eccomi di ritorno, sì perché la scorsa settimana ho fatto una fuga a Barcellona!&lt;br&gt;
sarà stata la voglia di paella dello scorso post o la voglia di cambiare aria che mi ha fatto decidere all&amp;#39;istante per un volo last minute e così sono volato via per qualche giorno :D&lt;br&gt;
La città era piena di sole! una meraviglia e tante cose interessanti (fiere, cibo...) ma non vi anticipo nulla perché ho delle belle foto da mostrarvi nel prossimo post :)&lt;br&gt;

Nella vita ho avuto sempre una predilezione per le cose tonde.&lt;br&gt;
...a dire il vero anche le rotondità mi attirano :)&lt;br&gt;
ecco perché quando trovo queste simpatiche zucchine tonde non esito a comprarne un bel po&amp;#39;&lt;br&gt;

Il week end è stato bellissimo, caldo e soleggiato, una meraviglia!!!&lt;br&gt;
Certo dopo tanta pioggia non ne potevamo più!&lt;br&gt;
Finalmente la primavera si fa sentire e vedere in tutti i suoi colori.&lt;br&gt;
Io non resisto al suo fascino e mi faccio sempre tentare dai colori vivaci dei fiori.&lt;br&gt;
Al mercato ho comprato un bel mazzo di iris, le adoro!&lt;br&gt;
Le iris hanno un colore bellissimo non trovate?&lt;br&gt;
le ho sistemate in un bel vaso per festeggiare l&amp;#39;arrivo della primavera  :)&lt;br&gt;

Sono caduto scivolando durante una delle prove di teatro e ho battuto la testa sul bordo di una sedia.&lt;br /&gt;
Vi risparmio la descrizione della scena splatter con tutto il sangue e la mano sinistra che, mettendo avanti istintivamente per cercare di riparami, ho tirato poi su un po&#39; storta...ma per fortuna niente di rotto almeno alla mano!&lt;br /&gt;

Risultato 4 punti di sutura sul lato sinistro, poco più in alto della tempia, e tre dita della mano sinistra lussate.&lt;br /&gt;
I punti di sutura li ho tolti la settimana scorsa ma la mano è ancora un po&#39; gonfia e non riesco a stringere il pugno, ma poteva andare peggio no?! :)&lt;br /&gt;
e poi dicono che gli uomini con le cicatrici sono più interessanti vero??? :D&lt;br /&gt;

Per mettermi alla prova in cucina (con la mano &#39;malata&#39;) ho preparato un dolce semplice ma che adoro le madeleines, gnam!&lt;br /&gt;
La ricetta base l&#39;ho presa da una famosa rivista francese di cucina ed è ottima.&lt;br /&gt;
Potete variarla aggiungendo cacao, té matcha o nutella :P&lt;br /&gt;

per circa 36 pezzi&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
4 uova&lt;br /&gt;
180 gr di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
280 gr di farina&lt;br /&gt;
15 gr di lievito chimico&lt;br /&gt;
50 gr di miele liquido&lt;br /&gt;
225 gr di burro&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Rompete le uova e battetele insieme allo zucchero con un battitore elettrico a massima velocità finché non raddoppiano di volume.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungete la farina, il lievito ed il miele, mescolate bene col mixer e lasciate riposare per un&#39;ora.&lt;br /&gt;
Aggiungete quindi il burro fuso caldo, ma non troppo, mescolate col mixer a bassa velocità finché la pasta non diventa liscia e lasciate riposare ancora un&#39;ora.&lt;br /&gt;
Accendete il forno a 200°C e imburrate bene lo stampo per le madeleines.&lt;br /&gt;
Riempite ciascun alveolo per 2/3 con l&#39;impasto e lasciate cuocere le madeleines per circa 8 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
Vi consiglio di cuocere sistemando lo stampo nel forno ad un&#39;altezza media e controllate la cottura.&lt;br /&gt;
Togliete dallo stampo e lasciate raffreddare su di una griglia.&lt;br /&gt;

