Young couple is relaxed and there is no time pressure.

The other day wedding session can be executed before the wedding during the day bride goes for proofing makeup. It can be also done after the wedding. The time spend on wedding session can vary from 2-5 hour depending on the place or places chosen as well as ideas to be implemented on the session.

Together with Zhanna and Thomas we arranged the other day wedding session before the wedding. At the beginning of year 2011 winter was very harsh and during the session we had – 20 ?C. It wasn’t stopping us from having great time! Zhanna was dreaming about the wedding session in Muuminland and that was exactly the time when they woke up from hibernation and we could hug them as much as we could…”

			Quite often I begin the photo story from the wedding day with preparation of the bride and/or groom. I really like this that part

of the reportage, where I see transformation of the girls into the beautiful brides. Indeed those preparations to the wedding

are accompanied by multitude of emotions, sometimes a bit of stress, and the other time even panic. Not once I’ve seen self-confidence, peacefulness and happiness drawn on the face. Preparation to the wedding consists also of people that help young couple, bridesmaid and bestman, parents and siblings. They are heroes of the day as well.

During the preparations there is a time to photograph the wedding details, wedding dress, shoes or wedding rings. Wedding details that in the final story creates unique mood. Wedding preparations is also a time when I can get to know bride and other contributors

of the ceremony, when they get used to me and stop pay attention to the camera. I become invisible…

The new is coming!  Very soon there will be a new portfolio webpage premiere. You will find new unpublished on the blog wedding photographs along with boudoir and fashion pictures. When there will be an official opening I will inform immediately.

And now take a look at wedding session with Alina&Sauli, unusual couple that was looking for unconventional wedding pictures.

Their inner warmth and sense of humour helped me to create certain mood, which is a mixture of joy and seriousness.

From my wedding photographer perspective this autumn wedding session with Alina&Sauli is a perfect example for young couples.

It shows what can be a final result when you bring personal props and some idea. The idea that we can work out together.  Finally, autumn gave us multicoloured scenery.

			It’s been a while since I was showing wedding reportage last time. Wedding in Merikarvia today, small town located toward the north of Pori. The church is claimed to be the biggest wooden church in Nordic countries. It’s just gorgeous. It impressed me with its magnitude and brightness. The amount of light present was making my photography work very convenient and pleasant
