The Client Partner at Swift is ultimately responsible for client satisfaction and the integrity of the work our team delivers.  As a Client Partner you own all aspects of the client relationship and seamlessly transition from strategic conversations to financial forecasting and budget tracking.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
	<li>Develop and maintain trusted and successful relationships with assigned clients, understanding their business needs and objectives and ensuring Swift work meets those goals</li>
	<li>Translate the client’s vision into business requirements and work with the internal planning and creative teams to produce strategic recommendations and project outlines</li>
	<li>Ensure all of the deliverables provided in client briefs are met</li>
	<li>Plan all assigned engagements including goals, deliverables, schedules and budgets by managing the workflow process with support from agency producers</li>
	<li>Collaborate with the Director of Production and producer team to prioritize work and deliverables accurately and allocate time for appropriate internal Swift staff and contractors</li>
	<li>Manage assigned accounts Profit and Loss (P&amp;L) including negotiating statements of work (SOWs) and retainers and ensure the account is profitable</li>
	<li>Serve as the point of escalation for all client-related issues for assigned clients and make decisions that act in the best interest of Swift and our clients</li>
	<li>Act as an organizational leader for Swift, setting professional standards for the team and inspiring and leading by example</li>
</ul>
<p>Required Skills &amp; Experience</p>
<ul>
	<li>7-10 years of experience in an agency environment; demonstrated impact on communication and digital strategy for major clients</li>
	<li>Extensive knowledge, expertise and personal perspective on digital and Internet trends as well as business, site performance analysis and user-centered design process</li>
	<li>Proven ability to lead, manage, mentor and collaborate in a team-oriented workplace</li>
	<li>Experience with contract negotiation and budget setting and tracking</li>
	<li>Strong public speaking skills and presentation skills</li>
	<li>Ability to foster the development of strong, cohesive teams</li>
