I mean, doing P90X gets you ripped, but it doesn’t make you a Ms. Fitness USA finalist–or does it?

Ask Stephanie Diehl, because she did exactly that!

For much of her life prior to 2007, time passed without meaning. She didn’t care about a lot. Her body fat percentage was at 28%, self-esteem needed a boost and even if she wanted to change she couldn’t imagine having a plan to get her there.

Until she walked passed an Oxygen Magazine, a magazine dedicated to women’s fitness and training. “I’d love to look like THAT,” she remembers saying to herself as she flipped through page after page of fit and healthy women. And then the P90X infomercial comes on TV…and the rest is history!

Check out her accomplishments:

* 2008 Ms Fitness USA finals
* 2010 NPC Rocky Mountain
* can do one-arm pushups, L-holds and straddle holds (moves you usually only see olympic athletes do!)

The desire to change became so great that in nine months she dropped 30 lbs and got her body fat down to an amazing 12%!!!!

She admits it wasn’t always easy. Stephanie thanks her coach for recommending Shakeology to support her nutrition and is infinitely grateful for the encouragement. She feels alive again and walks through life with super confidence. Way to go, Steph!

1) What were your before/after stats (weight/bodyfat)?
Before: 162lbs, about 28% body fat.
After: 133lbs, about 12% body fat.

What exercise program(s) did you use and in what time frame?
I used P90X to help me get into amazing shape and prepare for the Ms. Fitness USA Finals for 2008. It took me about 9 months to go from my before photo to my after photo and compete at Nationals. P90X helped me succeed at difficult skills like one arm push ups, L-holds, and straddle holds that were done in my fitness routine. P90X also help me increase my endurance! I got to do things I never thought I could do athletically and it really was because of what I was being challenged with in P90X. I continued to with P90X for my competitions. 2010 NPC Rocky Mountain I came in the best shape of my life I P90X plyo helped me condition for it. I came in at the Rocky at 140 # and I was a ROCK

2) What your life was like before and how it has changed/improved?

I felt horrible about myself before I decided to commit to myself with P90X. Looking at my self in the mirror was not a great experience. I had very little self esteem. I felt worthless inside. I was tired all the time and like I was just existing from day to day. Life was bland. One day I picked up an Oxygen Magazine. I was inspired by the fit and healthy women that were in there. I wanted to be like them but had no idea how to do it. I then saw a P90X commercial. At first it seemed a little extreme for me and I certainly struggled with it but I didn’t give up. I wanted to change my life. I wanted to live life to the fullest and I just wasn’t accomplishing that living the sedentary life I was living, I went from wanting to be like those fitness models to actually being a fitness model! Now I LOVE having a high level of fitness. I can climb stairs with out feeling winded. I can do all the thing that I wanted to but was physically hindered before I took back my fitness. Running, jogging, lifting heavy things that I normally would not have thought I could really gives me confidence. I AM living life to the fullest. The coolest part is my fitness transfers into all areas of my life. I have more self-confidence, more energy, I like who I see in the mirror. When I am faced with a challenge I remember all the thing I have accomplished that I never thought I could and I go take it on.

3) How has the support of a coach and this team helped you?

I could not have done any of that with out the help and support of a coach. I didn’t have a clue how to make my fitness dreams a reality. My coach helped show me the way, encouraged me, held me accountable and was always there for me. Having a coach was a vital part of my success. I am so grateful that Beachbody has this. It helps so many people , and motivates them. When I didn’t believe in myself, my coach did and that was enough to keep pushing play.

4) Besides the support of a coach & team, what was the key to your success?

Nutrition! Eating right! I can workout all day long, but if I wanted to accomplish the goal I had set I HAD to eat right. Shakeology is an important part of eating right. Truth be told I didn’t know how to eat right. I learned how plan my meals. I had never done this before. Taking the time to prepare my food in advance of my busy schedule made a difference.

5) What tips would you give to someone who is new and starting out?

