Continue the conversation on sexual fantasy, and the usage of porn and cybersex. Have you ever wondered what's &quot;real&quot; about sex in the virtual world? What appeals to men so much so that it can lead to obsession, disconnection, and dishonesty at times? What are the benefits of online sex, particularly for men who partake of it, that are powerful enough to have them risk being caught?
Hear a case study during this episode of a client with fantasies about lactating women. Taboo? Wrong? Shameful? Or a healthy outlet for his hidden shadow feelings? What's your particular view on this, regardless of what you've accepted or believed before?
Men and women sometimes have the notion that a man being aggressive and uninhibited in his desire will hurt the woman or the object of his affection. How can we as a culture get over this fallacy? Walk the path towards satisfaction and connection in this fascinating discussion.<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/TkZNSjT94i4" height="1" width="1"/>

&quot;While  the desire for sexual pleasure is hard-wired into our bodies, we can only feel  sexual arousal if it's psychologically safe to feel it.&quot;
Explore with us the appeal and misconceptions of sexual fantasies, male pleasure through internet porn and cybersex, and what blocks our psychological arousal.
According to Dr. Bader's research, sexual arousal is not automatic or purely physical just because erogenous zones are stimulated. By examining what turns you on, you can start to realize how important the psychological cues and messages are to physical arousal.& Peoples' beliefs can make it difficult to get aroused.& This comes from conditioning by society, family, friends, media, etc., about what's &quot;okay&quot; to turn us on. What helps us get past these difficult feelings? Our programmed beliefs can lead us to shame, guilt, worry, etc. These things are not compatible for maximum sexual arousal. Voila...the mind creates sexual fantasies to carry us past the thoughts blocking our potential sexual pleasure!
This episode may lead you to deeper exploration. What are the specific details around your own sexual fantasies? Have you shared the details with anyone? Do you fantasize about men or women more? Do you fantasize about real people or the imagined perfect lover? What message and elegant solution do you believe may be addressed by the specific fantasies that your mind has created?
&quot;By exploring the meaning of the sexual fantasies you often get a great look into deeper things that are troubling you.&quot;<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/QC0JVAC2Bs0" height="1" width="1"/>

JD and Dan - Two Knotty Boys - have a mission: Demystify bondage, put the fun into it, while making it safer and much more aestheticly pleasing. They join Beth Crittenden in this playful interview that lays out the basics, including why one may explore bondage and how to do it safely.

Rope Bondage is the most popular sexual fantasy kink out there...and why is that? One reason is that many partners get caught up in feeling like they have to reciprocate and this keeps them from fully enjoying and surrendering to the experience. When one is tied up, there is nothing to do but surrender, and there is such pleasure and healing in that experience.

If you have ever been curious about rope bondage, or fantasized about being tied up, this interview will support you in pushing your edge and exploring, and what could be better than that?<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/AVKhJs2sptc" height="1" width="1"/>

Viktor Grant is the creator of "The Bliss Experience", a weekend workshop that combines sound healing, table work, dance and meditation, Tantra, and other healing modalities that transforms participants. He has taught The Bliss Experience at Esalan and across the country.

In this dynamic interview, Beth and Viktor discuss Tantra Yoga ("What we in the west miss is the inner experience that the Yogi is having, that something inside of him is moving him there. Yoga in the west simply imitates the postures, but the whole inner experience is missed"), transcendent states, and how this all fits together with running three software business, leading workshops, and Buddhism.

Viktor goes into detail about transcendent states, and how he discovered this through conscious sexuality. Says Viktor: "Your body will move into the sequence it needs when you are in the transcendent space. To me this is the same as Nirvana, or the enlightened experience, and when two people are moving from this place together, I call this the Bliss Experience. My workshop is about stripping away what keeps you from having this with another human being."<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/9VuYM1VT8YM" height="1" width="1"/>

In this interview you will learn the basics of sex and body-positive parenting and get some specific recommendations on how all of us can unhook from the negative cultural influences around these issues.

Beth and Lasara delve into the issues of boundaries, what they are, and how they are useful in relationships and parenting: “As a parent, setting my own boundaries allows my children to have their own boundaries. It gives them a language around having them, and it models positive boundary awareness and self-care”.