Quando si recitano alcuni brani la musica, la musicalità della parola stessa sono essenziali alla riuscita del pezzo, perché nulla viene lasciato al caso anche se a volte può sembrare così.&lt;br /&gt;

180 gr di farina 00&lt;br /&gt;
3 uova&lt;br /&gt;
10 cl di latte&lt;br /&gt;
10 cl di olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr di salame napoletano&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr di fior di latte&lt;br /&gt;
3 cucchiai di ricotta affumicata secca grattugiata&lt;br /&gt;
1 bustina di lievito &lt;br /&gt;
Sale&lt;br /&gt;
Pepe nero&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tagliate il fior di latte e il salame in grossi pezzetti e tenete da parte.&lt;br /&gt;
Ungete leggermente con un po’ d’olio i pirottini per muffins.&lt;br /&gt;
Accendete il forno a 180° C.&lt;br /&gt;
Battete le uova con un poco di sale e il pepe, aggiungete l’olio ed il
latte. Unitevi poco per volta la farina setacciata senza formare grumi, la
ricotta grattugiata e infine il lievito.&lt;br /&gt;
Versate il composto nei pirottini riempiendoli per tre quarti. Aggiungete al

&lt;i&gt;per 8 persone&lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr di strangozzi d’Umbria&lt;br /&gt;
700 gr di melanzane lunghe&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr di ricotta &lt;br /&gt;
50 gr di porcini secchi&lt;br /&gt;
Latte o panna q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
2 porri&lt;br /&gt;
1 spicchio d’aglio&lt;br /&gt;
6 cucchiai di parmigiano grattugiato&lt;br /&gt;
Olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
Sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Per la pasta matta:&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr di farina 00&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr di farina manitoba&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr di olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
1 bicchiere d’acqua fredda&lt;br /&gt;
sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Per prima cosa setacciate le farine, aggiungete il sale, l’olio e poco per
volta l’acqua fredda; impastate fino ad ottenere una consistenza omogenea, coprirete
infine l’impasto con una pellicola e tenete in frigo per almeno un’ora.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lavate le melanzane e tagliatele a cubetti, salatele e tenetele da parte per
una ventina di minuti. In una padella capiente riscaldate un buon filo d’olio
con uno spicchio d’aglio e i porri puliti e tagliati a rondelle. Fatevi saltare
le melanzane, continuate la cottura coperte finché non saranno
ben cotte.&lt;br /&gt;
Lavate i funghi, che avrete preventivamente messo in ammollo per almeno un
paio d’ore, uniteli alle melanzane a circa metà cottura.&lt;br /&gt;
Fate raffreddare e versate poi tutto nel robot da cucina, frullate unendo
anche la ricotta ed un po’ di panna (o in alternativa un po’ di latte) per rendere
il composto molto morbido.&amp;nbsp;Regolate di sale.&lt;br /&gt;
Fate cuocere gli strangozzi in abbondante acqua salata per metà del tempo di
cottura.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo cacciate la pasta matta dal frigo e stendetela con il
matterello in una sfoglia il più sottile possibile a forma della pirofila che
avrete scelto per il pasticcio.&lt;br /&gt;
Mescolate bene la pasta con la salsa di melanzane, porcini e ricotta. Condite
aggiungendo il parmigiano. Versate all’interno della pirofila rivestita con la
pasta matta, chiudete i bordi e infornate in forno già caldo a 200° C per circa
30 minuti o finché la pasta esterna non è ben colorata e cotta.&lt;br /&gt;
Sformatelo e servirlo caldo su un piatto da portata adeguato.&lt;br /&gt;

800 gr di filetto di maiale in fette spesse&lt;br /&gt;


3 o 4 cipolle bionde tagliate in quarti&lt;br /&gt;


4 pere Williams tagliate in quarti&lt;br /&gt;


4 foglie di alloro&lt;br /&gt;


125 ml di sciroppo d’acero&lt;br /&gt;


2 cucchiai di mostarda dolce di Dijon&lt;br /&gt;


Timo fresco, qualche rametto&lt;br /&gt;


Mezzo cucchiaino di peperoncino tritato&lt;br /&gt;


