut 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Apple 1&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Milk 5 cups.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Condensed milk 1/2 cup.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
sugar 1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
honey 1/2 cup.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Elachi powder&amp;nbsp; 1 spoons.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
ghee 2 spoons.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
cashews&amp;nbsp; for garnish.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Procedure&lt;/b&gt;:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.In a vessel,heat ghee and add grated beetroot.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2.Fry beetroot until rawness disappears.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.Add Condensed milk,Coconut, Apple Pieces ,sugar and cook for 10 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4.Add Milk,Honey,Elachi powder. and boil it for few mins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5.Cook until..beetroot and apple are well cooked.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6.Adjust the sweetness and garnish with cashews.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Healthy ladoo..withot using sugar/jaggeryand with few ingredients..&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Roasted Peanuts(Groundnut) 1 1/2 cups&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Chopped dates 3/4 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Honey 1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Elachi powder a pinch&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Roasted Dry fruits powder 2 spoons(optional)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Process:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.In a vessel add chopped dates and fry for 10 mins in low flame.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2.Add honey and cook for 2 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.Now add Roasted peanutes,Elachi Powder,Dry fruits powder and mix well.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4.Remove from fire and let it cool down.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5.Roll mixture as ladoos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

5.It should not melt and become like a paste.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6.It should look like a coarse powder.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7.Add roasted peanuts .&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;b&gt;Ingredients:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Grated Coconut &amp;nbsp; 2 cups&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sago 1 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Condensed milk 1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Sugar 3 spoons&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Milk &amp;nbsp;4 cups&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Chopped dry fruits(badam,dates)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Elachi powder a pinch&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ghee 2 spoons&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Procedure:&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1.Dry roast Coconut for 2 mins and&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;boil sago in 1 cup of milk seperately.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2.Add &amp;nbsp;3 cups of milk to cocnut and let it cook for &amp;nbsp;10 mins&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.Add boiled sago,sugar and condensed milk,ghee,elachi powder to coconut mixture,let it cook for &amp;nbsp;10 mins.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4.Garnish kheer with dryfruits and serve hot.&lt;br /&gt;

Turmeric powder a pinch&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Salt to taste&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tamarind paste 1 spoon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Garam masala 1 spoon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Oil 1 1/2 spoon.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
For Garnish Corainder leaves,sev(optional),onion,tomato.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Procedure:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
1 In a vessel heat oil, add jeera and green chillis and grated ginger and fry for 4-5 seconds. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2.Add the asafoetida, onion and cook until onions become tansperent.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.Add Jeera powder,Coriander powder,turmeric powder,chillipowder and mix well.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4. Add the tomatoes and cook until soft.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5. Add the boiled chick peas along with a cup of water and cook for 10 mins&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
6.Add tamarind paste and cook again for 10 more mins&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
7. when it becomes thick,add garam masala powder &amp;nbsp;and salt.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Garlic 1&lt;br /&gt;

Tomato 1&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Roasted Peanuts 1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Michi powder 1 spoon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lemon juice 1 spoon&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Salt&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coriander leaves&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Process :&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

1.Boil Chick Peas in water with pinch of salt.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

3.Add chopped onion,tomato,Peanuts,chillipowder,salt,lemon juice.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4.Add puffed rice and finally garnish with chopped Coriander leaves.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
5.Serve immediately.&lt;br /&gt;

Ghee 1/2 cup&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Dry fruits&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Elachi Powder a pinch.&lt;br /&gt;

1.Dry roast vermicelli and Sabudhana until they change the colour(Preferably light brown) and grind &amp;nbsp;it as fine powder&lt;br /&gt;

2.Add powdered sugar , ghee,dry fruits,Elachi powder.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3.Make them into Ladoo.&lt;br /&gt;
