So many amazing bands I want to see, especially looking forward to Metallica, Anthrax, Machine Head, Megadeth and Lamb of God.
So many more bands to be announced as well so hopefully a few more good ones I like get announced.
It will be my first time going so I hope I don't get lost, beaten and robbed by some 7ft guy.
Wish me luck.

Asian Girls, Last Witness & Guitar

2012-02-06T07:26:00.000+00:00

So first all I just need to tell everybody, because I've kept it to myself for ages. I FUCKING LOVE ASIAN GIRLS. I really don't know why, I think it might be because I really really like Korea and Japan so much, and with that a growing love for Asian girls has developed.
Anyway, is it weird that I like them so much? LOL I dunno why I've actually wrote about it to be honest, oh well.

So as I said in my last post I'll be seeing The Devil Wears Prada on the 14th. (Yay Valentines day) and after finding out who are supporting I'm even MORE excited.
Last Witness are one of the best bands I've heard in a long while, have a listen.

SO MUCH ENERGY. Might go a little crazy when they start playing ;)

Now finally, Guitar, I used to play quite a bit, never really got amazing at it, but could play a few songs I liked. I REALLY WANNA PLAY AGAIN. But I know for some people learning takes so long, now, I haven't played for like 4 years and I'm sure if I started I could pick some of the old stuff up, but I have a feeling I'm one of those people who will take years and years to get it at least average sounding again.

Anyways enjoy the song lol, I'm sure some of you will, and I'm sure some of you will be like OMGTURNITOFF. Cyaaa lovers <3

Long time no post. LoL, Download, TDWP.

2012-02-04T08:23:00.000+00:00

Hey guys I'm back. YAYAYAYAY.
So my illness seems to have pissed off forever which is good. (I say forever, but really I mean, it'll come back in like a week)

I wanna start by saying I'm gonna post quite less than I used to, I think I overflowed my blog with too many posts.

Anyway, League of Legends. I started doing ranked matches again (Solo Queue) after I stopped ages ago because I got annoyed with bad players on my team. (I stopped with a win/loss of 12/15 -.-) I've done 3 matches so far and they've all been victories which is incredibly lucky. I hope I can keep the luck, eventually I'm gonna start ONLY queueing for ranked and just try farm my rating up.

NEXT. DOWNLOAD FESTIVAL.
I really REALLY want to go because I wanna see Metallica really badly (And some others but Metallica mostly). but not having a job and also wanting to build a new computer (new computer is top priority, mine is OLLLDDDDD) is making it difficult.
I'd like to know what you guys think of the line up :) You can view it > HERE <
I think it'd be fun to go, a lot of my mates are going and I'd probably be drunk 90% of the time. (not saying that's the fun part, but I do like a good drink)

And finally, The Devil Wears Prada, a band I've liked for a very very long time are playing in a town near me on the 14th of this month, and I will be going to see them. Really looking forward to it, I'll tell you how it goes :)

That's all I think, just wanted to tell you what's going on, and I'll make sure I post quite regularly, and if my LoL rating improved I'll make a post about that too :D

CYA :):):)

Still feel like shit.

2012-01-30T22:36:00.000+00:00

Here have a song

Brilliant live performance, always loved Slayer.

I'll post something worth reading soon, 1. I am feeling super lazy and every time I sit up my head hurts, and 2. I never have anything interesting going on. I'll post a load of pictures of mine and my friends Terraria world, and I'll do part 3 of the Minecraft posts finally. Just give me a little while. :D:D:D

No posts

Sorry I haven't been posting for AGES, I've been feeling really ill and just haven't bothered with anything. I'll get back to it soon though don't worry. I'll make a big post about some stuff I've been doing. :)

IEM Kiev: Finals

2012-01-22T16:02:00.001+00:00

So the finals went on today, the matches were amazing, both matchups went on for the full 3 games.
The results are:
SK Gaming 1 - 2 Dignitas
Moscow 5 2 - 1 TSM

This means the places for IEM Kiev are:
1st M5
2nd TSM
3rd Dignitas
4th SK Gaming

The game for 1st place was insane, first game was well in M5's favour, but the second time it was the complete opposite, the 3rd game however did look to be going to M5 from the time they got their first kill. They're just so strong.

I look forward to Hannover and will be making posts about it.

IEM Kiev: Day 2 + Semi Finals

2012-01-21T22:06:00.000+00:00

Didn't post about Day 2 yesterday so I'm doing it now along with how the Semi Finals went.

