Instead of talking about how to vote or what issues Christians should care about, we focus on how we should be handling ourselves during those frequent and initially casual conversations on the hot election topics. When we have conversations with other people we can have a hard time hearing what they're saying if we aren't paying attention or are focused on other things. The same thing can happen when we want to hear from God. This week we talk about listening to God and exploring some ways we can hear what he's say when he responds to us.
