Does anyone know what makes us too kick faster? The Muscles Fibers (I or II) or because of the how fast the brain send signals to the body.&lt;br /&gt;

Bruce Lee could deliver a punch with the speed of 0.5 seconds, he used weights to punch with and without weights.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
The Worlds Fastest Gun Slinger (Bob Munden) he can draw his gun shot the gun and put is back in the holster in 0.02 seconds.&lt;br /&gt;
