I want to remain anonymous, but I want to tell you something very important. Because an employee was willing to come forward, and expose illegal activity at CA Spalding, the owners were forced to accuse several people in management, and to please their customers these people were fired. But I know first hand those managers were not responsible for these activities. Although the managers did what they were told, it was the owners providing the instruction to break the law. Javier Kuehnle and Wes Kuehnle were directing these managers to violate the law. So for their customers to believe things have changed because managers were fired and replaced, is simply not true. These people are scum I know because I've worked for them for many years. I realize my job may be at risk for writing this, but people should know about these two pieces of crap.

Please be advised you can review information within my book at the following Website, (http://paulgrauber.blogspot.com/2010/01/at-what-cost-whistleblower-story.html#comment-form) I will begin to post all the information that I discuss speak about my book. The following are questions and answers pertaining to my book "At What Cost" A Whistleblower Story, by Paul Grauber

QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS ABOUT THE BOOK

Q: Why write "At What Cost"?

A: "At What Cost" was written with the intent to tell my story as a whistleblower and to
bring closure to a very debilitating experience.

Q: How would you rate you own book?

A: Look, this book is no literary work of art, far from it, but you have to keep in mind I'm
no writer, just a hard working man with a high school diploma. Having said that, you can only imagine how this experience affected me, that I would be inspired to write a book.

This company is owned by Javier Kuehnle, and operated by his brother George Wes Kuehnle. They sell themselves off as Mexican minorities. These brothers are not good people, and should not be manufacturing aeronautical parts. Although they have been fraudulently manufacturing parts for years, the FAA refuses to decertify the company, must be because they claim to be minority owned. Because the Kuehnle's are part German and part Mexican, they use their Mexican heritage to receive special privileges under affirmative action, THIS CANNOT BE LEGAL, THEY ARE STEALING FROM OUR GOVERNMENT. They are no more of a minority than any other red blooded American. Abuse of the system, by rotten disloyal thieves.

Dear Wes, I wish to contact the site administrator also, so that I may provide them with an autograph copy of my book "At What Cost? A Whistleblower Story." If you would like I can also send you a copy. Now you know there were no arrest made when I blew the whistle on your company for shipping Defective Fuel line brackets to Boeing, why lie. Just cant seem to break old habits. If people honestly have questions about CA Spalding they should read my book or visit my website and read the questions and answers. http://atwhatcost.ning.com/forum/topics/questions-and-answers-about-at
(If any additional information is needed please feel free to contact me at paulgrauber@juno.com) I will gladly send you an autograph copy of my book. Wes would you or Javier like to use the email I have as a recommendation? It is from a Pratt Whitney source Inspector instructing me in the process of blowing the whistle on CA Spalding. I will gladly provide this to anyone that would like a copy.

. received a negative review

After ordering parts from this supplier we were very dissatisfied. The turn around time was terrible as well as the quality of parts. This company is owned and run by incompetent people that should not be in the aeronautical business. Unfortunately they use the fact that they are part Mexican to receive all the benefits offered from the government under affirmative action, and are listed as minority owned. So companies that utilize this manufacture receive a tax break, which is why my company solicited their services. The professionalism displayed during the manufacturing of our parts was at such a low level I’ve never seen before., i.e. lying, delaying, not answering phones, on several occasions changed delivery date. If you want quality then you DON'T want CA Spalding Company manufacturing your parts!!!!!

Genesis TEK, LLC received a positive review

It's hard for me to have imagined what an enjoyable and easy experience it was working with Larry. In every way, except my high standard for quality work, my expectations were exceeded. I was most impressed by the quick turn around - not only of the initial work, but subsequent alterations - often in just a couple of hours! And Larry was a pleasure to deal with. Both via email and phone his communications were clear and precise. Finally, Larry went out of his way to send me to a rapid prototype competitor and got me a quote from them, because their material better suited my needs. I couldn't have asked for anything more. ****** (6 out of 5 stars)

Genesis TEK, LLC received a positive review

They say a business is only as successful as the people it partners with. Having GenesisTek as our design resource has ensured us quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness when it comes to the design phase of our product development division. Larry and Tim make a fantastic team by crossing all their "t's" which means we did not have to micromanage the process. In fact, they produced the designs and prototypes so efficiently, we were put ahead of schedule. I would recommend GenesisTek to anyone seeking out design work. In the end, you realize you get more than just design...you also get prototyping convenience, production sourcing options, service, and expertise. Its always great to get more than you expected.

Genesis TEK, LLC received a positive review

Tim Bottger and Larry Gonier at Genesis Tek did an incredible job: quickly, inexpensively and of the highest quality, with our government project. Tim's CAD drawings on SolidWorks and other platforms enabled us to solicit competitive bids with different injection molding companies. Larry's quick prototype (via Solid Designs) enabled us to visualize and make last minute changes before final CAD and tool contracting. Tim is also a fine gentleman and dedicated, consumate professional. Both are sincere patriots. I would not hesitate to recommend Genesis Tek for rapid prototyping design and intend to use them again for the next generation of our system. It was a great pleasure to work with both of them.
