The surgeon then removes your gallbladder by reaching in through the incision and gently lifting.

The surgery is done while you are under general anesthesia (unconscious and unable to feel pain).

The surgeon makes an incision of 5 to 7 inches in the upper right abdomen, just below the ribs, and cut the bile duct and blood vessels leading to the gallbladder. Then he removed the gallbladder.

During surgery, you will use special x-ray called a cholangiogram. This involves squirting some dye into your common bile duct. This duct will be left in after gallbladder removed. The dye helps locate other stones that may be outside of the gallbladder. If any are found, the surgeon can remove these other stones with a special medical instrument.

The open surgical removal of the gallbladder takes about an hour.

Why is the procedure:

The doctor may recommend surgery to remove the gallbladder if you have gallstones or your gallbladder is not functioning normally (biliary dyskinesia).

You may have some or all of these symptoms:

Pain after eating, usually in the upper right or middle abdomen (epigastric pain)
Nausea and vomiting
Indigestion
Infection (cholecystitis)
The most common way is to remove the gallbladder using a medical instrument called a laparoscope. See also: laparoscopic removal of the gallbladder

Other reasons for this surgery include:

You have had many surgeries in this part of your belly in the past
Respiratory problems
Severe liver problems
Bleeding problems
You are in their third trimester of pregnancy
Obesity
She leaves her husband and five children.

According to the family, Suely began to show symptoms on the morning of last Wednesday. In the evening, was taken by her husband John Araujo da Silva to the hospital where she was treated with one tablet of dipyrone and released.

But the next day, the picture has worsened and she was taken to hospital, this time by daughter, Nilma da Silva. "She arrived at the hospital with bleeding," said Nilma. In the HM, it was attended by GP Rosângela Warrior Milk, which underwent a series of tests. The result confirmed dengue hemorrhagic fever, and gallstones. Suely still remained in the emergency room, where he received the first drugs to be subsequently hospitalized.

On Saturday, before the severity of the disease, the board decided to forward the HM Suely to Santarem, but the plane that would never even take off: 13h, the housewife could not resist bleeding and died.

The family, very shaken, not wanted to record an interview. The report tried to talk to health officials, but no one was found to give explanations. The funeral took place yesterday at Our Lady of Sorrows Cemetery.

Marituba

The patient admitted to the Emergency Hospital and Emergency Dr. Augusto Rodrigues Chaves, last Saturday, with suspected dengue hemorrhagic fever in Marituba was transferred early yesterday morning to the Divine Providence Hospital.

The state of her health was not disclosed. The patient's name, 46, is also kept secret. The clinical director Avelar Feitosa only confirmed by telephone that a woman suspected of the disease was admitted to Providence moved from Augusto Chaves. Even today, the hospital will issue a technical note indicating the state of her health.

In the first hospital where the woman was hospitalized, no one wanted to talk about it. A nurse who declined to be identified said the hospital had not reported any cases of dengue hemorrhagic fever, dengue fever only. "That's the only thing I can say for sure," he said.

While waiting for an answer on the case, the team caught a DAILY pit with the cover broken with weeds around. The patients said that the problem is very old and uncomfortable. "We have asked that action on pit. I think it has even become a focus of dengue, "said the housewife Cilene Silva. At the hospital, no one wanted to comment.

Awareness Icoaraci

A dragnet against dengue to the rhythm of Carnival. That was the way that the passage Oscarina Darco residents in the district of Icoaraci found to avoid proliferation of mosquitoes at the site.

Accompanied by a samba school drum Independent Youth Village Smile, residents went out walking the streets in the district advising and guiding on the evils of disease. "The city has been here, has advised. But we need to reinforce it with everyone. Let's knock on the door and show that we have to engage in the fight against this disease that kills and causes so much suffering, "said Regiane Farias, one of the directors of the Friends of Icoaraci.

During the walk, residents handed out flyers to neighbors about the disease. Plastic bottles, poorly packaged junk and anything that might serve to focus dengue was collected during the trawl.

She said the idea came from cases that have begun to increase on-site. "Dengue is here already becoming well known. Everyone knows someone who has had the disease. We need to change this reality, "said Regiane.

Another concern of residents is that Icoaraci was the first place in Pará to register a case of dengue type 4, which did not circulate for more than 20 years in the country. "We were scared. Now, home care has increased greatly. I am very afraid of getting this disease, "said the shopkeeper Nilza Smith

