I saw people having a problem in open files downloaded from the Internet and from other potentially unsafe locations .
Then today I have got a solution for you.

How to remove Protected View in Microsoft Office (without opening the file)

First Right Click the document you want to unblock and then click on Properties

Second Click on the Unblock Button under the General tab

After that , click on OK your document will open without the Protected View

This worked for Microsoft Office 2010; hope this works for Office 2003, 2007, 2013 also.

Hindi is spoken by hundreds of millions of people in India and around the world. But reconciling the breadth and complexity of the Devanagari script and the limitations of a QWERTY keyboard can be a barrier to communication, particularly on mobile devices.

We recently launched the Google Hindi Input app on Google Play. If you have an Android smartphone or tablet, Google Hindi Input is the quickest and easiest way to compose emails, send messages and post on social networks using Devanagari script.

Google Hindi Input has two methods for writing Hindi text. In transliteration mode, you simply type a Hindi word in English (like namaste), and the app will automatically convert the word to Devanagari script (नमस्ते).

Hitting the globe button switches to a full Devanagari script keyboard, with Hindi consonants ordered alphabetically on two pages. In this mode, you can long press at any time to select various forms of a consonant.

Google Hindi Input is the first Indic language input method on Android, but definitely not the last from the Google Internationalization team — stay tuned for more.

Secondly right click Modem_installation
Thirdly click on Troubleshoot Compatibility
Fourthly click on Try recommended settings
Fifthly click on Test the program and install it (Don't click on next but just close the program)
Sixthly search for Device Manager from Start (some people may not find it because they may be seeing apps, check it in setting's in the right side)
Seventhly see Others in Device Manager and expand it, then right click and update unknown USB devices under Others through the internet
Then open MMX353G 3G USB Manager and your modem is working fine.
