Episode Description
Penny feels left out of all the science talk now that Bernadette is part of the gang. She enlists Sheldon to teach her about physics. In the mean time, Wolowitz gets irrationally jealous when Bernadette shows interest in Leonard's work. Wolowitz lets Leonard know that he better stay away from his "girlfriend." When Bernadette gets wind of Howard's jealousy, she threatens to break up with him. He apologizes and realizes there is no harm done. Back at Sheldon and Leonard's apartment Penny struggles to learn the basics of physics form Sheldon. Penny surprises everyone at the end of the episode when she rattles off a monologue about what Leonard is working on.

Gatorade is putting an end to its Tiger Woods Focus beverage but said it was not related to revelations about the golfer's private life.

"We decided several months ago to discontinue Gatorade Tiger Focus along with some other products to make room for our planned series of innovative products in 2010," the drink purveyor said in a statement to E! News.

Is this the start of Tiger Woods numerous endorsement deals from pulling back?

Nike, Gillette and Electronics Arts expressed support, while AT&T refused to comment.

Today, as a celebration for the 15th anniversary of cartoonist E.C. Segar, creator of the famous cartoon character Popeye, Google doodles Popeye which shows the balding sailor with his forearms bulging from the muscle-producing spinach that he’d love to eat to give him extra strength.

Who is E.C. Segar? Here's a bit of Popeye trivia from Frugal Cafe.
E.C. Segar was born on December 8, 1894 and he created his nautical, spinach-eating hero in January 1929. Popeye first appeared as a supporting character in Segar’s “Thimble Theatre” comic strip. He became so popular that he eventually warranted his own comic strip. In 1980, Robin Williams portrayed Popeye and Shelley Duvall as Olive Oyl in Robert Altman’s film Popeye. It was Williams’ first big-budget feature film. Interestingly, the film will celebrate its United States’ 29th anniversary in four days; it was released to US theaters on December 12, 1980.

And yet another bizarre and shocking performance is portrayed by an artist,this time known as Adam Lambert, in an award show. Another show-stopping performance to perhaps promote [?] a show. And Adam Lambert nailed it! The Adam Lambert controversy is already hitting volcanic in google hot trends and TT on twitter. How come this performance is [apparently] seen as far different from others (i.e the Madonna and Spears french kissing)? As for me, the [1500] complaints [on Monday] were so unlikely (and are unexpected), when I believe that most people are already open-minded to this.

"I believe in artistic freedom and expression, I believe in honoring the lyrics of a song, and those lyrics aren't really for everybody either," Adam Lambert commented on the issue.

Don Frank: In his mid to late 30s, in a leather jacket, a seasoned, fairly famous reporter, he is Robin's new co-anchor on "Come On, New York, Get Up," her ridiculously early morning news program. A veteran of cable news, Don took a public stance against his program's biased reports, and now the only place that will hire him is Robin's show. Some sparks fly between him and Robin, and he asks if he can bum a cigarette from her. Her high hopes for career legitimacy are crushed when Don makes it clear that being on her show is a low point for him. He's bitter about the fact that no one's watching, and he doesn't care how his attitude might affect Robin. Recurring. 13-year-old Friends: Seen in flashbacks, they are 13-year-old Marshall's friends, attempting to smoke cigarettes in the woods, and coughing. Mr. Hessler: Marshall's new boss, who doesn't know Marshall's name, he offers Marshall a pivotal third cigarette while hanging out on the roof. Mr. Hessler later survives a heart attack.