When her surgeon recommended a gallbladder operation, you remember a friend or relative who did the same surgery a few years ago. They had a huge scar and told they had intense pain after surgery. They stayed in hospital for a week, unable to return to normal activities in less than 6 weeks. So you were worried about going through the same things. How do I get off work almost two months?
Today ... There is a new surgical technique to great advantage
The gallbladder removal surgery is one of the most practiced and most is already done laparoscopically. The medical term for this procedure is laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
Instead of incisions 20 to 30 cm long, the operation is performed through four small holes of 0.5 cm in the abdomen.
The postoperative pain is much smaller than that of conventional surgery.
Usually the patient is admitted to the hospital one day and return to normal activities within 10 to 15 days.
WHAT IS THE GALLBLADDER?
It is a pear-shaped organ located under the right lobe of the liver.
Its main function is to collect the bile produced by the liver and concentrate it. When the person eats, the gallbladder contracts releasing the bile, which passes through a channel called bile until it reaches the gut and find food.
The removal of the gallbladder is not associated with any digestive dysfunction in most people.
WHAT CAUSES gallbladder problems?
The main problem of the gallbladder is associated with the presence of gallstones. They are stones of varying size and number, usually formed from cholesterol and / or bile salts contained in bile.
It is still uncertain why some people form stones.
There's no way to prevent stones from forming.
These stones can block the flow of the gallbladder, blocking the natural flow of bile, causing increased pressure within the bladder, leading to swelling (edema) and therefore the infection. This state is known as acute cholecystitis. The person has a cramping pain below the right rib, with vomiting and fever later.
If a small stone can pass into the bile duct the person may become yellow and have severe complications.
As these problems are detected and treated?
An ultrasound or abdominal ultrasound is the method of choice for diagnosis.
In some more complex cases, other radiological investigations are needed.
Calculi (stones) of gall bladder does not disappear with time. Any attempt another surgery that did not have any success. Temporary improvement may occur but may return with complications.
The removal of the gallbladder is the fastest and safest treatment for cholelithiasis. (Medical term to describe the presence of stones in the gallbladder)
WHAT KIND IS NECESSARY TO PREPARE?
The night the day before surgery from midnight I must remain absolute fasting.
Taking a bath in the evening or morning before surgery.
If you have constipation problems chronic tell your surgeon.
If you do use daily doses of medications, talk with your surgeon to find the best solution. If you make use of anti-coagulants or aspirin be sure to alert your doctor.
AS IS HELD ON WITHDRAWAL OF GALLBLADDER?
The patient is operated under general anesthesia.
Made a small incision in the navel where a needle is inserted to fill the abdominal cavity of a special gas. The intention is to create a space for the surgery can be performed.

It is then inserted a metal tube called a trocar is placed where the laparoscope (like a telescope). Through this shows all the abdominal cavity.

Held over three small cuts where the clamps are placed which will be used during surgery.

In some special situations, RX is performed bile duct during surgery to detect stones in the bile duct. If any are detected, or should be removed during surgery or after a procedimente performed with endoscopy. (Endoscopic sphincterotomy)

At surgery the cuts are closed with one or two points on the skin.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE SURGERY CAN NOT BE HELD BY LAPAROSCOPIC?
In a small number of patients, the method can not be done. This is usually due to local anatomical difficulties inherent in the patient or the degree of inflammation that occurs at the site due to gallbladder disease. When the surgeon decides to convert a surgery for the safety of the patient, does not consider it as a trial but as a complication of surgery (wisdom). Factors that could cause the conversion of closed to open surgery include excessive obesity, history of previous abdominal surgery, bleeding and other containment difficult.
HOW LONG WILL I BE IN HOSPITAL?
The vast majority of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy is not more than 24 hours in hospital. In some cases the patient is operated in the early morning, and may be released on the same night.
When will I get back to work?
On average you can return to full activities within 7 days. Of course it depends on what you do. If you have a job that requires great effort or medium, is to return to usual activities within 3 to 4 weeks.
IT IS SAFE TO PERFORM laparoscopic surgery?
The risks of laparoscopic surgery is identical to conventional surgery. Since the conventional method runs a greater risk of hernia formation at the site of the cut.
THERE IS RISK IN laparoscopic surgery?
Although surgery is considered safe, complications can occur as with any surgery.
Your surgeon should be clarified YOU RISK AND SURGICAL HELP YOU DECIDE WHAT ARE PLAYING FOR SURGERY RISKS REMAIN IN YOUR GALL STONES.
WHAT HAPPENS IMMEDIATELY AFTER GALLBLADDER SURGERY?
The gallbladder surgery is an abdominal surgery and therefore a little postoperative pain you should have. Nausea and vomiting may occur within 12 hours.
Once the liquid diet is well tolerated and no vomiting, the patient can be discharged the next day.
Getting out of bed already in the postoperative period is allowed and encouraged. The next morning the bandages can be removed and the patient bathing.
In general, recovery is gradual and progressive. You should always be better the next day.
Should return in a week to remove the stitches.
WHEN SHOULD I NOTIFY MY DOCTOR ...
The main function of the pancreas is to produce digestive enzymes, insulin and glucagon that regulate blood sugar levels.

In pancreatitis, pancreatic enzymes that are normally released in the small intestines to aid digestion are activated inside the pancreas and start to damage it. If the crisis is severe or prolonged, or if outbreaks of acute pancreatitis occur repeatedly, permanent damage to the pancreas can occur and lead to a condition called chronic pancreatitis.

The two most common causes of pancreatitis are gallstones and bile alcoholism (alcohol abuse). As the pancreatic duct, which carries digestive enzymes from the pancreas into the small intestine is the common bile duct, which comes from the gallbladder and liver, gallstones that clog the channel prevent pancreatic enzymes from reaching the intestines, being accumulated inside the liver and it is activated by eroding the body inside. Although most people who drink alcohol do not develop pancreatitis, drinking large amounts of alcohol can activate pancreatitis.

