Australians against Government censorship

The Gillard regime has been trying to censor the media and several other groups for a while. Now they have passed Legislation allowing them access to your internet details, to collect and keep Australians' internet records, including their web-browsing history, social media activity and emails.

We can either sit back and watch this Legislation be abused to a point where a Government will have a complete profile on each of us, or we can act now and ensure even if this Gillard regime doesn't reverse it, the Coalition is left with no doubt we do not want it and we expect them to reverse it if they win the next election.

The book 1984 had the administration divided among four Ministries:

the Ministry of Truth, which deals with news, entertainment, education and fine arts,
the Ministry of Love which maintains law and order,
the Ministry of Peace which wages war and the
Ministry of Plenty which handles economic affairs.

The very vocabulary of the people was under Party Control; a system called “newspeak” was encouraged. One of the most dreaded words in the arsenal of Newspeak was the most heinous offence according to the Party – that of “thoughtcrime” which was sure to be punished by the Thought police.

The slogans of Newspeak are “War is Peace” Freedom is Slavery” and “Ignorance is Strength.”

Bill Shorten is married to Chloe Bryce, the daughter of the Governor-General of Australia Quentin Bryce. Shorten is one of a number of current Ministers that has a young family - his daughter Clementine, and Rupert and Georgette Parkin (the son and daughter of Chloe Bryce).

Mr Shorten, a Collingwood fan, is understood to have told Ms Beale at a Sunday football match at the MCG. "He told her, 'I don't think I want to be married any more'," a Labor source said. "She was totally shocked."

Mr Shorten and Ms Bryce have been friends for at least a year. They had dinner together at the residence of then Queensland Governor Quentin Bryce in Brisbane on September 5, 2007, a Vice Regal notice in Brisbane's Courier Mail newspaper said.

I would like to know who paid for this tryst at the Queensland Governor's residence ?

Mr Shorten was one of five MPs invited to attend the September ceremony at which Ms Quentin Bryce was sworn in as Australia's 25th Governor-General.

Chloe Bryce attended the ceremony, with her two children, Georgette and Rupert from her marriage to architect, Roger Parkin, who designed Beatle George Harrison's house on Hamilton Island and the island's resort. Mr Parkin did not want to comment on the circumstances of his marriage break-up.

Now in 2012 there is some major speculation occurring about this little series of events from a source who has never failed me before.

Why is Chloe and her daughter staying with her mother the Governor General and why? Sources suggest there is a familiar scene playing out.

And how much is the Australian Taxpayer paying out for this while she stays with mum and her hubby is living elsewhere in Canberra ???

How many Ministers would show the kind of consideration to share their accommodation with one of their staff ? The grapevine says the Pretender to the ALP throne has done this. Is this to be applauded or is it something more, especially with his wife and daughter staying with the GG aka her mum ?

Bill obviously telling everyone he is up to running for the top job.

He also has a birthday celebration coming up on 12th May.

A reliable little birdie tells me his birthday present is already in the oven, and this is not happening in his wife's kitchen.

We can all put 2 +2 together and wonder if Bill Shorten is stuck in some Groundhog Day scenario, for if the story comes out and proves this rumour is in fact true, we will have a hopeful ALP leader that while in Government has left 2 wives for 2 girlfriends. Just another ethical dilemma for the ALP

When did it start. Well we know the Union Movement was a part of the Socialist Party approach and that most Union Officials, were confirmed Far Left Wing activists. I never liked it, but was comfortable with it as they had to try and convert members after they joined the union, but these were workers with a balanced point of view, as they only had to decide whether to fight for more pay or whether it was just being greedy.

Now though The Unions are one source of Socialism, however, too many people have taken their eyes off the ball and Socialism, led by The Fabian Society has crept into many spheres, the most devastating of all being our Education System. They started via Student Activism, then we had many academics enter the fray until a large part of Universities have a predominantly Socialist agenda.

This was easy from here to feed down the line to teaching, as they just needed to feed the right material and whether the Teachers were Socialists or not, they would then be teaching the Socialist Agenda in schools and other Educational Institutions, because they themselves had been taught the material is correct. Climate Change has been a classic example, the continued emphasis on school work even after school and weekends even at Primary level, and the push to teach our children it is inhumane to keep refugees in detention. Environmental issues are a prime subject in many schools, but this is a stilted view blaming man for the destruction of our Fauna and Flora. They have also been taught, to accept science taught to them without question, this goes against everything that science really means. It is our constant questioning of science that taught us the Earth is round even though the people at the bottom should fall off it, to a apple falling on your head, hurts, but also it fell down, why? We must question science to understand how things happen. Socialists however, don't believe this, otherwise they cannot meld us to their will, and more importantly thoughts. We must accept their 'findings' without question, so they create agencies to do modelling and supply them with evidence using all the latest 'data' on everything and regardless of whether reality does not match this modelling.

When I look at this it is Australia, and to make matters worse, when the Left wing Government came into power based on one of the most damning lies since Federation, the leader was a female who is in all intent and purpose still a Communist, who joined ALP when the Communist Party disappeared in Australia. She has surrounded herself with the radicals of the Union Movements, who also were Far Left wingers, and started a war on Australians, to secure Wealth redistribution and destroy our economy. We are presently living under a dictatorship, for we have had major Tax reform without mandate, Australians have clearly voiced that they do not want a Carbon Tax, yet we are ignored, have made it clear we do not have confidence in this Government, and have been ignored, and have made it clear we do not believe in their Climate Change theory. and yet we are ignored. We voiced we did not want to spend $30-$60billion on a NBN monopoly but were ignored. If we speak against the Government they resort to name calling and claiming we are insignificant and do what the Coalition tells us, which of course is a lie, and whenever something goes wrong with their policies they blame Tony Abbott, because they cannot argue using facts, they have none.