Group B results:
1st. M5 3-0
2nd. Dignitas 2-1
3rd. aAa 1-2
4th. Sypher 0-3

So my predictions were pretty much way off for Sypher, I really thought after there display in New York they would have done a lot better at this event, I was clearly wrong.
So anyway this put M5 and Dignitas through to the semi finals from this group. The semi finals are best 2 out of 3, unlike the Group Stages which were only 1 game against each team.
The semi finals games were to be.

M5 vs SK Gaming
TSM vs Dignitas

Semi Final results:
M5 beat SK Gaming 2 - 0
TSM beat Dignitas 2 - 0

M5 and TSM are through to the Finals, and of course there will be a match for 3rd place between Dignitas and SK gaming. I can't wait to see both. TSM and M5 are currently undefeated in this tournament, I've gotta say though, M5 are looking a LOT stronger.
I'll update you about the Finals tomorrow which is when they are taking place.

Song of the Day (21/01/2012)

2012-01-21T21:55:00.000+00:00

The Faceless - Xenochrist

One of their best songs. I now know I don't have many fans of heavy music following, but I'm posting this anyway :P
Enjoy!

Also, I stopped with the Band of the Week posts, because I feel like, I'm posting a different song by a different band every time, so that's kind of like suggesting a band to you in a way, just without all the extra info :)

Song of the Day (20/01/2012)

2012-01-20T16:45:00.000+00:00

We The Gathered - Believer

Ignore the gay hopping. The song is actually good, Enjoy!

IEM Kiev: Day 1.

2012-01-19T23:52:00.003+00:00

Results:
1st. TSM 3-0
2nd. SK Gaming 2-1
3rd. Curse 1-2
4th White Lotus 0-3

So as you can see my predictions were a little bit off, I got the 3rd and 4th place right.

But anyway these are the 2 teams I wanted to see go through.
SK's only loss was to TSM which was unexpected, it was a very one way game.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow because I haven't really seen any of the Group B teams properly play before, so it should be interesting.

I will post about how I feel some of the games went in later posts. :)

Song of the Day (19/01/2012)

2012-01-19T18:52:00.000+00:00

Juliet - My First Hardcore Song

Hahahaha, sorry but I just had to. Enjoy! xD

IEM Kiev: League of Legends

2012-01-18T12:05:00.000+00:00

So IEM Kiev is coming up and I thought I'd just write about it considering it's something I'm interested in.
First off, the groups.

Group A:
SK Gaming (Europe)

White Lotus (Europe)

Team SoloMid / TSM (USA)

Team Curse (USA)

Group B:

Moscow Five / M5 (Russia)

Team Sypher (France)

against All authority / aAa (Europe)

Dignitas (USA)

My Predictions for Group A:
SK 1st Place, TSM 2nd, Curse 3rd, and White Lotus 4th.
Now if I was writing this about a week ago, I wouldn't have even put SK as second, the team has just recently come back from losing 2 of their members who went on to join another team (CLG.eu), however they have gained 2 new members who are amazing players, and having watched some of their games it seems they have teamwork and communication down to a t.
Was hard to place 2nd and 3rd because they're both pretty close teams, however recently Curse lost one of (i'd say the) best player on their team, and because of that I'd say TSM will take 2nd place.
White Lotus I haven't really heard much of, but I don't believe they'll top any of the 3 teams in Group A

My Predictions for Group B:
M5 1st, Sypher 2nd, Dignitas 3rd, aAa 4th.
So my reason for believing M5 will come top of this group is that they've been REALLY strong in some scrims with other top teams. They completely wrecked TSM in a couple of friendly games. They have amazing teamplay and I think they have great map control.
2nd place to Sypher, I don't know much about them but they surprised everyone with how well they did in a big tournament last year.
Dignitas 3rd and aAa 4th, I just don't think they're as strong as they have been in the past.

As far as I'm aware the first matches start tomorrow, and I will be posting about results and how well I think the teams played, what I think they did wrong, what I think they did right, etc etc..

For the people who aren't interested in LoL at all I'll try and post something else, because I want to appeal to all my followers, not just a certain few.

Thanks for reading, if you're interested in this upcoming tournament let me know in the comments, tell me what your predictions are. :)

Static-X - This Is Not

This is a band I used to listen to all the time when I was around 13 - 15.

