		<description><![CDATA[While Realty Trac has recently reported a drop in foreclosure filings they also warned their readers to “take the progress with caution”.  The low foreclosure numbers are not an accurate reflection of the massive reservoir of distressed properties that have accumulated over the past few years.  They also reported that 31 states saw foreclosure starts increase.  North Carolina (up 47%) is 1 of the 5 states posting the largest monthly increases.  Eventually these properties will have to be released into the market.  Hold on to your hat because the wild and crazy ride we call real estate is not over yet.]]></description>