Sale&lt;br /&gt;


Pepe nero&lt;br /&gt;


Olio evo&lt;br /&gt;


&lt;br /&gt;


Mettete a marinare il filetto con la mostarda, il timo, il peperoncino, un
po’ di sale&amp;nbsp; e qualche cucchiaio d’olio. Marinate
per almeno un’ora.&lt;br /&gt;


Riscaldate il forno a 200° C. Lavate bene le pere e dividetele in quarti,
togliete la parte esterna delle cipolle e dividete anche queste in quarti, mettetele in
una teglia da forno con sale, pepe nero macinato fresco e le foglie di alloro; cospargetele con lo sciroppo d’acero, mescolate bene e infornate per circa 45
minuti o finché non sono ben caramellate.&lt;br /&gt;


Adagiate quindi nella teglia le fette di filetto e infornate per
circa 20 minuti, non di più per evitare che secchi troppo.&lt;br /&gt;
Servite decorando
ogni piatto con una foglia di alloro.&lt;br /&gt;

Cari ragazzi eccomi tornato dalla bella Palermo!&lt;br /&gt;
Purtroppo non ho potuto vedere molto a causa del lavoro, ma proprio grazie a questo ho avuto la fortuna di visitare un paio di posti bellissimi. Il Palazzo Mazzarino, un posto stupendo pensate che ci hanno girato alcune scene del Gattopardo! &lt;br /&gt;
...e Villa Igiea, ex residenza della famosa Famiglia Florio, una ricchissima famiglia siciliana, che ha ospitato re e regine dell&#39;inizio secolo amici di Donna Franca Florio. La residenza è bellissima, pensate che accanto alla piscina ci sono i resti di un antico tempio.&lt;br /&gt;

Un breve giro in centro città però mi ha mostrato palazzi fatiscenti, che spero saranno presto sistemati, perché una città affascinante come Palermo merita che la si curi un po&#39; di più!&lt;br /&gt;

La torta nella foto l&#39;ho fatta per la mia famiglia la scorsa settimana, da una ricetta di Donna Hay leggermente modificata. Ho usato un ottimo cacao che mi hanno portato dalla Svizzera e vi assicuro che il cacao di qualità fa la differenza!&lt;br /&gt;

2 cucchiaini di lievito&lt;br /&gt;


80 gr di cacao amaro, setacciato&lt;br /&gt;


185 ml di latte&lt;br /&gt;


&lt;br /&gt;


Scaldate il forno a 160° C. Lavorate il burro e lo zucchero nel robot da
cucina finché non è leggero e cremoso, aggiungete una alla volta le uova e
sbattete facendole incorporare bene. Unitevi la farina poco per volta, il
cacao, il lievito e infine il latte. Versate il composto in uno stampo tondo dal diametro di
22-24 cm ben imburrato o rivestito di carta forno. &lt;br /&gt;


Infornate per circa 1 ora, verificando la cottura con uno stuzzicadenti.&lt;br /&gt;
Fate raffreddare nello stampo e poi formate su una griglia.&lt;br /&gt;


Potete ricoprirla con una ganache al cioccolato per renderla più golosa.&lt;br /&gt;

Questa settimana mi sono fatto attendere... in effetti me la sono presa comoda e ho deciso di pubblicare questa ricetta a metà settimana per non lasciarvi di nuovo soli :)&lt;br /&gt;
Venerdì parto, vado a Palermo per il week end, ma per lavoro.&lt;br /&gt;
Spero di avere il tempo di fare almeno un giro in centro (Palermo è bellissima!) e di comprare qualche bontà siciliana :P&lt;br /&gt;
alla faccia della dieta!&lt;br /&gt;