Other factors that sometimes can cause pancreatitis include:

Abdominal trauma (traumatic pancreatitis)
Abdominal surgery, drugs, including certain antibiotics (metronidazole, tetracycline and sulfa drugs), thiazide diuretics and estrogen, calcium or High levels of triglycerides in the blood, some infections such as mumps or viral hepatitis,
Endoscopic procedures involving the bile duct and pancreatic
Idiopathic (no cause is found).

Symptoms

Symptoms of acute pancreatitis include:

the upper abdominal pain that may be tolerable to the stabbing, in a band at the time of the stomach, both right and left;

Projection of the pain to the back, chest, flank or down

Worsening of the pain with food, especially fatty

nausea and vomiting,

o Loss of appetite,

the abdominal distention (swelling),

The Fever,

o Lack of air,

Fatigue,

Hypotension and the shock (very low pressure, disabling the functioning of organs).

Diagnosis

The patient's history will reveal the abuse of alcohol which, when absent, especially in women, is strongly suggestive of gallbladder calculi, confirmed by ultrasound examination.

Blood tests reveal elevated levels of pancreatic enzymes, amylase and lipase confirm the diagnosis of pancreatitis. The decrease of calcium in the blood is a sign of worsening, as well as the increase of leukocytes, glucose, urea and creatinine.

In some cases of pancreatitis, blood amylase may be normal as it rises rapidly at first and then decreases, does not mean improvement.

In some cases, computed tomography is suspected when swelling of the pancreas and the presence of fluid in the abdomen. CT scans also can reveal pancreatic pseudocysts are well containing pancreatic enzymes that develop in some cases of severe pancreatitis in chronic pancreatitis. Serious complications can occur when the cysts burst and enzymes come in contact the surface of the abdomen (peritonitis).

Prevention

Avoid the abuse of alcohol if the person never had pancreatitis,

Never drink the more, if the person has had one episode of alcohol-induced pancreatitis,

It is believed that to maintain a normal weight and avoiding rapid weight loss can prevent the development of gallstones,

Avoid the indiscriminate use of antibiotics and oral contraceptives the basis of estrogen.

Treatment

· General:

Rest in hospital

Fasting to "rest" the pancreas,

the replacement fluid intravenously

the passage of a nasal tube into the stomach to control the vomiting, the parenteral nutrition (through a vein thick) may be required in severe cases,· Medications to protect stomach stress ulcers. Include H2 blockers (ranitidine hydrochloride) and proton pump inhibitors (omeprazole, pantoprazole, esomeprazole, etc.)

· Antibiotics are only indicated in severe cases and when the cause is gallstones by the frequent presence of infection of the gallbladder - cholecystitis.

• The Surgery is indicated in the following situations:

The definitive treatment of gallstones (cholecystectomy)

Infection with the documented pancreatic abscess (collection of pus)

the necrosis (deterioration) of the pancreas extensive,

the major bleeding,

Shock that does not improve

the failure of multiple organs.

What Is It?

The patient with severe abdominal pain, does not improve with the portion sizes, or is accompanied by intense nausea or vomiting, you should seek a surgeon general or treated at an emergency room.

Prognosis.

Pancreatitis often improves slightly in the first week, without complications and without any further problem, but severe cases can last several weeks. Chronic pancreatitis may develop if there is a significant injury to the pancreas or if the patient had several attacks over time.

Nearly 10 percent of patients develop complications such as abscesses and necrosis of the pancreas that may require surgical treatment.
The pancreatitis caused by alcohol in crises occur from time to time, if the patient insists on drinking. Approximately 10 percent of patients with acute pancreatitis develop alcohol-related chronic pancreatitis.