Don’t give up on yourself. Beachbody has all the tools you need to succeed. Great workouts, amazing supplements including shakeology and a wonderful support system. That is a perfect recipe for success. All you need to do is take advantage of it! Be engaged! If you keep pushing play you will succeed. YOU WILL! I think joining a challenge group is one of the best ways you can stay motivated. There you have a group of people all doing the same thing you are. As a group you motivate each other. I also like making Dream Boards or Vision Boards. Creating something that represents your fitness goals helps me to stay focused on why I am doing one more push up when I want to quit, or passing on eating that brownie in the office. I really believe in Beachbody. I am also grateful for the opportunity I have to help others succeed at their fitness goals. I think that helping others as a coach helps me try a little harder with each workout. PLUS I think there is power when you are thinking/helping other people. Everyone benefits from this system.

Fast food, microwaveable snacks and sodas…yummy!!

That’s what Richard Laureano-El ate during his early twenties. But there is only so much the human body can take and Richard’s body began to give out. With his weight reaching a high 235 lbs, he made it a mission to stop eating bad food and take on a healthier way. He hit the gym and was on a pristine diet–he was winning!

Or was he?

In a few months, he began to slip back into his old ways and cycled on and off the healthy eating and exercising. It wasn’t what he wanted. Richard fell off his horse, but was determined to kick things back into gear. He discovered P90X and stuck with the 90 days of intense workouts. Got his weight down to 195!!!

As the passion to stay lean grew even more, he finished the program and moved right into the next one: Insanity Asylum. If that wasn’t tough enough, he combined both programs to form the Asylum/P90X hybrid. Here he lost 10 lbs more and dropped his body fat to athletic levels, while building some powerful muscles. He has his coach to thank for the support and Shakeology to thank for his nutrition.

Way to go, Richard!!!

Check out his Insanity Asylum Results video below:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tkDnz5oO9Nk

1) What workouts have you done and what was the time frame for your transformation?

Insanity Asylum for one month and then Asylum/P90X Hybrid.

2) What were your before/after stats (weight/bodyfat)?

Day 1: 195 lbs, 14% BF (body fat)
Day 30: 180 lbs 11% BF
Day 60: 185 lbs 9% BF

3) What your life was like before and how it has changed/improved?

I was always athletic, healthy and very energetic. It was around my mid 20’s when things started to move downhill. From the age of 24 to about 27 I was eating lots of processed foods and fast foods so I started to gain unwanted pounds and became less active in the process. I did not like the feeling of being fatigued.
I first became health conscious around the age 28 and it’s been a bumpy road up until my commitment to the Asylum. When I was 28, I was at my heaviest: 238 pounds. I was tired of being overweight and uncomfortable. I started searching for ways to lose weight and better my overall health.
I stumbled upon herbal colon cleanse. I thought I’d give it a try since I was experiencing bloating and fatigue. I lost 20 lbs my first week on the cleanse and about 30 lbs that entire month. I felt like a new person! My energy was returning. I started exercising–mostly push ups and dumbbell curls.
From the age 29 to modern times I would workout and eat healthy foods regularly. I joined gyms, bought programs, ran on treadmills…I even lifted heavy weights. But it would only last for a span of 2 months at a time. I got some decent results each time but i would lose the results soon after due to lack of exercise and poor eating habits
For the next few months now I’m right back where I started. That was the vicious cycle I had to break in order to succeed and reach my goal of being lean. With hard work, eventually I got back down to 190 lbs.
This time it would be different. This is when I decided its time for change on a major
scale–something a little more permanent. So I started to research and I came across some success stories/testimonies and was moved by Zander Jepsen’s story. Then I made him my coach and got committed to the Asylum…a decision that would change my life forever…

4) How has the support of a coach and this team helped you?

This the team has inspired me through the whole process and my coach, Zander Jepsen, he was a great help to me. I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for his support!

5) Besides the support of a coach & team, what was the key to your success?

The key to my success was mental focus and good nutrition. Those are the two things that are absolutely necessary to achieve dramatic results.

6) What tips would you give to someone who is new and starting out?

Take it one day at a time. Remember each day is a new beginning. So I’d say give it your all each day and stay on top of your nutrition and at the end of your journey you will see your reward!

-Have a blessed day!

The story of Shannon McArthur begins with an addiction to diet pills, 3 kids and weighing 200 lbs with 38% of that being body fat. The beauty of being a mother quickly flipped into a nightmare when she turned to alcohol to cope with the feelings of being overweight. While it was easier to drink during social gatherings, on the inside Shannon knew she couldn’t keep this up for long. And sure enough, her problems began to spread out to her family, eventually destroying it.