Also hear from Lasara about the age-old question, ‘When is the right time to talk about sex?’. Lasara gives an incredible answer, both honest and sensible, but also takes into account what the parent is able to consciously give in that moment. This will support all parents in the journey of supporting children to be healthy and empowered, while also taking care of themselves.

Finally, body image is faced in this fantastic interview. Lasara Firefox: “I really think that nakedness is a huge component of body positivity. If we don’t see how bodies age, it is much more challenging for us to have a positive relationship with our bodies as they change”.

Get insight into a new system of relating and parenting, and let go of our old cultural adages such as ‘Bonding through self-deprecation’ and ‘focusing on what is wrong’. This interview will get you on your way to a new way engaging and parenting.<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/M0gtm61I-YE" height="1" width="1"/>

Join Beth Crittenden as she interviews Lasara Firefox, writer, ritualist, NLP (neurolinguistic language programmer) Master trainer, and Sex Positive Educator.

Beth and Lasara discuss the Unification of the mind, body, and spirit, and being the presence of love.

According to Lasara, our body is the way to access divinity, while our mind is simply a construct. “Mind is an abstraction, a concept, it’s not a thing….as we become more conscious of the process, we see that mind is occurring in your physiological process”.

You will also learn about the differences between projection and attachment (which most mistakenly call love) and real love. “A lot of what we think of as love is actually attachment. Actual love is the ability to become present with the person as they are arising in this very moment….that is embodied presence….more often than not, we are interacting with our projections, not actually interacting with another person, and this is disembodiment, this is not presence”.

Beth and Lasara discuss presence, what it is, and how to achieve it. “Sex is such a potent doorway to surrender to the cessation – falling so deeply into presence that I cease, and the other ceases, and there is nothing left but presence”.

If you have ever been curious about how spirit, sexuality, and the body all come together, this episode will support your own unification, and leave you turned on to boot.<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/2LRdmsVkPrM" height="1" width="1"/>

Veronica Monet, author of "Sex Secrets of Escorts", also an erotic model, a sacred prostitute, a courtesan, and an activist for sex workers’ rights, and let me tell you, she shares it all in the second part of this sizzling interview.

Do you know what a Bonobo is? A Bonobo is a primate, a large ape, similar to chimps in appearance only. Bonobos have missionary-style sex, which means they make eye contact, and the heart chakras line up. The females have a large clitoris, which they rub together, again, with face to face contact. The females are bonded together. Sex is consensual. Murder never happens.

This interview is a blast. We cover the map from primate sex to really getting what you want. You don’t want to miss this!<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/ds9c2dgcgHQ" height="1" width="1"/>

In this episode, Beth interviews relationship guru John Gray. With 20 million books sold and counting, John Gray is a pioneer in supporting men and women in understanding differences between the sexes, and how to thrive in, rather than suffer through those differences.

This amazing interview has it all, how to understand differences, communication styles, hormone production and the connection to sex and purpose, and finally, John’s latest passion, nutrition, which he views as key to keeping our hormone production at higher levels which keeps us feeling alive and sexual even as we age.

If you have ever wondered why you and your partner seem to be speaking different languages, or how the male brain differs from the female brain, or how through diet we will not need the will to exercise because we will simply want to, this episode will be enlightening and enlivening for you.<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/jqLN-WjtGJM" height="1" width="1"/>

In this interview, Beth Crittenden interviews Cleo Dubois, BDSM Educator, ritualist and founder of the Academy of SM Arts. BDSM is a path that allows individuals and couples to embrace creativity, sensuality, spirituality, and fantasy, and supports the breaking free from the rigid cultural stance on sexuality. Cleo shares frankly and clearly about everything from safety and negotiation to the freedom and deepening that happens from this type of play.

Safe, Sane and Consensual BDSM brings together the spiritual with the erotic and allows a space for individuals and couples to fully express their sensuality and fantasy life. There is no one better to learn from than Cleo Dubois, who has been teaching since the late 1980s when the scene just began to get organized! Cleo also talks us through a hot collar ritual, and provides us an idea of a common fantasy between a couple that will, if you are honest with yourself, probably touch a fantasy you have had at one time or another. You will come away with a desire to test your own boundaries and perhaps redefine what is possible in your life.