And so it continues....For it is only when we are at our lowest would we be desperate enough to miss seeing our democracy and Constitution being dismantled allowing full control to Socialist Parties.

On 1 July, deferred council elections will be held in South Sydney and Randwick. Greens are contesting all wards in each of these council areas.

Because it is a deferred election, the major parties will be able to saturate the booths with workers from other areas. We have to do the same.

The Randwick-Botany Greens will be contesting five wards in the Randwick City Councils elections. Greens Councillor Murray Matson will be trying to hold his seat in East Ward against stiff competition. We have extremely strong candidates in each of the other four wards, some with very good chances of being elected.

Fair suck of the Sav

You have to love the name 'Fair Work Act', because it is so fair that it does not have to adhere to State laws, and doesn't need to cooperate with their laws. It refused to assist the NSW police and has refused to assist the Vic police who are investigating cases of Fraud.

Strangely both NWS and Vic police were investigating Labor MP Craig Thomson, a member of PM Gillard's Government. The FWA has been investigating this matter themselves for close to 3 years and claimed to just be doing the report, well we know even if they do submit a report they will give him a clear slate, as they are being deliberately obstructive in this process during the last 3 years even though they received $400,000 in September 2011 in order to speed up the investigation. This farce really should be enough to take a Government down, for they are deliberately being obstructive to the processes of the law to give protection to a MP that may lead to the Government facing an election.

THE formal investigation by Fair Work Australia into the Health Services Union has made adverse findings against key union officials including the president, Michael Williamson, the national secretary, Kathy Jackson, and the former national secretary Craig Thomson, now a federal MP.

The three were notified last month that the workplace regulator intended to make adverse findings against them.

They were given several weeks to respond formally to the allegations. After considering their responses, the regulator will release its final report.

And yet they are deliberately obstructing the law in conducting it's own investigation. If anyone needs more proof of a Socialist Government, one that has it's own Department; with more power than State Police is the perfect example.

We have Big Brother in force right now with FWA, Carbon Tax, National Curriculum set by Federal Government, subservience to the UN, subservience to the Chinese, 40% pay rises for themselves while we are told to expect the Carbon Tax to hurt us. Digital Revolution, Building a Education Revolution, the NBN revolution, Pink Batts Revolution, and so on.

Our State Governments are subservient to the Federal Government also, otherwise they would have spoiled Currs party with the Vacant Senate position, but instead they blew him a kiss and let him go into Federal Politics without even contesting an election. Yet this was the architect of the Desal plant built at Kurnell, next door to the Oil refinery there. Both backing onto the Botany Bay National Park and less than 1.5 kms from Captain Cook's Landing place.

The Code

The Fair Dismissal Code provides a simple explanation of when a dismissal will be deemed to be fair by Fair Work Australia. The Code applies to businesses that employ less than 15 employees.

Summary dismissal

It is fair for an employer to dismiss an employee without notice or warning when the employer believes on reasonable grounds that the employee’s conduct is sufficiently serious to justify immediate dismissal.

Serious misconduct includes theft, fraud, violence and serious breaches of occupational health and safety procedures. For a dismissal to be deemed fair it is sufficient, though not essential, that an allegation of theft, fraud or violence be reported to the police. Of course, the employer must have reasonable grounds for making the report.

They consider serious misconduct to be deemed fair if this has been reported to the police, and yet they do not intend to help the police with their inquiries themselves when it comes to be a MP.

FWA is a uber Department set up to be a law unto itself. This was not by accident, remember we have had a number of solicitors who worked on this wording, and it means the police can't truly investigate any one that this mob decides to protect.

I will never understand how gullible people are, and it is obvious when you see the polls people are reluctant to accept the truth that Australia is fast becoming a pseudo Communist China, Gillard is adopting the Party model there and what that means for almost all of us, is we can forget about working hard to earn more money, getting a position in the Party or living a carefree lifestyle as the Government has almost all elements in place to be able to put this Chinese model into play.

Look at how things are developing

· that only the smartest and best student are offered a place in the Party each year,
· these few are then on a fast track to wealth and position, this is driven by

· NBN are being assembled to ensure they can find the right people when the time comes,
· the Government Senior staff and Politicians are the Early Party members, accounting for the pay rises they have set in place and now we find
· Fair Work Australia, does not even need to take notice of the state police who are investigating a Case of Fraud. They appear to be above the law and able to provide protection for those in the Party that need it.

Third Tier of Socialism

I have been looking for the big picture of why the Constitutional Recognition of Local
Government has such importance they are trying to push it through while they have the numbers ?

I had a number of ideas, a third tier of Government for Labor ministers, a breeding ground for Socialism and then while I was mulling these over I spotted something from the UK that lit up the light globe.

Third Tier of Socialism

You have to accept my apology at this point, because I am not quite as smart or quick as many people, so as you are saying 'duh' remember I said sorry. In the UK there are 1500 labor members sitting on Councils. That shows a sign that Labor recognised this, well The Fabians did at least some time ago as a way to exert influence. In Australia The Greens and Labor are holding far too many positions on Councils already, and now they want to be made a legal Government entity. There is already chaos between Federal and State Government, if there was another tier, imagine the influence the Socialists would have on Government in Australia. I haven't looked t numbers for Councils, however, it is no small number. Therefore this is a basic and important reason that Local Councils are not recognised in our Constitution, we might as well just all raise red flags on our homes.