But sometimes, a dysfunction, there is a change in the production of bile, precipitating the formation of crystals, which, little by little, get bigger and give rise to so-called gallstones. Most people who have no symptoms calculations. Although laparoscopic surgery is widespread, it is only indicated in certain cases. What is the development of asymptomatic gallstones? The frequency of symptoms and complications of gallstones discovered by chance is relatively small. In general, those who have gallstones never have symptoms or complications arising from calculations asymptomatic gallstones. Still, many researchers have been trying to establish which patients could biliary disease throughout his life. To our knowledge, there seems no relationship between symptoms and age, sex and number of calculations. So far, there is consensus that the evolution of the calculations without symptoms is benign and requires no intervention. What is the development of symptomatic gallstones? On the other hand, since the calculations cause typical symptoms of biliary disease, the risk of persistence of these problems is relatively high. Moreover, most of the complications of gallstone disease is preceded by an attack of biliary colic. Therefore, once the patient has presented biliary colic, the trend is that these episodes are repeated until they culminated in a complication, if nothing is done. Because biliary colic is expressed? The main complaint of patients with biliary colic symptoms is. Most clinicians agree that biliary colic - the most characteristic symptom of gallstones - is not an appropriate name because the pain is crampy. Rather, it is a very intense and continuous pain in upper abdomen, and during which alternate periods of worsening and improvement. This pain lasts from 15 minutes to hours and is commonly accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Evolves, often without precipitating factors. The interval between episodes can vary from days to months or even years, and, rarely, daily symptoms can be attributed to gallstones. The biliary colic must be differentiated from nonspecific symptoms that characterize functional dyspepsia. Gas, heartburn, abdominal discomfort, intolerance to fatty foods are frequent complaints in clinics. However, both occurring in patients with stones and in patients without gallstones. This differentiation is critical to successful treatment, since this is only indicated for biliary colic. In the episode of uncomplicated biliary colic are not detected changes in laboratory tests. The main test to confirm the diagnosis of gallstones is the abdominal ultrasound. What are the main complications of gallstones? When the frame persists for more than six hours, the suspicion of acute cholecystitis should be dismissed. Most patients with acute cholecystitis have previous episodes of biliary colic. The pain of acute cholecystitis is more prolonged, may be located precisely on the right side of the upper abdomen and is associated with fever. In the presence of acute cholecystitis, the gallbladder wall is thickened on ultrasound examination. Once the gallbladder becomes inflamed, signs of infection and elevated liver enzymes appear in blood tests. In some patients, the calculations can escape from the vesicle. If they are small, can go straight from the bile ducts into the intestine, leaving the faeces. If you are a little bigger, can become lodged in the bile ducts, causing complications such as jaundice, cholangitis or pancreatitis. The obstruction of the passage of bile results in jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes) and itching. Calculations in the main bile duct are often associated with infection, resulting in severe acute cholangitis framework, which is characterized by biliary colic, jaundice, fever and chills, requiring urgent treatment. Acute pancreatitis (inflamed pancreas) can also be caused by the passage of the bile duct calculations. Some experts recommend the removal of the gallbladder with calcified walls (also called porcelain gallbladder) the risk of developing gallbladder cancer. Although calculations large (greater than 3 cm) can be associated with gallbladder cancer, withdrawal prophylaxis is still controversial. What is the best treatment option? There is a consensus that asymptomatic calculations should not be treated. Only the calculations with symptomatic or complications and the calcified gallbladder should be treated. The options include surgery (cholecystectomy), dissolution or fragmentation of the calculations. Cholecystectomy is the only definitive treatment. It is a simple, safe, and suitable for most patients with stones. Currently, laparoscopic cholecystectomy facilitated the procedure with a shorter hospital stay, fewer complications and quicker return the patient to your routine. It is for this reason that cholecystectomy is now chosen by the majority of patients with gallstones. However, in about 5% of cases and in the presence of complications, conventional cholecystectomy may be a better option. The non-surgical treatment is reserved for patients who do not want to undergo surgery or have a very high surgical risk. Importantly, both dissolution and fragmentation of the calculations are not definitive procedures. Because the gallbladder is not removed, the calculations can, over time, reappear. The calculations present in the bile ducts can be removed through an endoscopic procedure called endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). This test may be performed before, during or after cholecystectomy. Symptoms may persist after cholecystectomy? The persistence of symptoms after cholecystectomy should be observed and discussed with patients before subjecting them to surgery. Many doctors tend to indicate cholecystectomy before the occurrence of specific symptoms such as intolerance of fatty foods, gas, belching, heartburn, nausea. Although some patients may improve these symptoms after surgery, several studies have shown that these may be present in the presence or absence of gallstones, and therefore are not specific to biliary disease. Performing a cholecystectomy just to see if symptoms improve is not recommended. In addition, cholecystectomy is not an innocuous procedure and may lead to other symptoms such as diarrhea after cholecystectomy. The wide spectrum of clinical presentation, the possibility of improvement in some patients and the facility provided by the laparoscopic cholecystectomy, surgery could even occasionally be indicated in patients with such symptoms, provided that they are intolerable, have negative investigation for other causes, or the subject has been previously discussed with the patient and has even accepted the possibility that the symptoms are not relieved by surgery.

The gallbladder stores bile, a greenish-yellow digestive fluid produced by the liver until the digestive system need it. Bile consists of bile salts, electrolytes, bilirubin, cholesterol and other fats (lipids). Bile increases the solubility of cholesterol, fats and vitamins in fatty foods, facilitating their absorption by the body. Bile salts stimulate the large intestine to secrete water and other salts, which assists in the mobilization of the intestinal contents along the intestine and out of the body.

Bilirubin, a metabolic breakdown product of red blood cells destroyed waste is excreted in the bile. The metabolic products of drugs and metabolic breakdown products processed by the liver are also excreted in bile. Bile duct flows of fine collectors exist within the liver to the left and right hepatic ducts, and then to the common hepatic duct and then into the common bile duct, the most caliber. Approximately 50% of bile secreted between meals flows directly through the common bile duct into the small intestine.

The other half of the secreted bile is diverted from the common bile duct through the cystic duct to the gallbladder, where it is stored. In the gallbladder, 90% of the water present in the bile is absorbed into the bloodstream. What remains in the gallbladder is a concentrated solution of bile salts, biliary lipids and sodium. When food enters the small intestine, a series of hormonal and nerve signals trigger the contraction of the gall bladder and a sphincter (sphincter of Oddi).

