Now everyone has had a follow up but this was more of a lunge and swallow - couldn't get that northern to release and for a 26 in northern to take on a 22 in walleye that is biting off more than he can chew. Trolling in 20 ft of water and with 8 lb test and a "little walleye minnow" he was really pleased to land this 28.5" Lake Trout down in the west end of Red Lake.
