The NFL Lock Out has already ended which lasted for 18 weeks and 4 days from March 11 up to July 25, 2011.

Various NFL players have expressed their gratitude to all their fans for supporting them. “I just want say to all the fans, thank you so much for all of your support and patience during this process. “We’re excited for this season to start and to have a great year,” Dallas Cowboys tight end Jason Witten said.

“We want to tell you we thank you for being supportive of us through this process. We were trying to make the game better for those guys that played it in the past, in the present and in the future. We appreciate your support. We look forward to a great football season. We got this thing done, now let’s play some ball,” Cincinnati Bengals offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth said.

With that said, the 2011 NFL regular season is set to kick off next month, September 8, 2011 with the New Orleans Saints traveling to Lambeau Field, the home of the Super Bowl XLV champion Green Bay Packers!

The Super Bowl 2012 is fast approaching! In fact, the countdown already began in the official Super Bowl 2012 website IndianapolisSuperBowl.com

As of this writing, the countdown is 189 days until the Super Bowl 2012 date on February 5, 2012 with an estimated start time is 6:30 pm Eastern time.

Once again, this Super Bowl 2012 competition features the champions of the American Football Conference (AFC) and the National Football Conference (NFC) of the National Football League. The winning team wins the Vince Lombardi Trophy.

The 2012 Super Bowl will be played at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. It is estimated that between 100,000 and 150,000 visitors will be in the Super Bowl host city.

The AFC team will practice at the Indianapolis Colts Practice Facility on West 56^th Street while the NFC team will practice on the campus of the University of Indianapolis in their newly constructed facility.

The 2011 NFL Season is scheduled to begin this coming September 8, 2011 with the New Orleans Saints traveling to Lambeau Field, the home of the Green Bay Packers and Super Bowl 2011 champion.

Apparently, the failure to agree to a new Collective Bargaining Agreement between the NFL owners and NFL players has led to a NFL lockout, which may, depending on how long it lasts, shorten or cancel the entire NFL season.

The Super Bowl 2012 will be held at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. With this NFL lockout, the chances that there will be Super Bowl 2012 are getting slimmer and slimmer as the antitrust laws issues between the two parties in the NFL lockout continues.

Definitely, a lot of NFL fans will be standing by if there will be an opening of the 2012 NFL regular season on September 8, 2011. Only then we will know if there will be indeed a Super Bowl 46 scheduled to happen on February 5, 2012.

First of all, congratulations to Green Bay Packers for winning the Super Bowl 2011 trophy after defeating Pittsburgh Steelers, 31-25 on Sunday night, February 6, 2011 at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Aaron Rodgers did a great job in turning the Green Bay Packers into champions once again. This was Green Bay's fourth Super Bowl title. The Packers won the first two Super Bowls with Vince Lombardi coaching Bart Starr, and they claimed another with Brett Favre in January 1997.

Having said that, let's look into next year's Super Bowl 2012. Super Bowl XLV will be held next year on February 6, 2012 at the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana. This would be the first time that the Super Bowl is held in Indianapolis.

Ben Roethlisberger will look for his third Super Bowl victory since 2005 and Aaron Rodgers is going for his first in just his third year as Green Bay's starting quarterback.

Finally! The 2011 NFL Playoffs was already finished and two NFL teams emerged as champions from the National Football Conference (NFC) and American Football Conference (AFC) from the Conference Championship Round held last weekend.

Apparently, my prediction in the NFC Championship Game came true with Green Bay Packers as representative for the Super Bowl 2011 after defeating Chicago Bears at a score of 21-14.

Aaron Rodgers ran for a score and made a TD-saving tackle in leading the Green Bay Packers into the Super Bowl 2011."It's a dream come true. It's an incredible feeling. I'm at a loss for words," Rodgers said.

Meanwhile, my prediction for the AFC Championship Game did not came into realization as New York Jets was defeated by Pittsburgh Steelers in a score of 19-24. The Steelers ended the Jets' season with a dominant first half resulting in a 24-3 lead. Mendenhall ran for 95 of his 121 rushing yards and a touchdown before halftime.