It was such a obvious reason I missed it, another level of Government the Socialists could exert influence on Australians until we were beaten by the financial chaos they would create in our everyday lives, it is then that Communism has taken over countries around the world, after wars, and after Financial disasters. China has already made contact with Greece to help them out of their quagmire, so you can be sure there are worried faces in Europe.

This is something we must keep a eye on otherwise they will start a sell that will make people think this is a good thing for Australian Democracy, you can bet they don't mention how many Greens and Labor people are councillors and Mayors on these Councils.

A part of this Committees final report even had to recognise the following in regard to submissions

The Expert Panel received 634 submissions from a broad range of stakeholders.
Of these, 316 (49.9%) were from private individuals, 275 were from councils (43.3%),
the remaining 43 (6.6%) were from advocacy groups, State governments, politicians, and subject matter experts.

The majority of submissions came from two distinct groups that each expressed a strong position: 271 (42.8%) submissions were from local councils that supported constitutional change,
and 268 (42.3%) were from private individuals who opposed local government recognition.

Overall, the submissions provide a strong insight into the issues that resonate with groups in the community that are motivated to participate voluntarily in the process. Similar issues and arguments may be part of any future referendum debate.

The Federal Government stated ‘Given the role that Local Government plays within the Australian Federation, the ACT supports the constitutional recognition of Local Government.’
The state Governments varied in their views but none were more than, we will need to see but they were not likely to support it.

Look at how powerfully Councils are fighting for this and how supportive the Socialist Government is to see this occur, even though the people do not want it, does it remind you of anything?

Variables of Climate change = Truth or Lies

We are being told rainfall has diminished, or we will have extreme wet conditions ?

What nothing in between ??? What none of these turkeys seem to understand in their dim little laboratories and Computer rooms is that Australia is a vast Continent with extreme variations in temperatures and geography. Australia has massive deserts, but they don't mention how far these deserts extend why? the answer is the key to their claims you see at least 1.3 million square miles or about 44% of the land area of Australia is desert, therefore they have a natural + for use in AGW because 40% is averaged with the final 60%. So you see to make Australia appear vulnerable is really quite simple as long as you distract people away from the realisation 40% of Australia is desert and of course lends itself to their predictions of higher temps, less rainfall, vegetation dying, etc.

This first graph is sa trend graph which is taken over a 12 month period and I note they started it after the Qld floods of December 2010, and January 2011 and as the 2012 flooding was in later January 2012 this is not fairly shown on here either. It must be noted that this graph or diagram is actually a product of the National Climate Centre, so it may actually explain the unusual period of time to gather this data for a 12 month period.

It seems as I look at the Annual rainfall graph since 1900, the Bureau of Meteorology it is showing, rather than a reduction in rainfall over the years, there has been a increase in the annual rainfall figures. Again this seems at odds with the Climate Change Alarmists woe is me predictions.

We have all seen this summer we haven't had more than around 8 days to enjoy, well at least in the Sydney area, but this is not unusual, I have seen wet and cool summers and I have seen incredibly hot summers over the years, and I will again, as it is all weather conditions that are running in normal cycles over a period of years. We can see through this the level of deceit that has been involved in these claims, and how they manipulate dates and or data to ensure they get a graph that supports their views.

This has just been a carrier for this socialist government to introduce a new tax, one she knew she couldn't get up under normal conditions, so she made sure this was done while we could do nothing to thwart her and Bob Brown in hurting all Australians to their selfish ends.

Power Costs Set to Soar

And yet again our electricity prices go up, and yet again the Government shoves its head up its collective............. Donkey.

The Power Companies are at present seeking approval to rise rates by $150.00 due to the Carbon Tax. When this is approved the roll on effect will make life intolerable in the cost of living expenses.

This Government wants prices to rise, as then people are forced to use less electricity, the same goes for tobacco, fuel and is being assisted by the new Carbon Tax. The Government believes the only way to stop us is to rob us blind so we can't afford the pleasures of life like electricity, transport, or for that matter heat, of course they claim we won't need heat for we are all going to fry. I would have to agree with them if it wasn't for a small matter of we have had record rainfulls, temperature way below the average and Europe has been snow bound.

I have to say, Global Warming predictions are completely a mess now, as the modelling didn't allow for rain and decreased temperatures.

They even set up their approximately 1 millionth website to provide us with pearls of wisdom like:

If we are cold they suggest we cuddle our pet ................................................. I did try that but my goldfish died and I still froze my walnuts off.

This is the Julia Brown Government at it's very best, and they are doing all of this by claiming CO2 is a pollutant and unless we reduce emissions we will all be doomed. Greenhouse Gases are Greenhouse gases are made up of 78.05% nitrogen, 20.95% oxygen, 00.93% argon, 00.039% carbon dioxide, 00.00123% neon 00.0005% helium, 00.000185% methane, 00.000114% krypton, 00.000055% hydrogen, 00.000006% xenon, 00.000005% ozone. and these occur naturally. The alarmists have fooled people into believing we have created these Greenhouse gases and what we have created with massive CO2 levels is going to kill us all. A truly great conspiracy theory, however that is all it is.

What is the most disappointing is that Independents are never to be trusted again after the Rob Windsor show, that allows this regime to do what they like regardless of what we want. Oakeshott, Windsor, Wilkie and Katter had a chance to stop this Socialist Government, However, only Katter cared enough about his electorates wishes to walk away, Wilkie jumped on Gillard when she promised she would get his Pokie reforms through Parliament... He has now realised this was yet another lie from Gillard, Oakeshott proved he is a man obsessed with his own importance and Windsor was always going to side Labor.