In an attempt to change back to her normal weight, she joined a gym. But after paying for membership for much over a year, she was still overweight.
It wasn’t until she met online with a Beachbody coach that Shannon’s life began to change. From the inside out, she transformed her life and dropped 25 lbs–in only 3 months! TurboFire and Chalean Extreme, her exercise programs, were so much fun that she made exercising part of her life. After 9 months, she lost a total of 45 lbs!!! You bet she kissed that gym membership goodbye! She only needed some motivation from her coach and a little room in front of her TV. Her nutrition included drinking Shakeology and taking the Energy & Endurance supplement.

Today, Shannon is grateful for becoming a part of the Beachbody community. She can keep up with her kids and is a super mom and better wife. When asked to describe her results in just two words, Shannon said, “Confidence. And energy!”

1) What were your before/after stats (weight/bodyfat)?
Before: 176lbs, about 38% body fat.
After: 131lbs, about 17% body fat.

What exercise program(s) did you use and in what time frame?
Turbofire and Chalean Extreme sept-sept(1 year)

2) What your life was like before and how it has changed/improved?

I never took care of my body. I had an eating disorder, was addicted to diet pills, so self conscious that i would get drunk to be able to be comfortable around me friends and family, it almost caused my husband and i to divorce. i was so unhappy with my self and i just dont even know how i got there. my life now is amazing! i have NEVER felt this great! it so hard to even put it into words! my husband and i are the happiest we have been( and we have THE BEST relationship) I am so much more active with my kids! i dont get drunk any more! i love working out and i love how i feel! i dont worry about my weight, or the way i look, or shopping for clothes. i just FEEL TOTALLY AWESOME!!

3) How has the support of a coach and this team helped you?

OMGosh!! Kate is one of my best friends! my life really started changing the day i found her video on youtube! she is such an inspiration to me and i know she will say i give her too much credit BUT i truly owe her my life! She never gave up on me AND she still pushes me to do my best! i cant imagine my life with out her in it! <3

4) Besides the support of a coach & team, what was the key to your success?

Besides kate, david and their amazing team??? hmmm….well i think i have say that my husbands compliments keep me going and the way he always tells me how proud he is of me and US! also i feel that me being a coach now and helping others who are where i used to be is really keeping me on track. i love that i get to help others and that they are helping me stay motivated at the same time! i just try and remind myself how great it feels to be here and to not go back to where is was.

5) What tips would you give to someone who is new and starting out?

Just be honest with yourself. If you’re working out and eating healthy…thats awesome BUT when you fall of track you have to talk about that too! find a buddy and get in a challenge group OR any group, just as long as you have some support! thats is so SOSOSO important! its babysteps…nothing happens easy. you have to work at it every day and push thru the tough ones and don’t give up! when you fall off….just get back on! your body remembers how great it feel when you treat it right!!

What do you do when death’s bony finger singles you out, “You’re next, Dan.” Not the spotlight you want to be in!

During his life, Dan Vukmirovich lost his grandfather to Type 2 diabetes. Then his father. Ouch.

It’s a wake up call to see this family pattern. Dan’s own health was a runaway car, hurtling to the same destination: diabetesville. Two years after his father’s passing, he saw himself in the mirror and discovered a shocking truth: he was becoming his dad. But great things have small beginnings. With a seemingly harmless shift in his thinking, Dan worked hard to fix his health in a matter of months. At first, the effort was so great and results unimpressive that he almost quit.

But he’d come too far to throw it all away. If he quit, he knew what was waiting for him. Dan sought support from a BeachBody coach. His results skyrocketed and he regained super confidence. While exercising, he burned off a whopping 20lbs and got his body fat to an amazing 7.6%… can you say gladiator status!

Today, his results rival the fitness level of any testosterone raging teenager! Can you do 16 pull-ups (non-stop)? If you ask Dan what his biggest problem in life is today, he says, “Not diabetes!!!!”

Check out his P90X Results video below:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B0u6IJb4gGs

You can visit Dan at his website: http://www.letsgo-fitness.com/

1) What were your before/after stats (weight/body fat)?
Before: 167lbs, about 23.7% body fat.
After: 148lbs, about 7.6% body fat.

2) What your life was like before and how it has changed/improved?