Next, the bile flows from the gallbladder to the small intestine, mixes with food content and makes your digestive functions. A large portion of the reserve of gallbladder bile is released into the small intestine and about 90% of bile salts are reabsorbed into the bloodstream through the wall of the distal small intestine. Next, the liver extracts bile salts in the blood and secretes bile to the back again. Bile salts of the body perform this cycle about ten to twelve times a day. In each cycle, small amounts of bile salts reach the large intestine, where they are degraded by bacteria. Part of bile salts is reabsorbed in the intestine and the remainder is excreted in the feces. The gallbladder is a small pear-shaped body (pear shaped) lovalizado under the liver. sans-serif; ">According to those who believe and spread recipes made
at home to cure diseases that are not always
easy, I take a tablespoon of vinegar
apple half
glass of water before or after meals, do
disappear complaints (pain caused by stone
vesicle), in a crisis, or to avoid the crisis if the
processing is done on the onset of symptoms.
As "preventive" treatment just made: a
teaspoon vinegar in half glass of water, fasting, 2 or
3 times per week.

A widely used treatment for domesticated
DELETE (eject)
gallstones is as follows:
(This treatment came here through comments
in the text that was previously released
with the same title)

Take on an empty stomach, 150 ml olive oil
(Some designate the "olive oil" with "heritage
Spanish terminology). Let stand for an hour and
then take a purgative (to be replaced by
tablespoon cider vinegar or tea laxative). On this day
due to diet and eat light meals and HEALTHY.
Says it has made you feel a little weak, but
able to expel all of the stones vesicles
(Which are well greenbacks).
"My friends were very grateful for this remedy.
I had no symptoms, but still took both,
WHY OLIVE OIL is good for lowering the
bad cholesterol. "

There is a similar treatment that can replace this
for those who can not (I can not swallow
day 15
ml olive oil):
Take a tablespoon of olive oil, fasting (I
I can take the oil by placing in the mouth and chew
a piece of bread or toast). 20 minutes and is expected
becomes a tablespoon of cider vinegar with
half
glass of water. By doing this treatment for several
days
You can also remove gallstones.

When the stones are large muoito must begin
Treatment with tea.
There are several plants used in tea to problems
gallbladder. Here are some of the names:
- Blade of avocado (and lazy bladder stone)
- Boldo (Boldo and Chile) in the treatment of gallbladder
biliary
General
- Burdock (ditto)
- Tea Lucy Lee (or verbena), Lippia citriodora
(Ibid)
- Tea leaf pine (undo calculations
bile - gallstones)

Please note:
Who has gallbladder problems should avoid:
- Coffee;
- Dried fruit;
- Stone fruits like peaches, mangoes, etc.
- Fried
- Fats in general all kinds of food
considered "heavy."

Note: There are studies that say that coffee (caffeine) not
wrong, but quite the opposite: it helps to treat. However,
the problem of coffee is not caffeine, but a large
toxin amount (over 3000) that contains and passes into
body. Caffeine may help treat, but
toxins
much damage.
The role of toxins is essential as a "catalyst"
<span Being an abdominal surgery, however slight it is, there will certainly be some post-operative pain, in addition to nausea and vomiting can occur within 12 hours, but the effects are much smaller today than the past, in conventional surgery. If a liquid diet is well tolerated and no vomiting, the patient is discharged the next day. He can get out of bed soon after surgery and recovery is gradual, the person feeling better the next day, and removing the points within a semana.Entretanto, the patient has to communicate with your beautiful and nice doctor if you develop fever, increased pain or swelling in the abdomen, continuous coughing, wheezing, difficulty swallowing or secretion into the wound after surgery, or some other kind of discomfort.

But there’s another major problem oversized people face – gallstones

University Malaya Medical Centre (UMMC) senior consultant surgeon Prof Dr Chin Kin Fah (pic) said those who were obese and aged over 40 were at a higher risk of suffering from gallstone problems, with women being twice as vulnerable as males.

“It can be life-threatening when complications set in,” he said in an interview with The Star.

He said people should watch their weight, diet and exercise frequently to reduce the risk of obesity that could lead to gallstone disease.

Usually, patients suffer severe pain in the upper right side of the abdomen and the pain can move to the back to the shoulder blade, he said.

“Those in pain are not able to find a position of comfort until the stones fall back into the gall bladder or the gall bladder is removed,” said Dr Chin.

The obstruction can lead to complications such as inflammation of the gall bladder, liver, biliary passage and/or pancreas while in some instances the stones may be associated with gallbladder cancer, he said.

Patients can suffer from high fever, fatigue, severe and constant pain and need morphine to relieve the pain, he said.

Dr Chin said that although the problem was common, affecting one in 10 adults, it is treatable.

The standard and established way to treat gallstone disease is by surgically removing the gall bladder together with the stones when it becomes dysfunctional after being repeatedly inflamed, he said.

Last year, UMMC began a single key-hole surgery for gallbladder removal, the first in the country to adopt the procedure, he said.

The single key-hole surgery costs more than the current four key-hole surgery but patients were happy that incision was created through the navel and did not leave any scars on their body, he said.

Dr Chin said using drugs and reducing fat intake did not work that well for those who already had gallstone disease.

In this article, you will learn some tips about which acids help dissolve gallstones.