Beauty and raw sexuality converge in this episode as we talk with Nixon Suicide about the Suicide Girls phenomenon. We tackle topics such as objectification, the changing world of pornography, and the struggle of women from oppressive backgrounds to break free and radical self-expression. Expand your mind and your turn on!

"You've got to start with the inside.someone could spend all day putting on make-up and having their hair done and still feel like crap." Nixon Suicide

Many women who come from oppressive backgrounds are now on the site. The Suicide Girls business provides an opportunity for women to re-integrate sexuality and self-expression and be supported in a community of others doing the same. We discuss the changing landscape of pornography (hint: Women have begun to take pornography into their own hands), the way internet has changed pornography, how to be a responsible consumer of porn, and last, but certainly not least, how to become a Suicide Girl.

This is part 2 of a 2-part episode.<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/O2wNpmYf3qw" height="1" width="1"/>

Join us as Beth delves into the world of the Suicide Girls with Nixon Suicide, an early member of the community and organization. The Suicide Girls are an online community, Burlesque show, and Magazine celebrating alternative sexuality and now have over twelve hundred models from fifty-six countries and over a million unique visitors a week. So what is everyone so turned on about?

In this informative episode, Beth and Nixon talk about art, sexuality, creativity, and self-expression and how these come together in the world of the suicide girls. The medium is photography, the turn on is explosive individual expression, journal sections, and chat boards. These are not airbrushed models from playboy with a few lines from the models about basic interests. These are real women, often modeling in completely original and handmade costumes, unique make-up and piercings, and expressing the fullness of their being on multiple levels. This is the divine and the human, the beautiful and gritty.

You will come away with a new sense of possibilities and perhaps a sense of your own potential freedom of expression waiting to be tapped into!<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/5_ucbtycvXU" height="1" width="1"/>

In this insightful interview, Beth and Emily discuss the changing face of relationship, current trends in sexuality such as online dating and sex coaching, and common problems and concerns Emily most frequently fields from callers. For example, Emily speaks about the need to explore with ourselves: "If you’ve got some questions about your sex life, spend some time alone exploring, find out what you like, and then take that public".

This episode is packed full of solid practical advice in the arena of sexuality and relationship. When it comes to relationships and sex, as Bob Dylan so eloquently sang, ‘the times they are a-changin’.
Lee shares with us about her own curiosity and passion as a teenager, which led her into the BDSM clubs of Seattle, through the adult film industry, and eventually, as a teacher and educator, to support others in discovering their own unique flavor. She speaks in depth about the importance of avoiding simply following an existing path, and instead teaches that turn-on and passion come most intensely from the individual being connected deeply to their own personal passion and sharing with another from this place.

Communication, according to Lee, is not simply words or requests. It is a hand brushing against your thigh, a look in your partners eyes when you realize, ‘we got it here’.

‘For me it is about helping people find the path that they are supposed to be on. How do you relate to the divine? What do you believe in? And from there, how
do you tie that core belief of the universe at large back into the physicality or the emotional connection of your sexuality. For me, that is where the spiritual and the sexual interplay.’<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/qBI_adX34hs" height="1" width="1"/>

Discover conscious BDSM bondage, discipline, sadism and masochism-- a sacred space where power play and pain can lead to spiritual ecstasy. If you’ve ever fantasized about tying up a submissive schoolgirl, playing a naughty nurse, riding a hypersexual superhero, or anything and everything in between, this interview will rev you up and inspire you to turn these daydreams into transformational reality. Cleo Dubois, a professional dominant BDSM coach, and creator of The Pain Game debunks the common myths surrounding BDSM and describes how conscious, consensual power play can lead to spiritual ecstasy and deep healing. Dubois, who refers to herself as a caring Sadist plays and works within San Francisco’s kink community, where negotiation before a scene, creating and holding a safe space for the submissive, and reading body language are mandatory aspects of the practice. Join us on this journey to find out how BDSM can help you find the light in the dark aspects of human nature.<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/eS-AlCUlc-E" height="1" width="1"/>

Would you like longer, more intense orgasms? Do you long to connect more deeply with your partner(s) during sex? How about extending the potent and pleasurable energy of orgasm throughout all areas of your life?