They can lie all they want the people have stopped believing them and now are forced to endure this Government until 2012/2013 when we can finally discard them and cast The Greens into political history. It will be a long time before people will learn to trust Labor again, and they would never trust The Greens no matter what now, for they have both shown their hands and they are painted 'red'.

All we can do right now is support the marches, support the rallies and make sure there is no way your preferences ever go to the Fabian Society, Socialist Parties, or Union cohorts ever again. We must Take Back Australia.

Have you noticed since this socialist government got it's Carbon Tax Legislation passed due largely to the Greens, we haven't heard them screaming about we are all doomed due to Global Warming ?

Well you won't, they have this big new tax in place, and it will hurt us all, just to give a few Greens a warm feeling inside. Forget the Compensation you might receive the first year, they won't be paying it in the second year, for this will be after the election, and they could use it if they are forced to to get more votes, but basically the first year Compo was to take the heat off the Government, after that we will all be paying top dollar not just for every service we use, but in Taxation as well. This Carbon Tax is designed to cripple Australia, for the moment all Australians are hurting enough is when the Communist agenda kicks in offering at first a way out of all this financial mess.

Already the Socialists have been driving wedges between those on different wages and with different professions. The Unions keep pushing the wages higher, which in turn increases everyone's wages. It will always be this way, but the Unions don't explain with the higher pay, comes more responsibility for Professionals.
Doctors get pretty good money, however a mistake in diagnosis may well end up in their being sued. Accountants have to interpret the Financial Standards and provide the right advice or they may also end up in court, and so it goes on.

Now I am hearing Teachers want this high pay, but on what basis? Our kids are not taught anything that a teacher would end up going to court for, they do not work particularly long hours, they get a day out of the class for doing admin stuff? the kids have a day off at the end of term, or at the beginning of term to allow teachers to prepare, teachers have school holiday off? this is definitely more than the 4 weeks the rest of us have. Teachers do not have to decide if a student should move on to the following year or whether they aren't ready. It seems the Teaching profession is the only one I know of that expects higher pay with less responsibility. I respect teachers, I just do not respect their union and it's demands.

All of these are being driven by the Socialist movement that are trying to drive a wedge into working Australia, by increasing pays for all except those that have earned their increased pays already, these people are being downgraded by a tax system that makes them pay out for additionals' like Private Health, while still having to subsidise those on Public Health.

This Government even gave themselves a 40% pay rise while the rest of the Public Sector received a 3% pay rise, making it the highest paid Government in the World. And they have done this on the back of a reputation for deceit, recklessness, failed policies and budget blow outs on all its policies.

Right now, I am not a proud Australian, I am ashamed of the Government in power and what they are doing to this country, I am ashamed of the emphasis they have put on Education, they want our kids to be like the Asian kids these young Chinese people spend hours upon relentless hours prepping for their college entrance exams. They are often not allowed to date and while of course they do have teenage puppy love, open displays of affection can be grounds for serious punishment or even expulsion in some Chinese high schools.

There are no school sports teams, for this gets in the way of studying, I believe this is a failing, it is taking away from our Aussie kids, the Team spirit, the competitiveness, and of course the stress reliever student need in school, but then I am not a Socialist, I believe in the great Aussie lifestyle, and will fight anyone that would denigrate it.

Students dumbed down by Socialism

The recommendation, throw another $5 billion at the schools and hope they go away, however the Fat Cat that made this recommendation was basing his figures on 2009 estimates, meaning the cost in real terms would be significantly higher today. This opens the question why is it based on these figures, and the answer is obvious, this is a rehash of someone else’s report.

It comes on the back of warnings that Australian students are falling behind their counterparts in Asia, and there is “significant gap” growing between high- and low-performing students. But to be honest, who cares, this is the Government demanding we must be at least as smart in certain fields as our Asian colleagues, in fact they claim e are 2 years behind the Asian students, however, why is this?

I looked in on the the difference in lifestyle for Chinese teens, as we are told lot of these teens are claimed to be so smart. Chinese culture does not indulge in the idea that kids will be kids. or that teenagers are likely to get get in trouble as a part of their growing up. You won’t hear tales from the Chinese teens about the party they went to or how drunk they got, or the joints they smoked. Ok this is a good thing, I must admit. There is no high school sports teams and no cheerleaders, no yearbook, and no senior prom. Instead, young Chinese people spend hours upon relentless hours prepping for their college entrance exams. They are often not allowed to date and while of course teenage puppy love exists, open displays of affection can be grounds for serious punishment or even expulsion in some Chinese high schools. Our wild and crazy youth are a huge part of who we are and how we live our Aussie lifestyle, so much so that the topic has spawned movies, songs, and T.V. shows, and has shaped how we ourselves view the boundaries between childhood and adulthood. In China, teenagers are still very much children and are expected to do as they are told, get good grades and not disappoint their families.

Our kids enjoy life and have fun growing up. I believe in turn it helps them to understand their place in Australia, and what role they can play. Already our kids have too much homework, my daughter is a reasonable basketball player, she is in a Saturday Comp, and also representing the school incorporating a training session during the week, and she is receiving Tennis lessons one afternoon a week. How do you expect these kids to play these sports and find time for training, as well as hopefully spend time with mates. One of the big things with Aussies is our love of sports and outdoor activities, Socialist Governments aren’t interestred in happy healthy lifestyles, they just want to keep up with the ‘Chen’s’ next door.