Dissolving and Flushing GallstonesGallstones do not flush like kidney stones. Kidney stones have been shown to flush with drinking plenty of water. However, gallstones seem to be more stubborn. In order to pass your gallstones, you may need to incorporate fiber and natural acids into your diet. Let me explain.Fiber is everywhere these days. If you walk down your grocer’s aisle, you will notice that fiber is a new fad. What does fiber do? Fiber will actually help your body flush junk like cholesterol, plaque, toxins, chemicals, pollutants and even gallbladder stones.

Acids are also everywhere. If you have drank a can of pop or eaten a piece of fruit you have consumed natural acids. Acids are everywhere but certain ones have been shown to make it to the gallbladder to help dissolve cholesterol based gallstones. Because the liver plays no role in acid base regulation, it is possible to eat the right foods to flush your gallstones naturally. How to Flush Gallbladder Stones

Holistically treating the body is a medical term for allowing the 'whole' body to treat an illness or ailment. Holistic health has become remarkably popular after research has begun to point how everything of the body is interconnected.

For instance, research even points to how your feet's health determines your overall health (reflexology). Also, many researchers agree that your body has an internal memory to heal all aspects of itself if giving the correct means (diet, lifestyle, proper vitamins, etc…)

In the case of gallstones, many gallstones are caused by poor lifestyle habits, usually your diet. By cleansing your liver and gallbladder and correcting your diet, you can naturally dissolve and pass your gallstones!

Start Your Treatment with a Vitamin

In order to dissolve gallstones, your body will need an acidic substance, bile. The problem is that your body is not making enough bile which results in a cholesterol-based gallstone. The solution is a simple vitamin.

Vitamin C has always been known as the immune system vitamin. But studies also point to Vitamin C helping the body convert cholesterol to bile acids. With cholesterol levels decreased and more acids (Vitamin C is also called ascorbic acid), gallstones can slowly become dissolved.

But you also need to pass them!

How to Pass Gallstones

You flush everyday! And your body does too! Unfortunately, the average person isn't flushing their body like they should. To holistically help your body, you should think of flushing your body the same way as flushing the toilet! To flush the gross things, you need to flush them with water (or water-soluble fiber)!

How do you do this? Did you know that over 80% of Americans are walking around dehydrated? Next time you go to the bathroom, take a look at your urine. If your urine isn't clear, you are probably leaving your body at risk for hundreds of problems, including gallstones.

Now don't misunderstand me, surgeries, medicines and doctors are good as long as they are needed. In many cases, gallbladder surgery (cholecystectomy) is needed because the gallbladder is ruptured or diseased and can not function properly. In most cases, doctors remove the gallbladder because diet-induced stones are caused from a poor diet and lifestyle. This is wrong!

If you would like to learn how to dissolve gallstonesand keep your gallbladder, this article is for you!

The Facts about Gallbladder Surgery

Over one-half a million Americans have their organ, the gallbladder, removed each year. And about half of those people will live well and suffer no problems due to the cholecystectomy. The other 200,000 patients will suffer from side-effects the rest of their life because of the surgery.

That's about 200,000 people regretting surgery! However, what should you do if you have gallstones and your doctor recommends gallbladder surgery? Unfortunately, most people get the surgery done without ever trying to flush or pass their gallstones. Whether you try diet therapy, a liver cleanse or a gallbladder cleanse, you should always try to naturally pass your gallstones before having surgery.

Many doctors suggest a cholecystectomy after one gallstone attack. Some doctors recommend after a couple gallstone formations. And many natural health doctors will only recommend surgery after repeated attempts to pass the stones naturally. The reason behind the ambiguity is there is not much longitudinal research about the effects of missing the organ, the gallbladder. Many people seem to function normally without their gallbladder. Yet there are horror stories of other people's bodies not being able to function properly.

Some develop allergies or skin reactions
and others do not have any symptoms. When
gallbladder is examined with X-ray or other devices not
is seen, because most of the time these stones are not
gallbladder and also because the equipment can not
detect very small bodies or non-compounds
calcium.

There are more than half a dozen varieties of stones
bile, and most have cholesterol crystals as
nucleus. At the core of each stone is a cluster of
bacteria, according to scientists.

With the stones accumulating in the ducts, the pressure before
rises in the liver and causes it delivers less bile
and that there may be leakage of bilirubin to
bloodstream. With less bile being delivered to
intestines, less cholesterol leaves the body and the levels of
cholesterol are to rise greatly.

In addition, these stones are porous and bacteria,
viruses and parasites that are normally in the liver
may cling to the walls of stones, forming foci
internal infection that provide uninterrupted
microorganisms harmful to the body.
No stomach infection such as ulcers or swelling
bowel can be completely cured without removing these
stones of the liver.

For best results and to avoid a malaise after
the process, it is recommended to do before cleaning
parasites followed by cleaning the kidneys and treatment
cavities.

Regardless of the cleaning of the kidneys is important to drink
plenty of water and juice to all the toxins can be
expelled (Dr. Clark recommends other dressings for
an integral process, but they are not prerequisites
this).

