I have a white sink that I just can’t deal with anymore. You can’t clean it, it stains very easily and it scratches. I am ready to get rid of it and start looking for a decent undermount kitchen sinks.

I had a stainless steel sink in my last home and loved it!! It cleans well and it was really deep to wash big pans. MR Direct Sales stainless sinks are made with 16 gauge steel which is thicker than Kohl and Blanco sinks. I like that. Remember, you use your kitchen sink every day and you want one to last. I love the idea of an under mount sink. Easy clean up. Of course, they have top mounted sinks too to choose from.

The picture shows a great sink that has 3 wells. I like to dry my dishes on one side and wash on the other. The middle area is great for the garbage disposal. You know that always happens. You thought you had all the dishes ready to wash and someone will bring you another plate with food on it and now you can’t put it down the garbage disposal. Now that is a “smart sink”.

They have beautiful granite sinks that are made with green materials and is coated with Silver Ions, which kills 99% of bacteria on contact. What a great feature! I love the colors offered and these look great with granite counter tops. You can choose one with double bowls or one large one.

I love having fashionable accessories and that also means my watch. And your watch should reflect how you feel about yourself too. Need a gift for a special occasion or at Christmas time and you don’t want to pay top dollar? You can go to bluedial.com where you can get really nice Seiko Automatic Watches for the perfect gift this year.

The watch pictured left, is the watch I have been wearing for years now. I love how it looks, how tough it is and is the perfect watch for everyday wear for any woman. Water resistant and has lasted so long now and still looks great. A beautiful and elegant watch for a fraction of the price. You can never go wrong with a Seiko and this makes a great gift watch too. It a great lasting watch for any occasion.

Or how about a beautiful Seiko diamond watch for that very special occasion. A little bling, but not too much. Gold or silver tone or both. I personally love both colors to go with all my jewelry. This is a great watch to treat myself with, since it is almost Christmas.

Bluedial.com is the perfect place for you to go to find that special gift for a loved one. The prices are great, free shipping and great warranties.

Well, around my house there is old stuff all over the place. It lays on the couch, its in the refrigerator, it sits at the dinner table, its in the closet, it makes noise all the time and basically, just hangs around. The “old stuff” I am referring to is my husband. Yes, he would admit that he is old stuff and just getting older.

But seriously, I do have some old computer parts and Direct TV boxes that are finally leaving my home. They are still sitting out in the garage, because we haven’t gone to the dump which allows these items. My computer was 10 years old when it finally stopped working for me last month. It was a good computer and I will miss its shiny existence under my desk. Take care old friend!!

Everyone have a great day with your old stuff,

I know a lot of you work from home and then take your laptop to your work place and it never fails that you don’t have everything you need for work on your laptop. What to do? Remote access software is the best thing ever for accessing computers from home or to access computers at work.

But what kind of Remote Access is there for larger work stations?

Proxy Networks has a great peer-to-peer remote access software for your workstations or your large number of networks.

The workstation edition is great for help desks who need security, higher service quality and professional features. You can reach remote PC’s, even if they aren’t attended, security is 256-bit encryption – the highest in its class, generate inventory of hardware and software resources and change settings on remote PC’s without disturbing the user. These are just a few of the great features that PROXY Pro 7 Workstation Edition has to offer for your company.

The gateway edition has all the features of the workstation edition plus you can organize large amount of PC’s, security with with SSL certificates, enable two or more help desk technicians to share control of a remote computer for help or training (great feature), send Proxy software in large networks and record screen activity.

This is a sponsored guest post written by Leon on behalf of Pashmina International. Post powered by Sponzai.

It’s been a long winter this year for most of us. Definitely one where extra strings have been pulled to keep up warm.

The Nepalese have had much, much colder winters for longer than there’s been writing. They adapted by learning from their goats (bear with me!) who grew special soft comfortable winter protection along their bellies. This soft, fine coiled hair can be combed out and spun into warm, light durable yarn, full of air pockets to trap warmth in.

You’d be surprised at how warm you can stay by just wrapping a scarf around your neck. Pashmina International find their shawls in the Himalayan hills, importing directly from safe well-run factories. These top quality, beautifully soft and warm pashmina shawls made from natural cashemre wool are available in a variety of colours.

Selling from bulk-bought supplies, Pashmina International are lower priced than many big stores (who often peddle well packaged but disappointingly poor quality goods; “100% cashmere wool”, for example, is often 8% cashmere and 92% wool). What’s more, shipping is always free, to any location in the world. They’re also a fab holiday gift idea, if you already have enough to keep you warm. The shawls are built to last decades, not just the current season.

Besides the obvious use of the toothpick, is there something else you use this invention for?

I have never been much on using toothpicks. My husband uses them everyday. I have been known to use one when I eat corn, but thats about it.

My husband taught me how to use toothpicks when you need to to put a screw back in a hole that has gotten too big for the screw. Just break off pieces of the toothpick and put next to the screw. This way the screw will have something to grab onto when replacing it back in the wall. You can use this shim method in many small areas. Works great!