La ricetta di oggi parte da due presupposti: primo un pacco di conchiglioni Afeltra di Gragnano che da tempo mi osservavano dalla dispensa in attesa di essere utilizzati e visto che qualche giorno prima, all&#39;apertura dell&#39;anta, mi sono letteralmente &quot;saltati addosso&quot; eh eh eh mi sono detto vabbé prima che cadendo cambino di formato riducendosi in pastina, meglio cucinarli :)&lt;br /&gt;
e secondo dall&#39;aver trovato al mercato una piantina di origano fresco dal profumo irresistibile!&lt;br /&gt;
Non ho usato uova nel ripieno poiché volevo che rimanesse morbido e non appesantirlo troppo.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;strong&gt;Conchiglioni ripieni con crema di melanzane e ricotta&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
500 gr di Conchiglioni di Gragnano (Afeltra)&lt;br /&gt;
750 gr di melanzane siciliane &lt;br /&gt;
250 gr di ricotta di bufala&lt;br /&gt;
2 spicchi d&#39;aglio&lt;br /&gt;
800 gr di passata di pomodoro “casalinga”&lt;br /&gt;
Origano in foglie&lt;br /&gt;
Cacio ricotta affumicato&lt;br /&gt;
Olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
Sale e pepe&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lavate le melanzane e tagliatele in cubetti, salatele e tenetele da parte. In
una padella capiente riscaldate un buon filo d’olio con un aglio. Quando è ben
caldo versate le melanzane e saltate per qualche minuto a fuoco vivo, poi
coprite e continuate a cuocere a fuoco moderato finché non saranno ben tenere. Spegnete,
togliete l’aglio e fate raffreddare. &lt;br /&gt;
Versate la ricotta in un robot da cucina, unitevi le melanzane tiepide e
frullate fino ad ottenere una crema.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo riscaldate un filo d’olio con un aglio in una pentola,
versatevi la passata di pomodoro e lasciate cuocere per una mezz’ora, verso
fine cottura profumate con foglie di origano fresco.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cuocete i conchiglioni in abbondante acqua salata per circa la metà del
tempo di cottura indicato, scolateleli e lasciateli raffreddare. Riempiteli uno
ad uno con la crema di melanzane e poggiateli in una pirofila il cui fondo
avrete cosparso con qualche mestolo di salsa di pomodoro.&lt;br /&gt;
Condite i conchiglioni con la restante salsa e la cacio ricotta grattugiata senza
lesinare. &lt;br /&gt;
Infornate in forno a 200° C per circa 30 minuti. Servite caldi.&lt;br /&gt;

Giornata dura! Torno a casa stasera stanco, ma davvero stanco, anche psicologicamente.&lt;br /&gt;
Ma scrivere qui, riorganizzare le foto e postare mi rilassa,&amp;nbsp;ma veniamo a noi...&lt;br /&gt;

Quando ho fatto questi peperoni avevo voglia di qualcosa di classico e confortante, qualcosa di ben sperimentato che mi desse la tranquillità che non ho altrove...&lt;br /&gt;
anche voi cucinate in base all&#39;umore vero? ditemi di sì :)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ognuno di noi ha la sua classica ricetta di famiglia che si tramanda e si ripete nelle belle sere d&#39;estate a cena sotto il portico.. a cena??? direte voi, sì perché per fortuna io i peperoni li digerisco bene, anzi benissimo e non ho problemi a mangiarli anche di sera :)&lt;br /&gt;
ammetto che a volte, se sono avanzati, e torno di notte con una fame da lupo li mangio anche freddi di frigo :D&amp;nbsp;proprio li adoro!&lt;br /&gt;

Le varianti alla classica ricetta povera (della nostra famiglia, che un giorno vi farò) sono l&#39;uso della ricotta nel ripieno, del caprino (al posto del pecorino) e l&#39;&lt;i&gt;esotico&lt;/i&gt;&amp;nbsp;chorizo, ricordo delle vacanze spagnole.&lt;br /&gt;

