i was in lots of pain, thinking about how hurt i was by my x, wondering why i was feeling pain and anger again and if it would stop, how could it stop.

i just know i had a planned call at 11am ,i plan my day around it. she rang and left a message at about 10.30 to say she would need to call at 11.30 is this ok. i text back sure. thats all i know.

i was actively thinking if moveing to the cc was the right thing to do for me. also in the back of my mind was would this ruin any chance of resuming with my x, not that my rational mind wants to resume with him

i was feeling some distress, after hearing my daughters distress at 10.30pm. i had decided to move 1 hour out of sydney for my lifestyle, i am im the process of sorting things so she can live indepedently in sydney but im not there yet.
i maintained my boundary that i want the move and that i would pay her petrol money or train fare to come to sydney each day if she wanted.
i did lose some sleep in the early hours, so about the time this came through i woke up and felt a bit yucky.
