                    <title>SYPRIS AND PARTNERS HOST CYBER CAPTURE THE FLAG EVENT COMPETITION HELD IN SYPRIS CYBER COLLABORATION CENTER</title>

(Nasdaq/NM: SYPR), announced it just finished hosting a nation-wide cyber security challenge event at its Tampa, Florida Cyber Collaboration Center, in conjunction with its cyber education partners: Career Technical Education Foundation, Inc. (CTEF), The MITRE Corporation, and (ISC)². The Capture the Flag (CTF) competition, held July 19-20, offered high school and college students from across the United States the opportunity to learn and compete against their peers in this virtual cyber war game.  A “Capture the Flag” (CTF) event is a cyber security challenge in which players attack the targeted systems of their competitors in order to steal files (flags) as well as defend and detect attacks to their systems. The winning team received a complimentary registration into the 2011 DEFCON cyber challenge, which is one of the largest hacking and cyber security conferences in the world.  This CTF event is part of MITRE’s Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) outreach program. MITRE has partnered with CTEF and Sypris to host the cyber challenge and bring the event to fruition. The two-day event consisted of daily 10-hour sessions in which students continuously performed offensive and defensive tactics.  The event also drew the attention of several distinguished visitors to the Tampa, Florida Cyber Collaboration Center, including: local and state educational leaders, university presidents and their distinguished faculty, as well as Tampa community leaders from industry and not-for-profit institutions.  “Sypris, CTEF, MITRE, and (ISC)² are committed to providing cyber security training in best practices to our educational and business communities,” stated John Walsh, President of Sypris Electronics. “This Capture the Flag challenge is one of the many training events we will be hosting in our new Cyber Collaboration Center. (Nasdaq/NM: SYPR), announced it has opened its new state-of-the-art Cyber Collaboration Center within its Tampa, Florida headquarters. The Sypris Cyber Collaboration Center functions as a world-class laboratory for cyber security research and development in cyber offense, defense, neutralization and resiliency.                     <description>Sypris and Partners to Host Pilot Program in New Cyber Collaboration Center  TAMPA, Fla. (June 22, 2011) – Sypris Electronics, LLC, a subsidiary of Sypris Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq/NM: SYPR), is pleased to announce it has partnered with Career Technical Education Foundation, Inc. (CTEF) and The MITRE Corporation to develop, establish and host a new cyber security curriculum for local and national high school students.  The curriculum was co-developed by Sypris, MITRE, and CTEF and is under evaluation by (ISC)².  The training will take place in Sypris’ new, state-of-the-art Cyber Collaboration Center located in Tampa, Florida.  The two-week pilot program has twenty students enrolled from high schools representing Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas Counties, as well as others outside the state, and is currently underway.  Students were selected based on their strong computer science backgrounds and interests.  The course curriculum, based on cyber attack defense and offense methodologies and techniques, will provide students with a broad base of cyber security foundations that can be used immediately and aid in the path of becoming a cyber security professional.    The course is being taught by a team of MITRE and Sypris computer scientists and is being audited by (ISC) 2  to validate the course maps to the (ISC)² SSCP common body of knowledge (CBK Ò ), a compendium of global information security topics. Students who successfully pass the program, along with a Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP ® ) certification exam, will become an Associate of (ISC)² toward the SSCP certification, an opportunity not currently available to any other high school students in the nation.    This pilot program is being held at Sypris’ new Cyber Collaboration Center, designed, developed and built by Sypris at its Tampa, Florida headquarters.  Students are working in a real-world, network simulated environment to practice their attack and defense techniques.  The Center serves as the Center of Cyber Excellence for Sypris’ partners and customers to have hands-on learning in a secure environment.  “There is no other cyber security curriculum available for secondary education anywhere in the country and we are the first to make it available,” stated Paul Wahnish, President of CTEF.    “Students are excited to learn from cyber experts in this new, real-world cyber lab.  I would like to personally thank our partners for taking the initiative in helping to educate our future workforce.”  “We are proud to have the opportunity to serve our community and stakeholders by providing this unique educational opportunity to future Cyber Warriors both locally and across the nation,” stated John Walsh, President of Sypris Electronics.  “Sypris is dedicated to Information Assurance Excellence and our new Cyber Collaboration Center is paramount in meeting this mission.  CTEF is an outstanding organization devoted to educating the future leaders of our Country and we are honored to work with them on this important new pilot program.”   Sypris Electronics is a world-class, integrated systems solutions provider.                     <description>TAMPA, FL. (February 14, 2011) – Sypris Electronics, LLC, a subsidiary of Sypris Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: SYPR), announced today the opening of its new wholly owned subsidiary, Sypris Europe ApS., based in Copenhagen, Denmark.  Sypris Europe will have primary responsibility for developing and sustaining emerging market needs in Europe, Asia and the Middle East as they relate to information assurance and cyber security.  The office will also continue to support Sypris’ growing network of international distributors and agents.   Sypris Europe will offer a broad range of services for the European defense and aerospace industry, to include NATO and the European Union.  The new subsidiary will support all Sypris companies, including Sypris Solutions, Sypris Technologies and Sypris Electronics.  Michael Stokes, Managing Director of Sypris Europe, will lead the new subsidiary.  Previously, Mr. Stokes was based in Sypris Electronics’ Tampa headquarters and headed the international business development efforts for the Company.