Ensuring quality of life for our kids no longer happens, there is at least an hour of homework every night, a weekly assignment and then trying to review what they have learned for assessments. And this is driven by our Socialist Government trying to stop our kids from having the ability to think for themselves.

This is not my vision of Australia for me, my family or the future of this great Nation, this is in Aussie vernacular a ‘shame job’ that kids learn not to have fun and sports is downgraded. It is in sports and downtime where the camaraderie and the long term friendships are forged, and is when they learn to dream about what they want to do in the future, and yet the best part is does not leave our kids so stressed, so depressed that they can see no choice than to commit suicide, because they have no outlet for their frustrations etc.

Having high achiever classes allow for those children who want to move ahead at a faster pace, or are naturals in certain subjects, but the aptly named Goneski report for Julia, is saying the kids must have more work thrown at them, they are already having NAPLAN tests, and the results have been linked to schools funding etc. Of course now they are discovering some schools are cheating to ensure they receive an adequate rating. And, I do not blame them, I have never heard such garbage in my life. So they decided teachers with high performing students will receive higher pay. All they have done is either made teachers kick out poor performing students, or teachers lucky enough to have students of a higher standard than the average get paid for their good luck.

Parents that manage to afford to send their kids to Private schools already do so. And this helps to take some pressure off the Public system, however, rather than acknowledging this, our Government wants to give less money to Private school students, because they have ‘rich’parents. I know a few of these ‘rich parents and they are working 2 – 3 jobs in order to afford this already. But yet again this is the way a Socialist Government treats us. Private and non Government schools take pressure off of Government schools already and parents who can afford to do it will use them, it doesn’t take a genius to see this, nor does take a genius to realise a lot of parents work very hard just to send their kids to these schools. The Socialist Governments can’t exert control over these schools and thus despise them, and would spend a fortune of our money, to make sure they get as many students as possible into the Public system.

We and our kids deserve a Government that does not consider our students dumb, but instead stand up and decide family and lifestyle is just as important as Education. I say let’s get rid of this Socialist Government, put pressure on the Coalition and get some reality into the Education system for our students, and allow them to get time for other pursuits and not just education.

Amnesty International are investigating conditions at detention centres, so they are in Curtin Detention Centre, and then the 12-day tour will take in detention facilities in the Perth, Christmas Island, Wickham and Darwin.

It would seem the Government or the Greens is now bringing AI into the picture to try and force the closure of these centres by declaring them unfit, most likely on mental anguish grounds and the detainees should be set free into society. You know like they did with the Cane Toad, and we know how well that is turning out they have now claimed title over the top end of NT and Qld as well as migrating into NSW.

I have no issue in someone coming in to make sure those in detention have been given their basic human rights, apart from that ‘sod off’, We get far too many overseas organisations butting in to Australian affairs, and a strong Government needs to stand up and say enough, go away, we will organise when a group of interested parties can come through, and as a matter of transparency allow a group tour, not each coming through on their own.

I hate to tell these organisations the truth, but, the Asylum Seekers do lie, they lie about who they are, who they are related to, where they come from, what their circumstances are, their marital status, who they know here, whether they plan to work, the list goes on. But suddenly we are expected to trust them and let them go free into society.

”The Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU) is waging a campaign for job security. The number of workers employed as casuals, in fixed or short-term contracts, labour hire, and contracting has almost doubled in the last two decades. Around 40 percent of the workforce now face all the difficulties of low or uncertain income, lack of access to bank loans and other social and economic problems associate with job insecurity.

The building and construction division of the CFMEU, despite over $6 million in fines over the past two years, has not given up its fight to unionise construction sites and defend the safety, jobs, wages and conditions of its members. The Maritime Union of Australia has not backed off on the waterfront. The public sector unions have taken the fight to defend jobs and services to the streets.

Individual trade unions are to varying degrees of success recruiting new members and fighting their battles as they arise. These struggles tend to be isolated, putting out small fires, and sometimes making some small gains where possible.

These and other struggles are indicative of a growing preparedness to fight back, but the trade union movement as a whole is still far from strong enough to meet the challenges ahead and cannot do so on its own.

One of the key challenges in 2012 is the building and strengthening of the labour movement, not just in numbers and organisation but also ideologically so that it can take on the broader economic, social, ideological and political struggles as well as provide solidarity in the smaller more localised battles.

There is also an urgent need to take up a broad and united struggle for jobs, for public services, for an expansionary budget that serves the people, to halt corporate tax cuts, to improve social security, increase the age pension.

It cannot be left to the nurses to fight for public hospitals, for teachers to defend public education, manufacturing unions for manufacturing sector jobs, building unions for trade union rights, pensioners for a pension increase, the unemployed for their rights, etc. As the trade union saying goes: “An injury to one is an injury to all.”

The Your Rights @ Work campaign that brought together trade unions, left and progressive forces and members of the community provides an excellent model for building a broad united front in defence of workers’ rights, living standards, the public sector, small farmers and businesses. It saw the back of the Howard government, and such a movement could be used to build a pro-people, political alternative.

The present two-party system, in which government is alternately shared between the Liberal-National Party Coalition and the Australian Labor Party, is not serving the people.

The Communist Party of Australia (CPA) has set as one of its priorities for 2012 the important task of building the Party. The CPA believes there is a way to overcome Australia’s economic and social problems. To do this it is necessary to change the direction of politics in Australia and, eventually, to replace the capitalist system with a socialist one.