4/5 peperoni piccoli e ben fatti&lt;br /&gt;
350 gr di ricotta di pecora di Colliano&lt;br /&gt;
2 uova&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr di formaggio caprino&lt;br /&gt;
150 gr di chorizo iberico&lt;br /&gt;
Pan grattato qualche cucchiaiata&lt;br /&gt;
Olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
Sale&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lavate i peperoni, divideteli per lungo eliminando i semi e lasciateli
sgocciolare su di uno strofinaccio.&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo battete le uova con poco di
sale, unitevi la ricotta e amalgamate bene con una frusta per sciogliere i
grumi della ricotta e rendere il composto liscio. Aggiungete qualche
cucchiaiata di pan grattato e un goccio di latte o un filo d’olio se necessario
a mantenere l’impasto morbido.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Tagliate a cubetti sia il carpino che il chorizo, al quale avrete tolto la
pelle, e tenete da parte.&lt;br /&gt;
Farcite i peperoni con il composto di ricotta per un tre quarti, distribuite
poi su ognuno di essi i cubetti di caprino e il chorizo, facendoli leggermente
affondare nell’impasto.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Passate in forno caldo a 200° C per circa 30 minuti. &lt;strong&gt;Ciambella salata di zucchine #2&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
3 zucchine piccole (circa 250 gr)&lt;br /&gt;
200 gr di farina&lt;br /&gt;
150 ml di panna&lt;br /&gt;
70 gr di olio evo&lt;br /&gt;
3 uova&lt;br /&gt;
Paprika dolce in polvere&lt;br /&gt;
1 bustina di lievito&lt;br /&gt;
Latte, un goccio se necessario&lt;br /&gt;
Burro q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
Sale e pepe q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lavate le zucchine, tagliatele a julienne conditele con sale e olio e
tenetele da parte.&lt;br /&gt;
In una ciotola battete le uova con un pizzico di sale, aggiungete poco per
volta la farina setacciata e mescolate senza formare grumi. Versate l’olio, la
panna e se necessario un goccio di latte per rendere il composto più morbido.
Unitevi infine il lievito, aggiungete le zucchine e amalgamate il tutto.&lt;br /&gt;
Imburrate leggermente uno stampo da ciambella con il buco del diametro di 24
cm e cospargetelo con la paprika dolce formando un buon velo.&lt;br /&gt;
Versate il composto e infornate in forno già caldo a 180° C per 50 minuti.&lt;br /&gt;
Sformate e servite con una bella insalata.&lt;br /&gt;

1 Kg di pomodori ben maturi&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 peperone rosso e 1/2 peperone verde&lt;br /&gt;
1 piccolo cetriolo, pelato&lt;br /&gt;
1 o 2 spicchi d&#39;aglio&lt;br /&gt;
150 ml di olio d&#39;oliva evo&lt;br /&gt;
2 cucchiai di aceto di Xeres&lt;br /&gt;
Qualche fetta di pane&lt;br /&gt;
Sale e pepe q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Lavate e pulite le verdure, tagliate a dadini pomodori, peperoni e il cetriolo.&lt;br /&gt;
Versatele in una ciotola capiente, unite l&#39;aglio pestato e l&#39;olio d&#39;oliva e cominciate a frullare con un frullatore ad immersione.&lt;br /&gt;
Unite un paio di fette di pane che avrete preventivamente ammollato con un po&#39; di acqua, dividetelo in pezzetti e aggiungetelo alle verdure. Frullate fino ad ottenere un composto liscio, regolate di sale e pepe, aggiungete l&#39;aceto a seconda dei vostri gusti e mescolate molto bene.&lt;br /&gt;
Passate poi il tutto attraverso un colino, coprite e mettete in frigo.&lt;br /&gt;
Va servito ben freddo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Prima di servire potete guarnire con olive nere o cipollotti, profumare con menta o prezzemolo, o cubetti di prosciutto spagnolo. Insomma come più vi piace.&lt;br /&gt;
Vi consiglio di non esagerare con l&#39;aglio, ne ho messo uno soltanto ed era più che sufficiente, ma de gustibus...&lt;br /&gt;

