im almost 17 so i go to school and study all the time.
i have a “job” of baby sitting regularly during the week.

im close to 200 lbs and its genetic (which if you didn’t know is harder to get rid of)

because i am at school or working my work out consist of power walking from class to class every day and that’s about it. Every morning i have an english muffin with peanut butter and a glass of milk, which isn’t that bad for you.

But here’s the thing. My family has a very very low income and all we can afford is ramen noodle soup, mac and cheese, and necessities.

Sorry this is so long but I just want you guys to know about me to know if you have any advice.

Anyway, I don’t really have that much time to exercise. We don’t have money for a treadmill or anything and it’s winter and I won’t be able to walk outside because i have asthma very bad and walking outside hurts like a mother.

I also try to drink as much water as i can. I know that water can be filling and helps you eat less but it doesn’t work too well. The thing i need to work on is portions but also what i am eating.

Do you have any advice on what to do?

Please nothing like “your too young to care” or “your fat get over it” or “have surgery” or anything. i’m serious and i am willing to start turning my life around.

LOS ANGELES – Have you ever wondered what it would be like to fart out of your nose? Neither have I, but one man has. Roy McLaughlin, 41, says he dreamed of having the ability to fart out of his nose since he was a little boy. According to McLaughlin, there’s nothing more pleasurable, and yes, funnier, than being able to pass gas through your nose. Still not convinced?

McLaughlin decided in August 2009 that he finally wanted to turn his dream into reality. He consulted with several types of surgeons and finally found one who would perform a procedure on him in which the exit of his bowels would be unattached from his anus and reattached to his nasal passages. He would still be able to breathe, but only through his mouth now.

“This was the strangest request I’ve ever seen in the medical community,” says Charles P. Cox, the surgeon who performed the surgery on McLaughlin. He concluded by saying, “Only in America.”

After undergoing an intensive 6 hour surgery, McLaughlin awoke a new man. With his bowels now attached to his nasal passages, he could finally do what he had always dreamed of but never thought possible.

When I met him in the hospital, I asked him to demonstrate passing gas through his nostrils, which he did with delight. However, a serious question popped into my mind. I asked him, “Have you had a bowel movement since the surgery?” His face drew a blank. “How do you plan on going to the bathroom?” I asked. He was shocked. It looks like no one had thought about that.

She has a point. I don’t know how YOU actually think, but you obviously must be a minor to need not only financial support, but consent. I know I can be OCD about something and also bipolar, tending to need it now. My parents and I usually see eye-to-eye, they don’t disagree with anything that is based on my opinion, but there was a time I really wanted my belly button pierced because it was summer and so many girls were posting pictures on Myspace. I even found a place that did piercings, watched videos on Youtube, but my mom didn’t want to talk about it and would not agree to it.

You need to rise above this. The size of your nose can’t alter the way you perceive things. You might feel better about that, but sooner or later other things will come up that need this. You need to try to see this from your mother’s side. Chances are you won’t care after awhile. How long has it bothered you? Why is your nose this way, and is it abnormal? Would you mind posting a picture? Try to come to terms with it. It’s just a nose! It’s for smelling things, not deciding how you feel about yourself.

The thing I`ve asked question about my Penis too But yeah man you`re right.
I think the reason girls don`t care is cause there not as shallow as guys are, I`ve learned that and I`m trying to change, us guys we`re shallow just some that aren`t.