The Communist Party is a party of activists who work in trade unions, peace and environmental groups, solidarity organisations and a variety of other community movements as well as running campaigns in the name of the Communist Party.

Judicial sentencing has been accused of many things over the years, the one thing they have not been called though is just. They come up with a multitude of excuses for light sentencing, however it seems to fall back to overcrowding in prisons.

They tend to say there is nothing they can do about it and so prisoners are given ridiculously inadequate sentencing, and release on Bail early based on the lack of space in prisons.

I say this is an easy problem to resolve, build more prisons and issue adequate prison sentences. The argument comes back with the cost of keeping a prisoner incarcerated, which is approx $70,000 apparently. however, I would challenge this and would be more inclined to half that figure. The cost is regarded too high to keep criminals in prison. I think the cost of releasing these prisoners so quickly is far more costly. Rehabilitation occurs in prison or it won't occur, and too many criminals are released and reoffend as the sentencing is inadequate.

Canada introduced the life sentence for serious offences and heavy sentencing on all crimes and have experienced a real decline in crime in the last five years or so.

Criminals are not going to worry if they beat up someone and get out in 18 months, or are sentenced for 20 years for rape, but paroled in 5 years, nor do they care if they get a life sentence they will be out within 15 years, and the same goes for murder.

The cost of prisons must be measured by more than money, they are a true deterrent to criminal activity when a a life sentence means for the rest of their life. If stealing a car brings with it a 20 year sentence would it be worth the joy ride? I strongly doubt it. And if indiscriminate shooting at rival gangs mean a life sentence, would you see them as willing to do so?

Of course new prisons mean someone needs to build them and then they would need to employ new staff to fill all the positions which give it another edge, and if we used Solar technology we could reduce some of the ongoing expenses, while trialling the technology for other uses, and other Government buildings.

So the cost is not the real issue, the crime rate and the thumbing of the collective noses at our inadequate sentencing is the real issue, and this is an are we must learn to address rather than letting people off with lighter sentences and inadequate sentences for their crimes. This will still allow judges the flexibility to allow for mitigation or first timers with little chance of re-offending.

Under the Communist/Socialist Government that is ruining our society we will find this won't change, for anarchy is a staple for this regime. And so when crime rate is not being curbed it allows them the opportunity to increase their personal security force, which we can only wonder at the reason, apart from the recent observation of the US President's security entourage.

Let’s Take Back Australia and throw this Government to oblivion at the next election. We need a Government that can recognise REAL problems and find the obvious solutions to curb Australia’s growing serious crime rate.

Communists involvement in Aboriginal activism

Symbols and words can be powerful and useful; they can unite and heal. But nobody is impressed by lip service or tokenism. In the lead-up to Invasion Day (or Survival Day as it also known) and which is officially celebrated as Australia Day, such judgements are being made about a government-sponsored report on proposed changes to the constitution.

Recognising Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples in the Constitution is the work of a panel headed by Aboriginal leader Professor Pat Dodson and senior lawyer Mark Leibler AC. It is said to be the result of discussions with “… more than 4,600 people, in more than 250 meetings in 84 locations across the country and received more than 3,500 submissions.”

The recommendations include “Recognising that the continent and its islands now known as Australia were first occupied by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples; Acknowledging the continuing relationship of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples with their traditional lands and waters; Respecting the continuing cultures, languages and heritage of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples; Acknowledging the need to secure the advancement of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.”

Commentators have noted that solid majorities in polls taken on these issues have been reflected in the recommendations. It does not take a genius to read the connection between the Communist Party and Aborigine activists. They are screaming this out as the Communists are spreading in Australia under Gillards reign, and have spread into Indonesia, Thailand, New Zealand, and Malaysia. Why is this happening. is it because people in Australia, couldn’t believe it was true. Or is it because they are now diluting the word Communism, by calling it Socialism.
Well I am not about to turn around and remind anyone we warned you, instead I am going to try and make sure people wake up and desert from the Communist run parties at the next election.

From the 1920s, the Communist Party of Australia (CPA) was influenced by the Comintern's (Third Communist International) view of racial minorities and what their attitude to such people should be.
Tom Wright's New Deal for Aborigines, is claimed to have been published in 1939, and argued that the labour movement needed to recognise and address the neglect of Aboriginal Australians by governments. The Party provided vital support for the 1946 Pilbara strike. Key contributions in the struggle for Aboriginal rights were made by Shirley Andrews, Barry Christophers, Len Fox, Pauline Pickford, Gladys O'Shane, Kath Walker, Faith Bandler and others who were, or had been, members of the Communist Party of Australia. There is plenty of evidence to show that those CPA members who were deeply involved in assisting Aboriginal people in their campaigns for justice were driven by ideology and not by a strong sense of moral responsibility The Federal Council for the Advancement of Aborigines and Torres Strait Islanders was, through much of the 1960s, a site of Cold War tensions between the Left on the one hand, and political conservatives who believed that Communists were dishonourable in intent.

Confrontation
As tension mounted between Tent Embassy protesters and the government, Abschol organised a national moratorium for 'Black Rights' for 14 July, National Aborigines Day 1972. Work stoppages and marches took place in capital cities. Trade unions placed a large advertisement in The Australian, in which they reminded readers of the 1971 Australian Council of Trade Unions (ACTU) decision asking for the restoration of 'tribal land rights' and for the recognition of 'Aboriginal people as distinct, viable national minorities entitled to special facilities for continued self development'.
People were outraged at the government's inept and disdainful handling of the affair. Hundreds wrote to Prime Minister McMahon telling him of their voting intentions in the coming election.
President of the Australian Council of Churches, Bishop Garnsey sent a telegram protesting the removal of the Aboriginal Tent Embassy and supporting Aboriginal land rights legislation.
Amalgamated Metal Workers' Union protesting forced removal of the tents with a telegram which drew a parallel between the attitudes of the South African and Australian governments towards the treatment of indigenous peoples.