Pelate le patate e tagliatele a dadini o in fette non troppo sottili, come
più vi piace, ma assicuratevi che i pezzetti non si incollino tra loro.&lt;br /&gt;
Pulite la cipolla e tagliatela in fette sottili, quasi julienne.&lt;br /&gt;
Mettete insieme patate e cipolla in una ciotola capiente e regolate di sale.&lt;br /&gt;
Scaldate abbondante olio d’oliva in una padella antiaderente a fuoco medio-alto,
giunto a temperatura versatevi le verdure e distribuitele in maniere uniforme all’interno
della padella, l’olio deve quasi coprirle. Lasciatele a fuoco medio in maniera che
le patate cuociano lentamente senza bruciarsi, devono essere morbide ma senza
la crosta esterna. La cottura impiegherà circa mezz’ora. Rimuovete patate e
cipolle aiutandovi con una schiumarola e mettetele in un colino per eliminare l’olio
in eccesso.&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo battete le uova in una ciotola, versatevi le patate e le
cipolle e mescolate dolcemente con una spatola.&lt;br /&gt;
Mettete sul fuoco una padella antiaderente dai bordi alti (circa 22 cm di
diametro) con un filo d’olio e fatela riscaldare a fuoco medio per non bruciare
l’olio e soprattutto per non bruciare la &lt;i&gt;tortilla&lt;/i&gt;!&lt;br /&gt;
Versatevi qualche cucchiaiata (con un cucchiaio grande da cucina) di
composto e lasciate cuocere rimestando solo un po’ ad inizio cottura. Cuocete
bene ai bordi e verificate con una spatola che sia ben cotta anche al centro,
appena la &lt;i&gt;tortilla&lt;/i&gt; vi sembra pronta

ebbene sì, dopo una settimana di ferie nel mio bel Cilento ai primi di Luglio mi sono dato alla macchia.&lt;br /&gt;
Qualche problema, oramai superato, e tanto lavoro mi hanno portato lontano, ma solo con la mente!&lt;br /&gt;
Il caldo e la pressione a livelli minimi hanno fatto il resto e così ho deciso di chiudere la cucina o quasi...&lt;br /&gt;
non me ne vogliate! sono passato spesso a leggervi anche senza lasciare tracce, perché per me è come andare a trovare dei vecchi amici per sapere come stanno e cosa fanno :)&lt;br /&gt;

Il cibo ispirato dalla natura recita il sotto titolo ed è proprio così. Quay è uno dei migliori ristoranti al mondo e si trova nella baia di Sydney. Le ricette sono forse un po&#39; complicate, ma le foto sono meravigliose!!!&lt;br /&gt;
Fa venire davvero voglia di partire per l&#39;Australia fosse solo per cenare al Quay.&lt;br /&gt;

Avevo solo letto una recensione su Alice Hart che mi aveva incuriosito, una giovane cuoca inglese emergente.&lt;br /&gt;

La schiena dopo il periodo di stop e la cura va decisamente meglio, ma ora sono preso dalle prove dello spettacolo teatrale che incombe! :D&lt;br /&gt;
Abbiamo due spettacoli che faremo il prossimo sabato 16 Giugno al Teatro del Centro Sociale ed il successivo 23 Giugno al Complesso Monumentale di Santa Sofia a Salerno, quindi nelle prossime due settimane sono praticamente impegnato quasi tutti i giorni e con questo caldo vi assicuro che è davvero stancante!&lt;br /&gt;

500 gr di farina Manitoba&lt;br /&gt;
3 uova&lt;br /&gt;
25 gr di lievito di birra &lt;br /&gt;
200 gr di zucchero&lt;br /&gt;
250 ml di latte&lt;br /&gt;
120 gr di burro&lt;br /&gt;
5 ml di estratto di vaniglia&lt;br /&gt;
300 gr di ciliegie &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparate un lievitino con il lievito di birra sciolto con una parte di latte
tiepido e una parte di farina fino ad ottenere una crema abbastanza fluida.
Lasciatelo riposare per una mezz’ora.&lt;br /&gt;
Nel frattempo dividete in due parti le ciliegie denocciolandole e tenetela
da parte.&lt;br /&gt;
Impastate la farina con il lievitino, io ho usato la planetaria, aggiungendo
poco per volta lo zucchero, le uova, il resto del latte, l’estratto di vaniglia
e infine il burro a temperatura ambiente poco per volta in piccoli pezzi.
