Genghis Con 2012!

Tomorrow is the 4ourth annual Genghis Con comix convention in Cleveland Ohio, I'll be there with an assortment of mini-comics, my No Legs manga, original art and a bunch of old comics for a dollar. This will be my second year at the show and it is a real blast, it's at the Beachland Ballroom, last year there were tasty donuts available early and all day the kitchen and bar were open. Adventure Time Fan Fic

Below is the short comic that me and my daughter made! Piper told me what words to write and helped with layout and placement in the panels. She is the most math and awesome 5 year old ever! We're printing this out and sending it to school for her friends to all color. Just a one page folded in half kinda deal. Hope y'all dig it!

N.E. Geek Expo coloring contest!

November 3rd 2012 will be the second annual N.E. Geek Expo in Jefferson, Ohio, filled with all sorts of geek-tacular goodness, video games, comics, fire breathing vikings, donuts, super heros, villains, robots in disguise, possibly ninjas, and a coloring contest involving the above picture. 24 Hour Comics Day

October 20th 2012, known in some circles as...tomorrow, is 24 Hour Comics Day! The challenge is to create 24 pages of comic book awesomeness in 24 hours, or less! I will be joining Sean McGrath and a bunch of other folks who want to make comics in Erie, Pennsylvania, and I will be slinging some ink and going crazy with my brush with the much needed assistance of my lovely wife Trouble. Tonight I make some celebratory donuts and rest for what will be a fun filled ink stained day! I am unsure if there is wifi at the location, so I may or may not be updating online as I progress through the day. But you can all go check out Sean's blog where he as a countdown timer and it lists the very appreciated donors to the kickstarter which made 24 Hour Comics Day in Erie possible! Go check him out, he's good people!