The Truth about Indigenous Australians
The study of Australian pre-history is not really about science. It is about politics and funding. As we have now discovered many scientists are not motivated by the love of discovery and theoretical debate, they are motivated by an argument that they can use in an application for a grant. For example, Dr Colin Groves is an anthropologist from the Australian National University who is frequently consulted by the media for his expert opinion. . Groves argued against the possibility of multiple migrations because he felt it would have reduced pressure on ex-Prime Minister John Howard to apologize to the Stolen Generations (mixed race children removed from Aboriginal communities by state governments from around 1900 to the 1970s.) In the words of Groves:
"But at the same time as one "pure-race" hypothesis was hitting the dust, another was rising. Ancient Australian skeletons were being discovered in Victoria and southern New South Wales, and they seemed to show great diversity. None of them were Negritos, Murrayians or Carpentarians, but those from Keilor and Lake Mungo were like modern Aboriginal people, whereas some (not all) of those from Kow Swamp had very flat, sloping foreheads, and some people even likened them to so-called "Java Man", Homo erectus, that had preceded modern humans (Homo sapiens) in the region to the Northwest of Australasia at least as late as 300,000 years ago. Unfortunately, although Alan Thorne, the describer of the Kow Swamp skeletons, never actually said that they were Homo erectus, the idea that an extremely primitive people preceded the present Aboriginal people in Australia, and was eliminated by them, seems to have seeped into some folks' consciousness just like the Negritos did. Negritos or Homo erectus - either way, the Aborigines were not the first possessors of Australia so the land doesn't really belong to them and the whites needn't feel too bad about dispossessing them. Really good fodder, this, for the One Nation Party, and the Prime Minister needn't feel he has to say "sorry". There are many reasons why Groves could have infused morality into his manner of interpreting skulls. The most likely reason is that people who make decisions on funding are governed by morality. Likewise, the media tries to anchor its stories in some kind of morality in order to increase the readers’ social connection to the story. So much so, when a scientist says something that really is quite stupid, instead of questioning it, the media simply assimilates it into their stories. The consequence is a loss of scientific rationality. Science becomes more like theology.
This statement made by Groves was interesting and supports the Mungo Man evidence. - "either way, the Aborigines were not the first possessors of Australia so the land doesn't really belong to them and the whites needn't feel too bad about dispossessing them"
When this is added to the "Mungo Man" evidence of his appearance 50,000 odd years before the current aborigine, and that the DNA from him is now extinct, we have enough to support the case that today's aboriginal population are not the first possessors of this land and cannot be Indigenous to Australia.
This is no racist attack and I believe we have an obligation to provide funding for all disadvantaged Australians, it is just the Australian Aborigine is not Indigenous to Australia and cannot lay claim to being the original possessor of the land. Therefore Land rights do not exist to them and have been incorrectly paid. This same claim is not held for the Torres Strait Islanders, for their lineage is different.
The Rationale
This was merely one of the ways the Communists used to divide Australia, and they had been successful, in fact they still are successful as between Aboriginal land rights, the Carbon Tax and the monopoly of a NBN they have the mechanism to keep dividing this nation, and they are continuing to turn the screws through deceit and subterfuge even though the average Australian, would vote them out of Parliament given the chance today.
I have supplied links to all these claims, and believe them to be the truth. The very truth ALP and the Greens would never bring up, the very truth that the Coalition have failed to disclose and the very truth that will put the money hungry scientists in the Community to shame.
The Way Forward
We can and must fight back against this Communist led attack on our country and our constitution. We Must demand the truth from our Governments and not waiver in our determination to get the truth, and we must Take Back Australia by voting against any Communist or Socialist Parties, trying to ruin this great country..

We are Australian

Up until the 1950’s, it was widely believed that Australia wasn’t inhabited by the Aboriginals until 10,000 years ago. The breakthrough use of Carbon 14 dating extended the date to around 40,000 years ago., more complex dating procedures have extended this to 60,000-70,000 years ago.

This extension to 40,000 and then 60,000+ years has occurred since the discovery of Mungo Man. He was largely given the tag of the first Indigenous Australian aborigine and in essence this is true, as he predates the Australian aborigine by some 50,000 years and his DNA is now non existent.

Mungo Man is dated up to 60,000+ years ago and has a genetic tag that is now extinct, prior to his discovery the current Australian Aborigine is only dated back to 10,000 years, it is really logical to conclude that Indigenous Mungo Man is not related to the current Australian Aborigine and therefore they can no longer claim to be Indigenous to Australia.

The word Indigenous means being the "original inhabitants" of a territory

ANU evolutionary geneticist Simon Easteal set about analysing the DNA from Mungo Man and comparing it with sequences of the same gene from the other early Australians, not to mention 45 living Aboriginal people, 3,453 people from around the world, two European Neanderthals, and finally chimps and bonobos, or pygmy chimps.

Easteal produced a likely "evolutionary tree" for the gene, which is only passed on by women. It went like this: first to branch off were the chimps and bonobos; next the Neanderthals, then Mungo Man's clan, and after that, the common ancestor of all people alive today.