SAFETY CLEAN

This cleaning is very safe. Dr. Hulda Clark relied
more than 500 cases, including people over 70, 80
years. None had to go to hospital or reported pain.
But it can feel a malaise for a day or two after
cleaning, although in each case cleaning
parasites has been neglected. After cleaning the stones
gallbladder and liver are expected the following
results:

Disappearance of hepatic crisis.

Disappearance of allergies, shoulder pain, in parts
upper arms and back, each cleaning.

Increased energy for the day-to-day.

Improves digestion.

Improved health as a whole, as good digestion is the
basis of good health.

PREPARATION FOR CLEANING

Salt-bitter (or magnesium sulfate, Epsom salt or MgSO4
7H2O) - 4 tablespoons (60 g)

Mineral water (or pure water) - 3 cups (750 ml)

Olive oil (extra virgin, first cold pressing) --
½ cup (125 ml)

Fresh lemon (any kind of lemon, preferably
organic, or grapefruit) - 2 to 4 large (enough
to fill 2 / 3 cup juice, about 180 ml)

Straw to help take the oil.
Note: It is better to wash the lemons before twice with
hot water and dry them each time.

Choose a day like Saturday for the cleaning to rest
the next day. Do not take any medicine, vitamins or
pills without which you can get, because they can
hinder the cleaning process. If you are doing
cleaning parasites, stop 1 day before. It is important
noted it is advised not to clean while
state of disease is very acute.

PART 1 - BREAKFAST

Suggestions: tea (less than mate, black, chocolate and coffee),
avoid eating bread (or cake or cookies, because they contain
oil), vegetable juice, vegetable or vegetables and honey.
This causes bile to accumulate and increase the pressure
before (above), which facilitates cleaning because more
pressure means to push out more stones. Too
more bile and gall to come down it will accumulate.

PART 2 - LUNCH

Make a light food, free of any fat - not
eat milk, curd, eggs, meat (because of
cholesterol), olive oil, butter, cheese, margarine,
avocado, pasta, cheese, nuts, walnuts, almonds,
etc.. - And avoid protein and products containing caffeine
(coffee, tea, etc..). Hint: the same as above.

PART 3 - PAUSE SWALLOWED

14 hours to stop eating or drinking. If you break this
rule may feel very sick afterwards. Prepare
that time salt-bitter:

Thoroughly mix four tablespoons of salt, bitter (all
recommended) and three glasses of water (750 ml) in a
jar. Distribute all content in 4 cups and place in
refrigerator.

Note: You can add vitamin C powder to water or
replacing water with fresh lemon juice, apple or
grapefruit to improve the taste.

PART 4 - FIRST CUP

At 18 hours, drink 1 cup of the mixture of salt-bitter that
is in the refrigerator. You can rinse with a few sips
water after drinking the bitter-salt mouthwash. If you
are not, let the lemons (or grapefruit) and olive oil
out of the refrigerator to stand at room temperature.

IMPORTANT: You can go to the bathroom anytime
you feel less at rest (after drinking the oil
with lemon).

PART 5 - SECOND CUP

At 20 hours, drink 2 cup of the mixture of salt-bitter that
is in the refrigerator. You can rinse with a few sips
water after drinking the bitter-salt mouthwash. Same
not having eaten since the 14 hours, you will not feel
hunger. It is time to prepare for sleep. Add stuff
what you need close by because the time that the
next steps are executed is crucial for
success of the cleanup.

PART 6 - PREPARING THE CUP OF OIL AND LEMON

At 21:45 or a little earlier, separate half cup of olive oil
oil (125 ml) and squeeze the lemon (or grapefruit) to
¾ fill another glass, removing the pulp with a fork or
through a sieve or colander. Should remain the
least ½ cup. Mix the juice squeezed with olive oil.
Place in a jar or sealed container (or
blender or hand mixer), cover and shake
enough to mix well. Note that only the juice
grapefruit allows the mixture is homogeneous.
Therefore, you may need to stir well before drinking
mixture. Now go to the bathroom one or more times, even
which delays the time to take the oil (at 22h), but not pass
more than fifteen minutes from 22 hours.

PART 7 - DRINKING OIL

At 22 hours, take all the mixture of oil and lemon.

NOTE: You must drink the oil standing, not
lying.

Tips for drinking oil

If you have trouble drinking the olive oil with lemon (and
will have to drink to the last drop), use some artifices:
beat in a blender or hand mixer to mix well;
use a straw to prevent liquid from passing through
taste buds, take it more slowly (no more than 5
minutes to take everything, older people or patients
can extend up to 15 minutes); switch with a few sips
a little honey.

IMPORTANT: Do not go to the bathroom during the break (up to 1
and a half hours after drinking the oil with lemon).

Lie down immediately after drinking the oil. The sooner
you throw more stones come out. When you finish drinking,
go to bed and lie on his back and
the high head on the pillow. If you do not
not expel the stones. So forget the kitchen and
stick to the bed. Try to think about what is
happening in the liver. You can feel the stones
walking through the bile ducts, but no pain because the
valves gallbladder and bile ducts are
open, thanks to the salt-bitter.

Try to stay perfectly still in the same position (in
back) for at least 1 hour (best if they are 2 hours
property). Empty the mind and sleep is the best thing to do
now.

