Hello Lovelies :)

I've been sort of MIA for awhile,

Came down with some sickness and pain so it's kept me out of commission.

My Dr.has me on some antibiotics which seem to be helping,and of course dealing with back & neck pain is always fun!

When I sit down to do my makeup,it makes it all go away..

Funny as it sounds,it really is my escape!

My boyfriend and I went to the state fair since I was feeling better,and there was only 1 day left until it ended..

I did this look inspired by the fair;the carnival and all of the lights,colours..it's always so vibrant and fun!

Love.At first sight.

If this isn't a great Valentine's present to yourself,I don't know what is!

I saw this at Sephora,and the colors instantly attracted me.

I thought Sugarbomb was the best they'd come out with (it's always been my fave Benefit powder)

and then they outdo themselves!

It comes with 4 colors:

Lucky Shell,Divine Peach,Heavenly Rose,and Berry Delight.

The colors will come out differently based on skintone.

On me,it creates a nice cool-toned berry blush.

The colors are probably too small to use on their own.

If you've never tried Sleek Makeup Palettes..

Run,don't walk to order some!

Sleek is a UK-based cosmetic company with a wide range of affordable,high quality products.

These palettes are some of the most pigmented eyeshadows I've ever tried!

The colours come out so creamy,intense and smooth..making them quite nice to blend and create fun looks.

The price is ever more amazing..about $10 USD each!

My favorite palette so far has definitely been the I-divine Sparkle Palette (Limited edition) because the colors create the best smokey eyes I've ever done,and not to mention it has beautiful sparkles throughout each of the shadows.

I haven't tried any other the other products,but there's so many good reviews on their blushes and pout paints.

I'm dying to get my hands on more of the palettes hopefully soon!

In the picture above are the Sleek Acid Palette,Circus Palette,and Idivine Sparkle Palette.

PERFUME REVIEW:BODY FANTASIES SUGAR APPLE FANTASY AND VANILLA FANTASY BODY SPRAY

Did you ever sniff a perfume and it evokes nostalgic memories?

That's what Parfum De Couer Body Fantasies spray does for me!

I used to wear this body spray in middle school (Vanilla Fantasy & Cotton candy)..

I forgot how much I loved this stuff!

I randomly came across it again at CVS,and rediscovered its' magic!

Vanilla Fantasy has to be my all time favorite,such a classic fragrance.

The warm vanilla envelopes you in a cloud of creamy,vanilla bliss.

My only gripe is the lasting power,within an hour it seems to dissipate,so you have to keep reapplying.

It is a body spray however,so that is only to be expected.

Sugar Apple Fantasy is equally amazing,is literally smells like a caramel apple,the intial spray almost smelling toasted,it dries down to a sugared,glazed fruit.

It would be awesome if they created a matching lotion or cream to enhance longevity.

I will soon be doing a video review on these beautiful sprays!

I can't wait to get my hands on the Iced Cupcake fantasy!

We went shopping at the outlets and to Islands of Adventure..and then we went to check out some clubs on Citywalk;Red Coconuts club & The Groove.

I finally got to check out the Harry Potter world..

It was awesome!

I loved the simulator ride..it really felt like you were flying!

NEW YEARS EVE PARTY..GEORGE ACOSTA!

Hey guys & dolls!

I hope everyone had a fabulous New Year's Eve/Day..I did!

My boyfriend's brother was staying with us for a few days,and we went to Lavish Nightclub

(which my friend owns)

and we got to see the legendary George Acosta!

The music was great,we all had so much fun dancing the night away.

For my makeup,I did a glittery silver smokey eye,heavy liner,pink lips,and of course my fave #7 M.A.C Lashes.

I had my extensions curled for a soft,pretty look.

My boyfriend surprised me with a bottle of Pink Bubbly Moscato after a long day of work.

I believe I did about 6 appointment,and had a client come to my "studio" to do her makeup..

That was fun!

I wish everyone a healthy,happy,prosperous New Year..

A time for change,and to create great resolutions!

Today I was at my local CVS store picking up some prescriptions (boo for sick season)

and I randomly came across these cute little gems!

I was wondering why the old dream mousse blushes were on sale so cheap,and being discontinued..apparently there was some packaging issue..

These are way nicer anyway!

The only thing I hate about buying drugstore makeup is that it's a gamble..

There's never any testers to swatch which I could never understand..

I'm sure they'd have alot more sales,and less returns.

The texture is supposed to be a hybrid of a cream and a powder.

I will definitely be picking up a few of these soon!

I seem to be on some sort of blush buying obsession lately..

I don't know why :/

TARINA TARANTINO DOLLSKIN CHEEK PALETTE

I was in need of new blushes

(who am I kidding-I need a blush like a hole in my head haha)

and came across this.

This set contains:

Candy Cameo (shimmery pink)

Feather (shimmery peach)

Carved Rose (cool vivid pink)

Parasol (shimmery pink/ peach)

These are softer colors,yet still quite pigmented.

This palette is universal for all skin tones,but will probably work more as a highlighter on darker complexions.

It is an excellent value considering the individual dollskin blushes are $25.

The palette design is very elegant,and the size a little bulky for travel but would be great for freelance work.

Overall,this is a cute,functional palette with versatile colours.

The luminous hues of sunset are now captured in one elegant highlighting face powder. Subtle gradations of rose, coral and peach can be applied on their own or blended together to highlight and sculpt the face or achieve an overall warmth and radiance.

This powder instantly captured my attention by the gradation of the warm tones.

The price tag is a bit steep,but Chanel ensures quality products.

The compact comes encased in a velvet pouch,as well as the blush brush.

The nice thing is you can use these colours blended,or individually.

When swatched on the skin with the colors mixed,it gives a warm pinky-peach luminous sheen,buildable to an actual blush,especially on fair complexions.

It will work more as a highlighter against darker complexions.

The compact reminds me of Bobbi Brown's shimmerbricks,without the noticeable shimmer.

I am glad to add this to my collection,as nothing I have now compares to the beauty of this.

I stumbled upon this gorgeous palette while perusing Sephora!

I'm running low on one of my fave blushes,Rock and Republic's "Call me" which is now discontinued,so I've been searching for a replacement.

It seems this palette could be suitable!

It comes with 4 pink-peach tones which you could combine and blend for contour and definition.

One of the Dollskin blushes are $25,so 4 for $45 makes this a steal!

Meow is the second fragrance from the American pop singer Katy Perry, who released her debut fragrance Purr last year.

Katy describes the new fragrance for wwd magazine: “It’s a sister fragrance. Purr to me was a little bit more floral, and Meow is a little bit more sweet. It was probably because of the California Dreams tour that it was more of the confectionary world, because everything I’ve seen for the last year has been like cotton-candy scented or huge peppermints or massive gummy bears.”

Meow was developed by Givaudan perfumers. The fragrance opens with notes of tangerine, pear, jasmine and gardenia; the heart are honeysuckle, lily of the valley and orange blossom, while the sweet base features aromas of amber, vanilla, sandalwood and musk.

This perfume smells amazing,definitely sweet,yet soft and musky.I mainly detect the pear combined with Vanilla,and maybe a bit of candy as well.

This perfume is exclusive to Nordstrom as of now.

1.7 oz is $45,and 3.4 oz is $65.

You can purchase it here.

The price is very reasonable,but the downside to this perfume is that the silage (lasting power) is quite weak for a Eau De Parfum.

Overall,the bottle is super cute,and the juice is quite pleasant.

I would recommend this for the winter months!