With that said, NFC Champion Green Bay Packers will face AFC Champion Pittsburgh Steelers in the Super Bowl 2011 football event next month at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, North Texas.

With the recent results of the 2011 NFL Divisional Playoffs, we're now down to four NFL teams: Greenbay Packers, Chicago Bears, New York Jets, and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Having said that, I think that Super Bowl 2011 will be a battle between Greenbay Packers and New York Jets. Less than a month from now, Super Bowl 2011 will be held on the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. After last week's victory of New York Jets and Baltimore Ravens in the 2011 NFL Wild Card Weekend Playoffs in the AFC and NFC, respectively, the NFL Divisional Playoffs comes next today to determine which NFL teams will compete for the much awaited Super Bowl 2011 on February 6, 2011.

I am very sure right now that a lot of hotels have been booked near the Dallas Cowboys Stadium as Super Bowl 2011 fans will be traveling from all over the United States to witness the clash between the AFC and NFC Champions. At the same time, Super Bowl 2011 tickets were almost sold out if not totally sold out already.

Based on the 2011 NFL Playoffs Bracket I provided in my previous post here, New York Jets will be facing New England Patriots and Baltimore Ravens will be facing Pittsburgh Steelers in the AFC Divisional Playoffs.

On the NFC Divisional Playoffs, Seattle Seahawks will be facing against Chicago Bears and Greenbay Packers will be battling against rival Atlanta Falcons. The winning NFL teams will advance to the Conference Championship to be held next week, after which we will now determine the two NFL teams from both NFC and AFC to battle on the Super Bowl 2011.

The NFL wild card weekend will start on January 8, 2011 for both AFC and NFC to determine which two teams will battle on Super Bowl 2011. 37 Days to Go Before Super Bowl 2011

More and more people are getting excited as the much awaited Super Bowl 2011 will be held exactly 37days from now as of this writing next year on February 6, 2011 at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium. The last week of the NFL regular season will be held next year at January 2, 2011 with the last game between St. Louis Rams vs. Seattle Seahawks at Qwest Field.

Since Super Bowl 2011 is fast approaching, Tara Green, Vice President and COO of the North Texas Super Bowl 45 Host Committee points out a number of things to watch for as Super Bowl 2011 nears:

"In January, you're going to start seeing Super Bowl 2011 signage being installed, out at the airports, downtown areas, all around. It will be general awareness signage. And you'll see advertising for the NFL experience, radio TV-reps, the NFL has a very aggressive marketing campaign to promote Super Bowl 2011 ticket sales.", Green said.

"Billboards will be springing up from every where. Not just from NFL alone but also from Sponsors of the Super Bowl 45", Green continues. Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert has named attorney John Bar the Graffiti Czar as a cleanup of Graffiti is underway - thanks in part to a $100,000 donation from Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban.

Super Bowl 2011 organizers warn the public not to be fooled by imitation game tickets or Super Bowl 2011 packages that include hotel room but not the tickets. They advise Super Bowl 2011 fans to pay using credit cards and not to use cash or personal check.

"You'll see a lot more Super Bowl 2011 merchandise for sale in the area. Make sure you look for the tag that has the official NFL logo on it that shows that it's a licensed merchandise", says Green. "I've started seeing a lot more signs going up that say, "Rent Your Homes For The Super Bowl". Buyer beware. There are enough hotel rooms in the area to accommodate all of the Super Bowl 2011 travelers that are coming in. Home rentals won't be a big factor here in North Texas. For a non-refundable listing fee, they'll rent your home out for the Super Bowl 2011. You see those year after year where Super Bowls are played, and people should not be fooled," Green continues.

Furthermore, he also advises fans to look for the friendly Super Bowl 2011 volunteers which will be at the airports, hotel functions, everywhere starting in the week of the Super Bowl. Fans should approach them and ask any questions they might have.

I was not able to update what's the latest on NFL and on the upoming Super Bowl 2011 next year for the past five weeks. Since my last update on week 5 NFL scores and results, seven weeks have passed on the NFL 2010 - 2011 regular season.

