Holloa hoooo... It&#39;s day 5.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Well I successfully completed 5 days waking up at 5 am. &amp;nbsp;And sometimes I feel dizzy but believe me I feel more energetic throughout the day. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
One thing I want to quote&lt;br /&gt;
&quot; Decide, &amp;nbsp;just decide who you want to be, &amp;nbsp;what you want to be and rest is your path &quot;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I will explain the strategy behind waking up so early inspite of just 6 hours of sleep with extensive workout, &amp;nbsp;office schedule hours, &amp;nbsp;traveling hours.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Strategy is damn simple. &lt;br /&gt;
Say loud in your heart at least 50 times &quot; I wanna wake up early &quot; and is this strategy worked for me then anyone can wake up in this universe.&lt;br /&gt;
I will explain you what I achieved by eating up early in next post. &amp;nbsp; Keep waking keep doing things&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;

Yesterday night while watching a video from TEDx talk &quot;How waking up every day at 4.30am can change your life | Filipe Castro Matos | TEDxAUBG&quot; i decided i need to act on this activity and build one new habit of waking up early.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
I read everywhere that waking early is most important thing to become successful and also after reading many articles and interviews of successful people i analysed that many people where having this ability and will power to wake up early in their life ( both in their entrepreneurial journey as well as in their personal life)&lt;br /&gt;

So today is day 1 of 21 day challenge&lt;br /&gt;

If you stick with a process that will be better for you in the long run, then you will be better off.
