It's the first week of the month and you know what that means...jobs data. Friday brings the BLSBS and Wednesday brings ADP but first up today is the latest JOLTS report. The week ends but our long international nightmare continues, despite the daily set of leaks and denials. At least and if anything, the latest set of Axios headlines allowed for a late week rally that extended into today and, though the PMs were mostly flat on the week, the shares were up substantially.

Does the late week rally in the shares foreshadow a rally next week in the PMs or...

It has been another long and tumultuous month but the trading month of May finally draws to a close today. CDG is set to have a red monthly candle while the candle for CDS looks like it will be green. Does that signify anything? Probably not but the mixed bag of results is certainly preferable to sharp pullbacks.

We'll watch through the day and discuss the monthly charts in today's...

"The Fed's favorite inflation indicator" actually came in a little cooler than expected today. Not that it helped much but at least it didn't hurt as badly as CPI and PPI did last week. So we've got that going for us, I guess.