Right now, there are still four weeks ahead of us as we move closer to the Super Bowl 2011 to be held next year on February 6, 2011 at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. So without further ado, let's check out last week's NFL Week 13 scores and results and assess which NFL teams will have a chance to enter the much awaited Super Bowl 2011 football event next year.

Defending Super Bowl 2010 champion New Orleans Saints defeated another team, the Cincinnati Bengals at scores of 34-30. They also performed well in last week's face off match against the Super Bowl 2011 host Dallas Cowboys ending the game at scores of 30-27.

New England Partiots who is currently sitting at the top of NFL power rankings defeated Detroit Lions on week 12 in an outstanding score of 45-24. In the recently held week 13 games, they went victorious again upon defeating New York Jets in another outstanding score of 45-3.

NFL Week 6 Scores and Results - Super Bowl 2011 is becoming nearer and nearer as weeks pass by. We just finished week 6 of the NFL regular season. 11 more weeks before the much awaited Super Bowl 2011 Championship Finals on February 6, 2011 to be held at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. NFL Week 5 Scores and Results

Week 5 have just been finished and we saw a lot of unexpected wins and losses among the games. A lot of teams have managed to catch up during week 5 and we have a very fair competition which might be open for all in week 6. Looking at the scores and results of the game, week 5 served as an equalizing week for teams who had been losing during weeks 1 to 4.

The Detroit Lions have awaken this week and made their first win against the St. Louis Rams. The Lions had been one of the good teams that hasn’t really been a factor until today. They defeated the rams with a bang, 44-6.

Meanwhile, Kansas City Chiefs suffered their first defeat in the season courtesy of the Indianapolis Colts. The powerhouse of the Colts lineup seems to be too strong for the Chiefs to handle. The Buffalo Bills on the other end falls to 0-5 in another defeat from the Jacksonville Jaguars.

In the USA where the largest audience of the Super Bowl 2011 is located, Fox Sports is scheduled to televise the biggest football with commentator Joe Buck on play by play and Troy Aikman as the color commentator. The pre-game will be led by Curt Menefee, joined by Super Bowl winning analysts Terry Bradshaw, Michael Strahan, Jimmy Johnson, and Howie Long.

In addition, Anheuser-Busch InBev, GoDaddy.com and Hyundai have announced plans to buy ad time.

The first week of the NFL Regular season was already finished and we are about to enter the second week. During the first week, there were several season openers of different NFL teams. After the start of the Super Bowl 2011 official countdown held last Friday at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, the regular season of the National Football League (NFL) begins with a kick off match between Super Bowl 2010 champion New Orleans Saints vs. Minnesota Vikings.

Different NFL teams are scheduled to battle in the seventeen weeks duration of the NFL regular season from September 9, 2010 up to January 2, 2011 to determine which teams will advance to reach the Super Bowl 2011 championship finals on February 6, 2011.

Week 1 has just started with a season opener from New Orleans Saints vs. Minnesota Vikings where the Saints won 14-9 held at the Superdome Stadium.There will be several NFL teams who will have their season opener during the first week of the regular season of NFL from September 9 to 13, 2010.

Super Bowl 2011 Official Countdown Begins

The North Texas Super Bowl 2011 Host Committee will start its official countdown to the Super Bowl 2011 football event to be held next year on February 6, 2011 at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium in Arlington Texas.

Presented by Frito-Lay this Friday, September 10, 2010 at 7:30 pm live at the Dallas Cowboys Stadium, the star-studded celebration will feature seldom-seen NFL films archival footage scored live by the 102-piece UNT Symphony Orchestra. The event will also include a patriotic tribute by the NFL Players Gospel Choir, a rare public performance by Fort Worth's own Van Cliburn, a tribute to the Dallas Cowboys' 50th anniversary and a celebration of the career of newly-minted Pro Football Hall of Famer Emmitt Smith.

Capping of the night will be a special concert performance by Grammy Award-winning artist Tim McGraw. Limited Seats will be available for this official Super Bowl 2011 countdown event.