PART 8 - THE NEXT DAY AND THE THIRD CUP

Once you wake up, take 3 cup salt-bitter, but not
before 6 o'clock in the morning. If you have any
indigestion or nausea when you wake up, wait until it passes,
before drinking. After drinking, you can go back to bed.

PART 9 - FOURTH AND LAST CUP

Two hours after taking the third, drink the cup 4
salt-bitter. If you want to go back to bed.

PART 10 - EAT

Two hours after the last dose of salt-bitter, can
eat again. Start with a glass of fruit juice or
a glass of chlorophyll. After 2 hours, you can eat
normal food, but prefer light food, easy
digestion and with little or no seasoning (especially
condiments). You should feel restored after
afternoon.

Note: Food and light are advisable during this
day. After all, most of the way of the intestines (about 5
to 7 meters) will be emptied for cleaning.

HOW TO KNOW IF CLEANING any results?

Wait for a mild diarrhea early in the morning (maybe not
immediately after waking). It is necessary for the
stones that fell gallbladder can be expelled into
outside the body.

You can use a flashlight to see the stones in the vase.
Look for the green, because it is evidence of biliary stone
genuine - and not waste food. Only bile from the liver is
green as a pea. The green can be clear or
darker (rocks formed more time).

If you want to see better the stone, put some kind of
sieve larger holes (thick) in the vessel (above the
water). The diarrhea will cause the feces to pass dilute
the holes and the stones will be in the sieve.

IS VERY IMPORTANT NOT TO HAVE CONTACT WITH FECES TO
There were no CONTAMINATION! A SIEVE USE ONLY
If you are curious.

It is best to view and discard as soon as possible because
stones are usually contaminated by bacteria,
harmful microorganisms and even worms. No use using
gloves or "protection" because some are smaller than
pores of the sleeve and re-enter the body through the skin.

Generally, for which the person is completely free of
allergies, bursitis and pain in the upper back,
about 2 thousand stones have to be expelled. But this
number of stones is the result of the sum of some
cleaning followed. The first cleaning may free the
person of some symptoms for a few days, but so
the stones of the front of the liver begin to fall
forward the symptoms return.

You can repeat the cleaning intervals of 2 weeks,
at least (we suggest 20 days to 1 month). Never make
cleaning when you are sick.

Are expected from 50 to 200 stones or crystals by
evacuation.

This procedure contradicts many points of view
doctor. It is believed that gallstones are formed
the gallbladder, not the liver. It is thought that are
some, not thousands. Doctors do not bind to the pain
than those who reach the gallbladder. And it's easy
understand this: when the acute pain appears, several
stones are already in the gallbladder and are large and
sufficiently calcified to be seen in the spokes -
X and, of course, have caused inflammation there. When gall
is removed, the pain is gone, but other symptoms such as
bursitis and other pains and digestive problems remain.

The Blog gallstones does not recommend this prodedimento,
we are just stating a publication that is very
commented and experienced, but in the opinion of most
doctors found this treatment is inadequate.

Being an abdominal surgery, however slight it may be, there will certainly be some post-operative pain, and possible nausea and vomiting occur within 12 hours, but the effects are now much smaller than those of old, in conventional surgery. If a liquid diet is well tolerated and there is vomiting, the patient is discharged the next day. He can get out of bed soon after surgery and recovery is gradual, feeling a better person the next day, and removing the points within a semana.Entretanto, the patient has to communicate with your doctor if you develop fever, increased pain or swelling in the abdomen, continuous coughing, wheezing, difficulty swallowing or surgical wound after surgery, or some other kind of discomfort.

At first, used it for skin problems like blemishes clear skin. The fact is that burdock has proven effective in other fields, such as to remove gallstones (some look for how to end the stones in visícula - but the gallbladder is correct). Learn here how to make a tea to cure and remove gallstones and relieve symptoms.

Burdock

You will need:
A tablespoon of sliced burdock root
A cup of water
How to prepare:
Boil the roots of burdock for about five minutes in water. After this time, remove from heat and let the root infusion for another ten minutes. That done, simply strain the tea.

Dosage
Take burdock tea twice a day.

Precautions
Children and people with diarrhea or open wounds should avoid the use of burdock tea,
Side effects such as irritation of the skin and eyes, convulsions and respiratory failure may appear,
Do not pass the tea in the skin, because you run the risk of irritation.

It is very safe, with mortality and complication rate very low.
Certainly much smaller than the problems arising complications of vesicular diseases. Was performed by a wide incision of the wall of the upper quadrant abdomen. There were postoperative pain and significant hospital stay of several days, and complications of the surgical incision.

In 1987 Mouret, surgeon of French in Lyon, performed the first laparoscopic cholecystectomy. In and less than 10 years the new method was accepted throughout world, making it arguably the surgery choice for gallbladder disease. Indicated both for uncomplicated cholelithiasis and cholecystitis to acute.

It is a warning, however, for surgery cholecystectomy. Eventually, it is achievable by
laparoscopy, requiring conversion to surgery conventional open. Convert a laparoscopy to
open surgery is not worthlessness but prudence to provide safe solution to the problems of patients with disease gallbladder.