I really don't understand why I stopped listening to them, definitely gonna pick up their albums again. Enjoy!
Also, the singer has the best hair and beard combo, and does the best faces ;)

Lyrics:

Lines and the light stream
Screaming by me scream
Burned down
Not me you see me suffer
Haunted by your spirit
Undead by your spit
Taunted by yourself alive

Dazed and burning state
Hazed and spinning fate
Dazed and burning
I say I can't come
You say this ain't home
Hating this I mouth your name

This is not my life
This is not my home
This is not me
I hate this

Your voice in my mind
Come home it ain't time
Burned down
Not me you see me suffer
Solace to inspire
Lowness to my life
Taunted by yourself alive

Dazed and burning state
Hazed and spinning fate
Dazed and burning
I say I can't come
You say this ain't home
Hating this I mouth your name

I'm gonna try get a decent blog post out today about something, I'll find something that I find interesting and just write about what I think of it. I think it's a little bit boring if I just keep posting songs every day.

Martyr Defiled - Goldstein

AMAZING UK Band. This is a new song by them. Enjoy!

Lyrics:
This is a war of attrition
You're fucking scum
And I'm on the front fucking line.
I am the monster you dream about
I am the reason for your nightmares

You are a stain on the earth
I am the butchers son, you're a fucking pig
I'll watch you bleed

Sit the fuck down, I know who you are

You'll be the first to burn when your god comes calling
Your despotic reign will be the end of me

You dug your own fucking grave
Now go and lie in it
Rot in the earthern bed that you made for yourself
Your existence means nothing to me
No-one is coming back for you

Read: Gonna go back on all my Song of the Day posts and add lyrics if they're available.

The Boy Will Drown - Deepthroat

Amazing band, it's a shame they split up. I saw these guys live twice.

The guy who actually directed this video is from the town I live in :P It's a funny video ;)
Enjoy!

Lyrics:
So much for welfare
A constant barrier
All plans gone wrong
Oh it's gone to shit
This is so unjust
A plethora of past mistakes

You raped us for nothing
Of what's to come
Now I've an obsession with you

My conscience lies
We're breathing
You made your choice
Dreaming were alive
Lucidity prays. Weak!
On the souls
Dreaming they're alive

This is royal blood
Spilt, drenched the streets
A predetermined nightmare
Waiting for defeat

Bare this cross and learn
That time stands still for thieves
Reflected what I used to be

Don't pass the mirror, I won't look through
I'm hatred
The shadow, the shell I've become
Force-fed and left to gag
I must put on for God one hell of a show
'Cause I prayed.

Suggest some good free multiplayer games.

2012-01-15T18:34:00.000+00:00

So I'm getting kind of bored of JUST playing LoL and the odd bit of Spiral Knights and I've quit WoW until the next expansion (Yeah I know it's not free, but it's the not playing it part that's important)
Can anybody suggest, any GOOD free to play multiplayer games?

I don't care what genre it is, as long as it isn't like, puzzle or something crap like that. Not that I don't like a good puzzle game, it's just, yeah you get what I mean.

Pic not related.

Carnifex - Dead But Dreaming

GOOD SONG. Enjoy!

Lyrics: (not that you need em for this video lol)
So who’s to say we can’t die in our dreams.
Sometimes dark but always so bitter and bleak.
A slave to some but the mind’s eye sees what it wants to see.
Bitter blood and a poisoned tongue is all that’s left of me.
How will this world pass away?
Let me fall through the cracks and in darkness slip away.
When will the dead rise from their graves?
A forgotten casket, a hole in the earth, a place to spend my last days.
Take my two hands and put them on my throat,
God give me a mirror so I can watch myself choke.
Automatic erotica, suicidal neurotic.
I hope now you see you’re nothing like me.
Peel back my flesh and see there’s nothing inside me.
Peel back my flesh and show you what empty really means.
I’ll show the world how little you mean.
You don’t mean a fucking thing to me
You don’t mean a fucking thing to me
You don’t mean a fucking thing to me
You don’t mean a fucking thing to me
How will this world pass away?
Let me fall through the cracks and in darkness slip away.
When will the dead rise from their graves?
A forgotten casket, a hole in the earth, a place to spend my last days.
Take my two hands and put them on my throat,
God give me a mirror so I can watch myself choke.
How will this world pass away?
How will this world pass away?
Like a scar waiting for new skin,
Wounds heal.
Like a scar waiting for new skin,
I’ll never be the same again.