My father (and grandfather) had both passed due to complications from type 2 diabetes. I was heading down the same path, as my condition could have been described as “diabesity” – skinny fat, where I didn’t look too fat with clothes on, but without my shirt, my body told a different story. Since I changed my main habits of eating and drinking Shakeology, my energy is easily double of what it used to be. I don’t crave food like I used to. I feel like my core strength has drastically improved so that I’m functionally more fit. Back strains were common in my past, but NO LONGER!

3) How has the support of a coach and this team helped you?

The coaching and team have made all the difference in my pushing myself harder. Case in point, I saw David Ingram post about how many reps of a certain move in P90X2, the next time I did that move, I tried to beat him. The accountability I’ve had with my nutrition has been the biggest improvement. Really watching my calories and learning to eat properly allowed me to transform my body and my overall health.

4) Besides the support of a coach & team, what was the key to your success?

DIALING IN NUTRITION was key to my success. I had done both P90X and Insanity prior to really working on nutrition with my coach. Once I fixed this, I was able to get the success I was looking for.

5) What tips would you give to someone who is new and starting out?

My advice would be to LISTEN to your coach when he/she says that nutrition is 70% of the equation:

modify moves in the beginning until you are able to do them (I couldn’t do 2 real pull-ups when I started, now I can do 16 in a row)

doing this with others makes all the difference. I tried it alone at first, but got great results once I connected with others.”

Mike was surviving off of convenience foods and caffeine (something I can relate to!) but his friend Jacob inspired him to do P90X. Having the support of a success partner (coach) kept him on track and motivated and he has now lost over 70 lbs!!! After P90X and P90X2, he became a coach to pay it forward and now he’s helping others change their life around! He’s now onto Bodybeast!

I’m stoked that Michael has joined our team as a coach and is paying it forward. His transformation is AWESOME and he’s an amazing guy as well!

Check out his P90X Results video below:

IN HIS OWN WORDS:

I began working out at the gym. I had a routine where I would do 45 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of weights, then I would sit in the steam room for 20 minutes, shower and go home. 9 months of that and I lost about 40 lbs but plateaued. Since I couldn’t break that plateau, Jake showed me P90X and the rest is history. I lost 30 lbs in 90 days to break my plateau and get in the best shape of my life. Since then, I’ve completed P90X again, P90X2, Insanity: Asylum, and am currently on body beast. Total time frame for my transformation was 12 months.

1) What were your before/after stats (weight/bodyfat)

Before: 220lbs about 25-30% body fat.

After: 150lbs, about 10% body fat.

2) What your life was like before and how it has change/improved?

Before P90X, my life was surrounded by convenience. I never prepared foods on my own and relied on fast food for nutrition. Jack in the Box and Panda Express were my favorite places to go. I was also extremely lazy and played video games all day, every-day, with no breaks. My life has improved dramatically since those days. While I still play video games, I do so in moderation and I put my health first. I have learned how to cook and prepare meals and I refuse to eat fast food anymore. I have more energy, I feel strong and vibrant, and I am happy that I am serving as an example to others.

3) How has the support of a coach and this team helped you?

My coach Jacob is the only reason I succeeded with P90X. To be honest, I didn’t even want to do the program because I heard of how hard it was. Everyone that I knew, everyone, 100%, failed and did not graduate because of the difficulty level. I really leaned on my coach to help me throughout the program. He answered all of my questions and kept me motivated. Without my coach, I would not be a 3 per-center. This team is helping me reach my financial goals by providing support and information for me through every turn. Learning how help others is a big challenge, and I am glad that I have this team here to help me grow.

4) Besides the support of a coach & team, what was the key to your success?

Commitment. I told myself that no matter what, I would finish what I start, and I would not quit. I figured that if I did everything this program told me to do, and I didn’t lose the weight, then there was no hope, and I would just be fat forever. I stayed committed to the program, and that commitment flourished into not only a healthy body and mind, but a healthy business too.

5) What tips would you give to someone who is new and starting out?

Be in the moment and enjoy the journey. Don’t get caught up with the results and the outcome. Don’t let your ego get in the way, and don’t focus on the numbers. It’s more about quality than quantity. Your focus should be on showing up every-day, pressing play, doing your best and forgetting the rest. Keep the momentum going, and if you feel like you want to quit, don’t be afraid to reach out to your coach for help and support. Get your nutrition dialed in and locked down and stay committed! Oh, and ask questions, ask questions, ask questions, ask questions!!!

