when we saw Petite Fleur, we knew we needed to reproduce our vintage hourglass quilt. the little prints are absolutely perfect!

i’ve fallen behind in sharing new collections…we are spending our days working on new projects and getting the back of the shoppe ready for our party. it is crazy how many baskets there are to go through.

anyways…we have some new collections arriving…Petals & Polka Dots, Not So Scary, Le Petit Escargot, and Season Shirtings from Buttermilk Basin arrived last week and will be online later this weekend (or Monday), we’ll see how Mother’s Day goes tomorrow.

we are very excited to introduce our newest arrival. designed by Petra Prins of Petra Prins Patchwork and Quilting of the Netherlands…this collection from Devonstone (Australia) is a wonderful grouping of nearly 60 vintage-y prints. lots and LOTS of gorgeous florals are perfect for classic patchwork, appliqué, Broiderie Perse appliqué , and English paper piecing.

we did a full fat 8th bundle of all the prints (i nabbed one of these for myself-of course!) and we broke the rest up into curated sets for fat quarters and half yard bundles.

also…i wanted to give a little update as to our busy, busy June.

we turn 22 years old! it is crazy how much has happened in the last 22 years…and now that we are in our Forever Home…we would like to celebrate!

**to celebrate all the summer holidays and events (Memorial Day-Independence day and all the ones in between) we’ll be transforming our window into a patriotic wonderland. we’ll pull out the bunting, flags, Americana quilts, the Minick and Simpson we have left, some cross stitch, and maybe even a new Patriotic project will get wrapped up by the end of May…we’ll see what happens!
