How to install watchfaces Mi Band 4

installation requires:

MiFit
File manager

Download the dial that you want to replace. You can download them in the themes Dials for Xiaomi Mi Band 4, as well as with any third-party application or do it yourself (on order).
The dial should have the extension * .bin (if the file is in the ZIP archive, then unpack)

Install the MiFit application.
On the phone include internet, Bluetooth and GPS.
Launch MiFit and install any dial available.

Open the watch_skin_local folder in the file manager along the

Android / data / com.xiaomi.hm.health / files /

path, which will contain the downloaded dial of the 4lIYUjzg3Vwqt8tJU9sYLeOSqUSAreJNzUxJhxgM.bin type

Copy the name of this file, delete the file and rename your dial with this name.
Copy to your watch_skin_local folder your renamed dial
Go back to MiFit and apply the same dial.

Animated watch face

You can use "watch skin local" (Local watch Face) in Mi Fit to update or change your watch face.
But you must edit some bytes in the animated watch face .BIN file In order to make that .bin file can be displayed in "watch skin local"

How to HEX your .BIN to use in "watch skin local" of Mi Fit
1. Open your .BIN with HexEdit https://www.dropbox.com/s/hmqdynh8dl0lj ... t.zip?dl=0

2. On bytes 17 to 24 edit FF FF FF FF FF FF FF FF to 24 00 d0 03 00 00 3d 78 and save

3. Now you .BIN can use in "watch skin local" of Mi Fit

How to use "watch skin local" ( Local watch Face )
1. Folder of "watch_skin_local" is /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.xiaomi.hm.health/files/watch_skin_local/
2. make new folder in "watch_skin_local" (one folder for one watch face)
3. Copy modified youreWatchface.BIN and yourWatchface.jpg or png or gif in your new folder
4. Now open Mi fit and go to "Local watch Face" you can see your Watcface

How to Flash Nokia device using Phoenix USB (Dead Phone Flashing)

You can flash your dead Nokia mobile phone by yourself using a USB data cable/connectivity cable. The tool, which is required to flash the phone, is Nokia's Phoenix Service Software. Please remember that you can perform a successful flash on your phone only if its firmware has been lost or corrupted. If your phone is not turning on due to any hardware issue, then this procedure will not work for it. To flash a dead Nokia mobile phone.

THINGS NEEDED

Make sure your device has sufficient battery power. Dead USB flashing works when your device is OFF but needs enough battery power when flashing is done and your device is ready to reboot.
Firmware files – these are CFW or OFW files. You can get the Original Firmware files via Navifirm. For Cooked Firmware, just search it on Google. There are a lot of CFWs in the ne.
Phoenix software.
USB cable for your device.
Make a back up your files
Take out your microSD card

Let's Start.
Before flashing, Make sure that the Firmware files are placed into path C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\Folder.

Download and install the Phoenix Service Software
Download the firmware of your phone. You can download it with Navifrim or can search it on the web.
Install the firmware to the directory C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\Folder*
The Folder* should be created manually for the concerned firmware, if it is not created during firmware installation. If the firmware files are in form of .zip or any other compression, then extract/copy the firmware files to the specified location. For example, for keeping the firmware files of RM-240, the location will be C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-240
The above mentioned location is default for Phoenix Service Software. If you have installed the Phoenix Service Software in a different location, then make sure to keep the folder with firmware files within Products folder
After successful installation, launch Phoenix Service Software.
Connect your mobile phone using the USB data cable/connectivity cable of the phone
Select "No Connection" in Phoenix Service Software window as shown below:

Now click on "File" and then on "Open Product"

Select the product version for your phone from the list. You can find it under the battery in your phone. If you don't know, which firmware is suitable for it, then search it on the web by model name.

Now click on "Flashing" and then on "Firmware Update"

Click on the bordered button to select variants for your phone as shown below

Select the desired variant/product code for flashing with

Note: that the variants should be shown in the appeared window if the concerned firmware files are present in the correct directory within the folder with firmware name as C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\xx-xxx (xx-xxx is the firmware version. e.g: RM-240)

After selecting the variant/product code, check the box with "Dead phone USB flashing" and then click on "Refurbish"

A dialogue may appear with some instructions, follow them to continue

Wait for the flashing to complete

Your phone will be restarted after successful flash

Note: If your mobile phone is not detected by the Phoenix Service Software, then you may need to install the PC Suite of the phone or the flashing drivers manually.