"During peak (tantric) experiences, I've sensed everything happening in my lover's body and knew the thoughts in my lover's mind," says Dr. Deborah Taj Anapol during her intimate half hour with Beth Crittenden, One Taste teacher and community member. Dr. Anapol is the author of several books including The Seven Natural Laws of Love, and Polyamory: The New Love Without Limits, and has been teaching sacred sexuality for 20 years.

Dr. Anapol, whose vibrancy and power can be felt in her slow, lilting voice, gives us a glimpse of the transformative power of red tantra, a conscious sex practice where raw desire and spiritual enlightenment are inextricably entwined. Tune in and learn the common roadblocks to achieving tantric bliss, and begin to weave this orgasmic energy into your daily life.<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/djiUnIoaZlU" height="1" width="1"/>

TSGS 004: Charles Moser, MD, PhD: A Sexual Medical Expert on Unusual Sexual Interests

In this program, Dr Moser talks to us about the nature and range of sadomasochism (SM). He discusses his background (a self-described horny teenager who went to the library a lot) and how he came to view sexuality from a scientific perspective. From there, he branches out and looks at how our sex-negative society has led to people internalize their feelings and desires the negative repercussions of that. He also discusses the types of medical questions that people bring to him (i.e. I want to do X, how do I do that safely?)

According to him, there is nothing that hasn’t been eroticized. He looks at people’s sexual behaviors and the medical and emotional issues that arise from a scientific perspective. He approaches his patients from a non-judgemental point of view and acknowledges that good SM is whatever really gets people off and that it is different for each person. While keeping safety in mind, he says that a key way for people to learn about what they want in their sexual lives is through talking and experimenting. Sex is fun, enjoy it.<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/CUZFpZQkgNE" height="1" width="1"/>

"I remember being a little kid and not liking my mother's cooking and how amazing it was to find real wonderful food when I grew up. I'm sure that sexuality is that way for people sometimes, too. Carol Queen, PhD

From Host, Beth Crittenden:
In this program with Dr. Carol Queen, we hear about the Masturbatathon and the Center for Sex and Culture, 2 fascinating ventures that Carol and her partner Robert Lawrence have created and supported for 13 and 5 years, respectively.

The Masturbatathon is as it sounds...people take pledges to masturbate for a good cause! Much like the AIDS ride, this event was created to raise awareness around an important health issue. Hear all about the history of this event, which has now reached international proportions.

Carol also shares with the listener why masturbation is important to keep included in our sex education dialogues. When young women especially venture into sexual exploration, do we want them exploring with themselves, or off their center with other people? This issue is treated with admiration and respect, and the episode will benefit single people and partners alike.

The Center for Sex and Culture in San Francisco is the educational arm of Good Vibrations. The Center is creating a historical archive of sex, and Carol and Robert are committed to preserving artifacts and information so generations to come can learn about their roots. Hear about their sexy journeys to estate sales, finding grandpa's naughty novelty items.<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/8VgrL8db-2Q" height="1" width="1"/>

"I think when you create anything, the process of creation is a particular kind of source for tapping into things that are bigger than you on some level . It's not surprising to hear that about art creation when someone paints or draws, but I think the same is true when you write erotica, that there's alot out there in the culture that you weave together to make your own responses, to make yourself, to make your identity. We're each individual and unique but none of us is in a vacuum." . Carol Queen, PhD

From Host, Beth Crittenden:
In this program with Dr. Carol Queen, we hear about the path this icon took in order to become a prolific erotic writer, as well as how her writing process looks and feels. Get up close and personal with the Doctor as she merges brain and body.

We also hear why she became motivated to make Sex her profession. She found the pleasure, confusion, mystery, remnants of shame and things to work on, etc., irresistible. She reveals how Sex can bridge the generation gap and connect us all more deeply to one another. This is a fun, intelligent, provocative interview that you're sure to enjoy!<img src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/~r/TOS_Interviews/~4/8TBIZUyhVIc" height="1" width="1"/>