Minecraft: Stormtopia Survival. Part 2

2012-01-15T05:17:00.000+00:00

Hey guys, this is part 2 of my written Minecraft adventure. :) You can read part 1 HERE
I decided I won't be using the texture pack anymore. Reasons for this. It doesn't look as Minecrafty, and the 1.1 update to the game messed it up and I'm too lazy to update it anyway. :)

So I'll start where we left off, the creeper, peering at me, through my door.
I went out there to try and take him on, but I couldn't see him anywhere, then I just heard a horrible hiss sound and just thought "shit". LUCKILY, the explosion didn't kill me, it just left a horrible dirt crater in the floor.

Here's the huge crater the creeper left. -.- The sheep doesn't seem too fussed by it all.

So, after that I decided I need to go and explore the huge tunnel I dug, so I went down, and just starting digging it out. I wasn't having any luck for ages, there was just a lot of Stone and Dirt. I did come across a little bit of coal, so that was alright. But just as I was about to give up hope on my little expedition, I came across Iron! So that made all that digging worthwhile. It means I can make some better tools and maybe some armor, as well as a few other interesting things.

This shows the tunnel I dug and the Iron right above the crosshair.

The next thing I did, and really, needed to do, was go and find some food, I already had some pork that I'd got off some pigs nearby, but it wasn't enough, so I went to try find some more, I got about 8 more pork from pigs just a little while from my Stronghold.

Now as anybody who plays Minecraft knows, if I wanted to get the most out of my food, I would need to build a furnace, so I did just that. Well, I built 2, one for my Iron and one for my food. (Even though it doesn't matter at all, that's just what I do lol)

Here are the 2 furnaces, the left one is for food, the right for smelting.

At this point I decided it's probably about time I got a bed and maybe added some stuff to my house, I went out and got some wool from some of the sheep that were nearby, and I also got some wood because I was running out. Underneath the tree I chopped down there were actually some pretty interesting sounds, which usually means there is something interesting nearby, so I'll check that out another time.

So when I got back into my place I made a nice Bed, and I also decided to make a Ladder exit leading to the top of the mountain. I don't know why I did, I guess it's just a lot easier to get up the mountain that way.

Here is one of victims, it is under the tree behind it that I heard the strange sounds :P

And here is the ladder exit and my bed in the background.

This is the end of part 2, I'll have part 3 soon.

I still would really like to make videos, but my computer is a heap of shit and won't even handle Minecraft if I have fraps up. I'll have a new PC in about a month or two.

Thanks for reading, hope you enjoyed. :)

Alestorm - Keelhauled

Amazing band from Scotland. I've loved them for ages, this is one of their more popular songs. Enjoy!

Lyrics:
My friends I stand before you
To tell a truth most dire
They lurks a treator in our mist
Who haven't vote the captain's ire

He don't deserve no mercy
We ought to shoot him with a gun
But I am not an evil man
but first let's have a little fun

We'll tie that scoundrel to a rope
And throw him overboard
drag him underneath the ship
A terrifying deadly trip

Keelhaul, that filthy landlubber,
send him down to the depths below
Make that bastard walk the plank
with a bottle of rum and the Yo-Ho-Ho

Keelhaul, that filthy landlubber,
send him down to the depths below
Make that bastard walk the plank with a bottle of rum and the Yo-Ho-Ho

I will not say what he has done
His sins are far to grave to tell
It's not my place to judge a man
But for them he will burn in hell

The sharks will dine up on his flesh
And Davy Jones will have his soul
Take his money and his hat
He won't need them where he's gonna go

but first lets tie him to a rope
And throw him overboard
drag him underneath the ship
A terrifying deadly trip

Keelhaul, that filthy landlubber,
send him down to the depths below
Make that bastard walk the plank
with a bottle of rum and the Yo-Ho-Ho

Keelhaul, that filthy landlubber,
send him down to the depths below
Make that bastard walk the plank with a bottle of rum and the Yo-Ho-Ho

We'll tie that scoundrel to a rope
And throw him overboard
drag him underneath the ship
A terrifying deadly trip

Keelhaul, that filthy landlubber,
send him down to the depths below
Make that bastard walk the plank
with a bottle of rum and the Yo-Ho-Ho

Keelhaul, that filthy landlubber,
send him down to the depths below
Make that bastard walk the plank with a bottle of rum and the Yo-Ho-Ho

BAND OF THE WEEK! 2

2012-01-13T19:23:00.002+00:00

Dope D.O.D are an underground Hip Hop group from Netherlands (I was really surprised when I found out they were from Netherlands actually, I thought they were from US the first time I heard them)

They have a VERY unique style, and I definitely think you should check them out.