In other words, Mungo Man's gene is extinct. According to the out-of-Africa model he should have had a gene like everybody else. But there he was, a physically modern man living in Australia 60,000 years ago with a defunct gene that probably appeared well before the most recent common ancestor of all of us.

Now I will make myself unpopular and will possibly be called a racist for these comments , however, since this discovery no-one has wanted to address this issue. Would this not make the years of fighting no longer necessary, and show the Tent Embassy to be about as acceptable as the current Australian Government's policies.

Let's close off the claim to Indigenous Australians, and just move on as Australian's on equal footing, sharing the same rights, the same laws and the same flag, for they did no more than colonise in Australia in a similar way to we did years later, and if they had superior weaponry, who is to say what would have happened in Australia's history.

That is all history though regardless of what happened it is in the past, and now we need to join as Australians in one voice and declare ;

Christianity teaches us that man was God’s favourite creation and to make us different from other animals he gave us free will and the ability to reason thing out. God never expected we would be perfect, I am sure he hoped it, but we need to make mistakes in order to grow intellectually.

The rest he left up to us apart from sending 10 Rules to live by. For he trusted that man, might be apt to make mistakes, however, he hoped we would learn from those, and become better people as a result.

Why is it then the Government cannot do the same?

We are told what age we can drive,
we are told what age we can drink
we are told what age we can….marry,
we are told what age we must go to school by,
we are told what age we can leave school,
we are told when we can start work
we are told when we can retire
we are told we can’t smoke
we are told we can’t get fat
we are told we cannot drink in public
we are told we can’t smoke in public,
we are told we are told we cannot have an open fire,
we are told we cannot have a certain type of pet
we are told we must become citizens of Australia
we are told we must have the ‘NBN’
We are told what speed to drive,
we are told where we can park,
we are told we can’t cut down trees on our property
we are told we cannot discipline our children
we are told we must take responsibility for their lack of discipline
we are told we must buy greener cars
we must pay more for greener cars
we must pay more for alternative fuel
we are told we must cut back on electricity use,
we are told we must save water
we are told we must pay more for our water
we are told we must pay more for our electricity
we are told what interest rate the Reserve Bank sets
we are told we must put up with banks not passing on these rates.

we are told a teacher that has a more scholastic class will be paid more as a better teacher, regardless of whether they did anything different.

We are told Primary schools will not test students to see if they are ready to progress. In fact High school doesn’t assess this either until year 10 which means students have had 9 years of not knowing about failing at school and suddenly they need to pass to move on. This has enormous potential of emotional and psychological harm for students who don’t pass this year. Again some kids may thrive on this, but in my day we never had a child suicide rate that is so extratensively attached to years 11 and 12

I do not claim everything above is bad, we need laws, but the laws must be administered by the police. The only involvement by Government should be to investigate complaints against the Police Force, and introducing laws that have the the backing of the community. I have just highlighted a collection of musts to show how ridiculously society has been controlled by Governments. This needs to be addressed with far more community involvement in what is needed and what is not. We do need to stand on our own 2 feet, but governments keep trying to kneecap us.

We are told what we can’t do all the time, so much so that we are having our ability for free thought stifled, and this Government does not allow you to stand against them, they threaten the media, and the media backs down, they ridicule those who rally against them and the media won’t cover the rallies. They blame everything on the Coalition and yet the Coalition cannot block any Legislation or policy, as the Government has control of both houses.

This Government is controlled by Socialists, and being run by a megalomaniac who thinks she is immune from public criticism and she can introduce new taxes even if they are against public opinion. Our student are having a Socialist agenda forced upon them,. They receive homework at a level I cannot believe, with the claim we need to be a smarter nation. Nothing wrong there….for those that are academically minded but for the rest, let them enjoy their youth rather than tie them to the desk. It does not allow for students doing sporting activities or having down time after school.

A teacher whose class is doing well will receive better pay than a teacher that is dealing with children that are struggling. According to the Government one is a better teacher than the other ?

The Government had politicians receive a 30+ % pay rise, while Public Sector received 3% and private sector given a 4.2% increase. The saddest part was the coalition who should have stood against this atrocity grabbed the money and ran with it.

We had a 18 week paid Parental leave given to us, however, it was not needed, people were planning pregnancies better and planning for time off, using LSL etc.

Of course if you earn over $150,000 pa you are not entitled to assistance and in fact you aren’t entitled to a baby bonus, the Family rebate, relief from the Carbon Tax, you will pay. After doing the Math a person on $80,000 pa when you take into account the Paid parental leave, baby bonus , Family Allowance, is better off than the person on $150,000 during the same 18 weeks parental leave. Is this the way Australia is now, that there is no longer a fair go for Aussies, that if you work your a** off and put off having children until you can afford it, you end up worse off than the person who is fairly young and new to the work force and only earning $80,000 per year. That is not MY memory or vision of what is fair in Australia.

The Aussie Flag is always a symbol of pride

I proudly display the Australian flag, have it on my car for Australia day, & have a traditional Aussie attitude towards others of all races, live and let live, as long as they show Australia the respect it deserves also. However, unlike these academics that decide putting your Aussie flag on the car is showing disrespect, I served in the Australian Defence Forces, and was prepared to do what my country needed of me. So, if this twit wants to say I disrespect the Aussie flag, I suggest he shows some Aussie spirit and join in the fun and activities that is displayed on Australia Day and typifies what Aussies are about, we are irreverent, casual, happy go lucky, hard working, have a strong sense of fair play, and have a great sense of humour. But above anything else we are and always will be Proud to be Australians.