Welcome to my Body Beast Results blog!

I haven’t been this excited about a new workout since…… P90X2, Asylum and P90X. Okay, so maybe Beachbody makes incredible workouts but seriously, this one is AWESOME. And what makes it different than ALL the OTHERS is that it’s purely designed for building muscle and gaining mass with minimal equipment! You don’t need a gym full of olympic-sized weights, squat rats, leg presses and bench presses.

You can learn more about the Body beast workout by checking out my Bodybeast article. Here I’m going to share my results from doing Body Beast for 90 days.

Can you really gain 10 lbs of muscle in 90 days?

The Bodybeast program claims that you can gain 10 lbs of muscle 90 days. Is that what I experienced? NO! I gained 10 lbs of muscle in 60 days! HAHA.. what I mean is that the first 2 phases of the Beast program are designed to add the mass. For the last 30 days, you’re actually ‘cutting’ the bodyfat by reducing calories and increasing cardio again. So while you gain bodyfat while gaining muscle during the first 2 phases, the goal is to have you back near your starting bodyfat at the end of 90 days, but with 10 lbs more of muscle.

So how were my Bodybeast Results? See for your self:

I’ve been told that my results are AMAZING and I’ve been asked by Beachbody to submit my photos to be potentially included in their infomercial. But I can tell you that I am THRILLED with my results. I’ve worked out at the gym in years past and and I’ve NEVER gotten results like this in just 2-3 months! Body beast is a world class program and it is VERY well designed — between the dynamic set training in the workouts to the nutrition plan. I’ve never gotten a pump in the muscles like this before!

And that’s why I’m moving right on to ROUND 2 !!!

5 Keys to My success:

A lot of people have been asking me for tips on how I got these kind of results. It really boils down to 4 things:

1) Embrace the nutrition guide and Track what you eat!

The Beast Book is one of the BEST I’ve seen for nutrition and it’s designed 100% to gain mass. Even the calorie recommendations take into account your BODYFAT. That’s the first workout I’ve seen that does this. I was a little skeptical about adhering to 25% protein / 50% carbs / 25% fat but I did and WOW, it worked well. I use Myfitnesspal.com and the iPhone app (with the bar-code scanner) to easily track what I eat each day. When it comes to building muscle, Sagi says nutrition is 100% of the equation. If you don’t eat enough, you WILL NOT gain mass!

2) Join our Support Group!

I host a Body Beast Challenge group on Facebook called “The Beast up Crew!” and we have a Voxer voice chat group. It’s a lot of fun to be doing this with others who know what you’re going through. We share meal ideas, supplement experience, progress photos and tips to encourage and push each other. You’re welcomed to join us! Sign up with a free team beachbody account with me as your coach and then join our Facebook group here.

3) Track your Workout progress

Using tracking sheets is a MUST during Bodybeast. There were many workouts where I increased just 5 lbs on a set but over 12-15 reps, that’s a lot more weight. If I didn’t have my tracking sheets to refer back to, I would have not been able to push myself a little more each workout. A friend of mine made some new tracking sheets that allow you to track 6 weeks worth of progress on each sheet. MUCH better than printing out 6 new Beachbody tracking sheets each week. Here is the Build Phase Tracking sheet and the Bulk Phase Tracking sheet.

4) Develop Mental Toughness

Gaining mass is NOT easy. It requires you to EAT more than you think you need. It requires you to push your muscles to the point of exhaustion! When your body says “stop!”, You have to say “NO! Keep going” until you have safely exhausted the muscle. THEN you will see growth. I’ve never felt my muscles burn like this before so I had to really learn to “embrace the burn” !

5) Take your Supplements!

Do you really think you’re going to grow 10 lbs of muscle in 90 days without Supplements? There are 6 supplements I took the entire 90 days. Shakeology (not required to build muscle, I take it to be healthy), Cellcor C4 as my pre-workout (see my review here) and these 4 Beast Supplements:

Beachbody Hardcore Base Shake - it’s a high quality whey protein plus digestive enzymes to help enhance protein utilization and reduce gas and bloating. I have this post-workout with the Beachbody Base Shake and Creatine. (see below).

