Pe o tava de copt intindeti o hartie de copt pe care apoi o ungeti cu unt.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cerneti faina, praful de copt, sarea si anasonul intr-un bol. Adaugati migdalele si ciresele.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Intr-un alt bol amestecati ouale, coaja de lamaie, zaharul si uleiul. Adaugati acest amestec peste cel de faina si cu ajutorul unei linguri de lemn amestecati-le bine.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Impartiti aluatul in doua si puneti-l pe foaia de copt sub forma de doi cilindrii subtiri, cu o distanta de 6 cm intre ei. Ia acest moment, scoateti-i din cuptor si lasati-i sa se "odihneasca" cam 15 min. Taiati-i felii, cam de un cm, folosind un cutit de paine in asa fel incat ei sa isi pastreze forma. Da ... Craciunul il iubesc!! mai ales ca in acest an l-am facut la noi acasa, in casuta noastra, doar noi patru, am avut colindatori, am colindat si noi (Anda, ai avut o friptura divina). Practic e o salata racoritoare cu rosii, menta, patrunjel si grau. Puneti costitele, fara amestecul pt marinare, intr-o tava si dati-le la cuptor. De atunci acest orez e un favorit la noi in casa, iar costitele cu kiwi la cuptor numai cu el se mananca.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;300 g orez basmati&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;500 ml supa de pui/legume (eu o fac cu un cub Maggi sau Knorr)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 ml vin alb sec&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sofran&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sare/piper (ff putin)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Mai aveti nevoie de un vas termorezistent cu capac, sau in locul capacului folie de aluminiu. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Lf57EJEAF-M/S38GLbHllvI/AAAAAAAABWs/TapXTgMhMdY/s1600-h/DSC_2624.JPG+aj.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 255px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5440073668214757106" border="0" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Lf57EJEAF-M/S38GLbHllvI/AAAAAAAABWs/TapXTgMhMdY/s400/DSC_2624.JPG+aj.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preincalziti cuptorul la 60 C, nu mai mult pt ca poate crapa vasul.&lt;br /&gt;Se spala orezul si se lasa cam 5- 10 min. in apa rece. Intre timp faceti supa.&lt;br /&gt;Puneti orezul, vinul, supa (care va trece bine peste orez) si sofranul in vasul termorezistent, acoperiti.&lt;br /&gt;Dati la cuptor si ridicati temperatura la 160 C. Preincalziti cuptorul la 165 C.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sfarmati biscuiti fin cu robotul de bucatarie (sau pusi intr-o punga si trecut cu sucitorul peste ei).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Turnati peste untul topit si amestecati. Puneti acest amestec in tava pregatita si presati-i (eu folosesc un capac patrat de la o cutie de metal).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Tot in robotul de bucatarie (sau cu ajutorul unui mixer) amestecati bine branza, zaharul, sucul si coaja de lamaie. Se face foarte usor si se poate pastra, nefolosita, un timp indelungat (cam 2-3 saptamani in frigider intr-un borcan, sterilizat in prealabil).&lt;br /&gt;Se poate folosi ca si umplutura la tarte, placinte sau se poate unge pe fursecuri, scones sau painici dulci. Crema nu are voie sa fiarba. Gatiti-o pana cand se ingroasa, cam 7 minute.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Luati cratita de pe foc, adaugati untul si amestecati pana cand se incorporeaza.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Strecurati crema prin sita pregatita in prealabil, pentru a scapa de eventualele urme de coaja sau de gogolosi.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Turnari crema in borcane calde si sterilizate si inchideti-le bine. Doi ani si jumatate inseamna multe informatii, reguli si medicamente noi. Asa as putea avea grija mai mare de copiii mei, de sotul meu, de casa mea, de blogul meu si nu in ultimul rand de somnul meu, care in ultima perioada tot scade (am ajuns si la 2 ore de somn pe noapte). M-am plimbat pe la tot felul de doctori si clinici, asa ca nimic nu m-a facut sa uit de probleme mai bine decat sa pregatesc ceva familiei mele.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingrediente:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;210 g (1 1/2 cup) faina&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50 g (1/2 cup) tarate de grau&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lingura/10 g (1 tbsp) praf de copt&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 lingurita (1 tsp) sare&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lingurita nucsoara macinata&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 banane coapte&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 oua&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200 g (1 cup) zahar brun (eu am pus mai putin 180 g)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;100 g (1/2 cup) ulei vegetal (eu am pus 80 ml)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 lingurita (1 tsp) extract de vanilie&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5395667830630356562" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 286px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_Lf57EJEAF-M/SuFDTfK5llI/AAAAAAAAA4w/_mHq69Hy8MI/s400/DSC_2024aj.JPG" border="0" /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;Preincalziti cuptorul la 180 C.&lt;br /&gt;Amestecati faina, taratele, praful de copt, sarea si nucsoara intr-un bol mare.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Sfarmati bananele cu o furculita, daca le vreti mai mari, sau cu mixerul, daca va plac mai fine. Si ce e mai exotic decat nuca de cocos. De aici pana la o tarta cu cocos nu a fost decat ... cateva ore. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;img id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5394031691167723922" style="DISPLAY: block; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 400px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 266px; TEXT-ALIGN: center" alt="" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/_Lf57EJEAF-M/SttzPotAcZI/AAAAAAAAA4A/4M_xNZ4ZXBE/s400/DSC_1949aj.JPG" border="0" /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Aluat de biscuiti:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Ingrediente (pentru o tava cu diam. de 33 cm):&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;340 g biscuiti digestivi zdrobiti&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;140 g ut moale nesarat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 linguri miere (sau zahar)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 linguri ge faina alba&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se preincalzeste cuptorul la 175 C. Se amesteca toate ingredientele pana se amesteca. Se introduce aluatul format intr-o tava cu diam 33, apasand cu degetele, sau cu capacul unei cutii de metal (cum fac eu), pentru a acoperii baza si peretii tavii. In alt bol se amesteca sarea, amidonul si zaharul peste care se toarna laptele integral si cel de cocos. Se pun intr-o cratita la foc mediu si se lasa la fiert un minut. Se toarna jumatate din compozitie peste galbenusuri, se amesteca si se pune inapoi pe foc. Dupa ce da in clocot se lasa sa fiarba inca un minut, amestecand continuu. Si cred ca toti s-au inteles intre ei sa le aduca fetelor banane. Asa ca, dupa ce au plecat toti, am ramas cu o gramada de banane, si cateva masini pline de vase murdare, dar asta e alta poveste. Se unge bine cu untul topit pe toata suprafata ei, cu ajutorul unei pensule. Apoi adaugati si untul moale , frecand pana se formeaza o crema fina. Separat amestecati pudra de cacao cu smantana, vanilia si ouale. Acest amestec adaugati-l peste crema cu unt.&lt;br /&gt;Impartiti aluatul in cantitati egale, in cele doua tavi pregatite.&lt;br /&gt;Coaceti blaturile cam 35 de minute sau pana cand testarul introdus iese curat. Puteti incepe sa verificati daca s-au copt dupa 25 minute. Adaugati zaharul praf putin cate putin apoi vanilia. Puneti peste cate 1/4 de lingurita de Nutella. Ca sa fiti siguri introduceti o scobitoare in briosa. Daca iese curata, e coapta. Daca iese cu aluat inseamna ca mai trebuie sa stea la cuptor.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Dupa ce s-au copt lasati-le pentru 10 minute in forme/tava si abia apoi scoateti-le. Se adauga carnea tocata peste si cu ajutorul unei furculite (de lemn, daca folositi cratita sau tigaie teflonata) se sfarma carnea, ca sa nu se formeze bucati mari. Maruntiti pasta de migdale, adaugati lingurita de amidon si albusul si amestecati bine (cu mixerul sau robotul de bucatarie) pana devine o pasta fina si moale. Intindeti pasta pe o foaie de aluat, lasand 3 cm la margine. Puneti peste cea de a doua foaie.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Asezati aluatul implat pe o tava de tarta de sticla neunsa. Asezati peste o foaie de copt peste care presarati pietricele, fasole, orez, orice, ca sa tina aluatele impreuna. Luati foaia de copt cu greutatile cu mare atentie si intepati suprafatatartei cam de 15 ori cu o furculita. Mai coaceti, neacoperita, inca 15-20 de minute, sau pana cand crusta devine aurie. Eu am ajuns sa-l ador, pe cereale, in tarte, sau la cafea cu un praf de nucsoara, scortisoara si frisca.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se poate face din migdale crude &lt;a href="http://sweetgirlsrecipes.blogspot.com/2009/08/cum-decojim-migdalele.html"&gt;decojite &lt;/a&gt;sau nu, dar si din cele prajite.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;E foarte usor de facut. Iata de ce aveti nevoie:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;o cana de migdale&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 cani de apa plata sau de izvor, pus apa pt inmuiat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;un borcan/ vas etans&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;un blender&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;tifon sau un saculet de stors branza&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Se pun migdalele in borcan, se toarna apa peste, pana ce apa trece peste cu 2 degete. Incercati sa folositi un blender puternic. Acesta se poate usca pe o foaie de hartie de copt. Dar asta e alta poveste...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sambata am facut o excursie prin imprejurimi si am sarbatorit reusita Andei. Asezati foaia de aluat in tava, ridicand marginile si taiati excesul de aluat. Turnati compozitia peste aluatul racit din tava. Puneti peste bucatele mici de unt.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Intindeti si a doua bucata de aluat si asezati-o peste compozitie, apasand pe margini.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Puneti tarta in frigider pentru inca 30 de min.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Preincalziti cuptorul la 220 C (indicatorul 7, sau "hot", la cele pe gaz).&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bateti oul cu laptele si ungeti tarta cu acest amestec. Separat bateti albusurile cu extractele de lamaie si migdale, cu mixerul pana se fac tari. Adaugati amestecul de migdale in albusurile batute. Amestecati cu o lingura.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Puneti compozitia intr-o punga de patiserie si spritati compozitia pe o tava tapetata cu foie de copt lasand cam 3 cm intre ele.