They have 1 E.P (The Evil E.P (2011) and 2 Albums (Rain of Terror (2009), Branded (2011)

I've been listening to Branded, and I'm actually listening to it while writing this, some of their tracks have some of the best lyrics I've ever heard, I especially love the track "Redrum"

I've only been listening to them for a couple of months and it's not usually what I'd listen to, but these guys, I dunno, there's just something about them.

Check them out!

(Also, if you're a fan of Korn or Limp Bizkit, you'll notice a couple of people in the video I've put in this post ;] )

Heights - Eye For An Eye

Another UK band, amazing song. Enjoy!

Lyrics:
Reap what you sow
Now its harvest season
Take back your words
I would change a moment
Clock hands
I'll turn them back
Hope of relief
Is history

This is a confession
This is a confession
This is a confession
This is a confession to my self

This smile a mask
Seconds of sleep
I'll close my eyes
So I cant hear or see you

Don't tell me life hangs on
The beating of a heart
I see your face everyday
Don't tell me life is nothing....

Don't tell me life hangs on
The beating of a heart
I see your face everyday
Don't tell me life is nothing more

The air I gasp
Keep my head above
These waves that crash
Around my legs of stone

This is, this is, this is a confession ....

Don't tell me life hangs on
The beating of a heart
I see your face everyday
Don't tell me life is nothing....

Don't tell me life hangs on
The beating of a heart
I see your face everyday
Don't tell me life is nothing more

Eye for an eye
Will make me blind

I put my life in these words I scream
I put my heart in this ink and bleed
I hope you hear my voice and know
That I mean every fucking word

Eye for an eye
Will make me blind

Minecraft: Stormtopia Survival. Part 1

2012-01-12T09:32:00.002+00:00

Hey guys, I had one guy say he wanted Minecraft stuff (at the time of this post) and he seemed pretty keen, that was enough to make me do it.
So better get started.
First things first, I do play with a texture pack on (Link to it HERE It's very good, I recommend it), and it will be on the screenshots of this post. If you'd like me to turn it off for future posts please just say, I'll be happy to :)
I play Minecraft with FOV at 100 just so you know, and the mode I'm playing on is Survival on Normal difficulty.

Anyway better get to it. I created a new world so I have something to write about on a regular occasion. I won't do these daily, well, I might do, depends if I feel like playing or not.
(Don't forget to click the images for a larger picture)

So it begins, in the world, Stormtopia.

I started off by getting some wood (don't make a joke about this -.-) as any person who plays Minecraft will know is essential. I made a crafting bench, made some wood planks, then some sticks, then I made a Wooden Pick and proceeded to dig my way into the mountain I'm standing on in the above screenshot.

I dug it out quite a bit just so I had somewhere to go when it was dark so a creeper doesn't blow me to pieces out of nowhere.

Here is the little "stronghold" I dug myself :D

After I built this, I made myself a couple of Stone Pickaxes and a Stone Sword (in case any spiders dared take me on >:] ) I built a chest to store the materials I wasn't using in, because I could have died pretty easy (not to spiders though, don't worry about that) because of not having any armor and I have habit of forgetting to get food on new worlds lol.

I dug through the mountain so my stronghold had 2 entrances at this point, I went outside the 2nd and right in front of me I could see coal, so I went down and got it as soon as possible so I could make some torches. (The screenshot above has torches already because it was taken after this)

Nomnom lovely Coal for the taking.

After this I noticed it had started to get dark so I went into my Stronghold (I'm gonna keep calling it a stronghold, it's not even strong but the name has stuck now) and just started digging a giant tunnel, down this tunnel I could hear loads of Zombie sounds which leads me to believe there is going to be some interesting stuff down there when I actually properly check it out.

Deeeeeeeeeep tunnel. You'll see what's down here at some point don't worry.

So after digging the deep tunnel, I put torches everywhere so nasty things didn't spawn. After this I decided to go check if my doors were closed and to see if it was Daytime yet. As I went up the ladder I saw something bright green at my door, and of course, it just had to be a Creeper, obviously coming to wish me a Good Morning, and then completely obliterate me.

Look at his happy little face.

He's staring at me because he knows I can't get out that bloody door now.

Bastard.

That is all for this part of Stormtopia Survival, part 2 will be out soon, I thought I'd make each part relatively short, I've decided to limit to myself to 5 images on every part, so it doesn't just become a long and boring post.

Thanks for reading, I will try get some more exciting stuff done next part like find out what's down the tunnel, or maybe try and take that creeper on. (Yes, if it kills me, I will screenshot the explosion and what it done to my poor stronghold =[ )