Beachbody Fuel Shot - it instantly triggers an insulin response with its high glycemic index (GI), for more energy and faster recovery during and after workouts. It also has vital electrolytes to keep you hydrated and supports muscle mass growth with a higher calorie load than just P90X Results & Recovery Drink. You’re supposed to actually combine this with the BasesShake for your POST-workout recovery.

Beachbody MAX Creatine - Bodybeast recommends 10 grams of creatine daily. Why? It supports an increase in strength, muscle recovery, and muscle mass. I have 5g in the morning with my Shakeology and 5g in my post workout shake.

Beachbody Super Suma - THIS is the game changer! It helps enhance testosterone production and it supports protein synthesis for faster muscle repair. I have 1 pill in the morning with my Shakeology and 1 mid-after noon with water.

What kind of workout is LES MILLS COMBAT?

Beachbody’s LES MILLS COMBAT has moves from karate, taekwondo, boxing, muay thai/kickboxing, capeoira, and jiu jitsu that are combined into escalating sequences. You’ll go from controlled moves to dynamic power moves, and then building to high-speed combs. As the workouts increase in intensity, you fire all the energy systems in your body for the greatest calorie burn both during and after your workout. That means bodyfat loss and body sculpting for your ultimate transformation.

But why is Les Mills Combat so effective?

The secret is Fast Twitch Integration Training—a blend of the most dynamic moves from 6 different martial arts disciplines, combined in explosive, escalating patterns. This works your fast-twitch muscle fibers—they’re the ones with the greatest capacity for change—like crazy! You’ll be burning massive amounts of calories during your workouts and continue burning calories even after your workouts, so you’ll amp up strength and maximize lean muscle definition.

Can beginners do it and what is it like?

I got to do this workout LIVE with the trainers (Dan and Rachel) at a recent Beachbody leadership event! I have to say it was FUN (because of the music, the trainers and intensity) BUT they had modified moves for beginners too. I personally LIKED some of the advanced moves — jumping and kicking but this is also a program that you can do when you’re just starting out. At the beginning of each section, they show you how to do the move and they also have basic-beginner moves. Here’s a pic I snapped from the workout LIVE:

Wow — I was blown away when I saw Zander’s 120 day results! When Zander came to me, he had already lost 30 lbs which is pretty impressive. He wanted to take his results to the next level and so I recommended Shakeology to go along with P90X. I also made a recommendation on what to eat. Throughout the 90 days of P90X and then 30 days of Insanity Asylum, he had to increase his calories to keep dropping bodyfat — and you can see the results! P90X Results!

In His Own Words:

My life before was a disappointment. I was athletic when I was younger and was a regular at the gym in high school. Somewhere along the line I let partying take over my life and with that came horrible eating habits. At age 23 I found myself around 220 pounds which was a direct result of drinking, horrible eating and lack of motivation to do anything active. I had no direction and I was truly disappointed in myself. I wouldn’t even go to the beach or to an event that required taking your shirt off. I took on sobriety and lost about 30 pounds by running and doing pushups. As I felt myself gaining back strength and feeling average again I decided to take on P90X in an attempt to become extraordinary. I have never been so focused or committed to anything in my life. As I saw more and more change I became captivated by fitness and nutrition. Nothing was going to get in the way of me finishing and getting awesome results.

As I neared the end of P90X a friend asked “so what are you going to do after?”….. That is when I decided to get committed to the Asylum. I was nervous at first but knew that a new tougher challenge was exactly what I needed to keep my newfound motivation and drive. After 120 days of extremely hard work and 100% disciplined nutrition I can see that it was all worth it as I dropped down to 6% bodyfat and have abs for the first time in my life.

Doing P90X changed the way I view life. Now I am focused and confident. I feel like I have a purpose in life and am truly pleased with my progress. Not to mention my relationships with friends and family are better because I am just a happier person all around.

I’m really proud of Zander because he obviously gave it a 100% effort and took the time to learn about nutrition and supplements. I started P90X only able to do 3 pull-ups but by the end of 90 days, I was able to do 16. But for some people, they still struggle to even do 1 pull-up. I get asked a lot for tips to improve pull-ups so I decided to put together a video that gives the basics on how to do pull-ups properly and how to improve them. You can incorporate these tips for improving pull-ups into P90X but if you’re not doing P90X, I also included a routine that you can use three times a week.
