SUR M'ALE GOBROS!

FOUR YEARS!

2016-01-09T21:26:00.002+01:00

I hope you had as much fun with the illustrations as we had! Thank you for being with us all this time.

So... I guess is as good time as any to put the blog in a hiatus for some time. We have some things we have to focus on...

If you'd like to follow our work and get updates on our other projects there's always the facebook fanpage and Marcin's webpage

PS: If you ever want to just browse the illustrations: we have a dedicated page just for that, the SURMALEGOBROS.COM. It also has an updated FAQ and a list of the mentions and publications about the project. Enjoy!

See you later! Cheers!
Marcin and Przemek Surma

By popular facebook vote: SPYRIUS SAUCER SCOUT, REVISITED! I thought it'd be a good occasion to revisit 3d surmalegobros -- do tell if you'd like more of these!

It got 23 of all 37 of your votes -- thank you all for participating! The losing 379 illustration is going to surface sometime in the future -- not in the near one, though!

This time we're welcoming very talented Kasia Witerscheim and her favoire Belville set!

Kasia draws comic books and illustrates by day and administrates an awesome her very own Play By Forum roleplaying game by night! Amazing! She's the one that does the extremely popular Disney princess modern redesigns.

You can see more of her work on her tumblr, facebook fanpage and her behance portfolio.

Thanks, Kasia!

Hello! Marcin here. Long time no see! Somehow this little hiatus between seasons turned out way longer than we anticipated... So, without further ado, let's start Season 4 with original Space Police outpost!

Also, here's a teeny-tiny sneak-peek of what's to come:

Oh, and since we will be updating only every other week from now on: See you in two weeks!

Love, Marcin.

3rd Season SUMMARY

2014-10-26T15:39:00.002+01:00

Hi, Marcin here!

Whew, this was an amazing year for us!

We did some LEGO illustrations:

...And, also, the Summer Space Fashion theme, chosen by facebook votes -- I loved that!

We answered a few questions in an interview at amazing HispaBrick Magazine! (click to read in pdf)

This year we were also invited to Animachina in Bytom and Pyrkon in Poznan (where our illustrations were even part of the Zbudujmy.to and LUGPol LEGO model exhibition!)

We've been also mentioned by New Elementary and Brothers Brick!

We're also in the middle of an experimental giveaway -- can't wait for the prints to reach the winners!

...

Besides Sur m'ale Gobros: Two comic books Przemek illustrated got published this year: 88/89 and Kubatu!

I myself got quite busy lately due to working on SUPERHOT game. And on a lot of other cool stuff!

So, to wrap this amazing year up: We're both taking a small break from doing new illustrations for Sur m'ale Gobros -- Thank you all for being with us all this time!

There's a lot of ways you can keep up with us besides this blog: We have a facebook fanpage and I have a tumblr and a webpage!

See you! Love, Marcin.

Go to the facebook vote post on Surma Bros. fanpage to vote (and get any more info you'd need).

If you don't have a facebook account: you can vote by commenting on this blogspot post (don't vote on facebook AND blogspot, please -- only one vote per person is permitted)
