Take That win Best Live Act

A few hours ago, the Virgin Media Music Award winners were announced, with Take That picking up the Best Live Act accolade.

The band were recognised for their record-breaking tour, Progress Live, which took place last year in venues up and down the country.

Robbie also went home with an award last night, for Hottest Male! You can check out the full list of winners here.

Gary wins Outstanding Contribution Award

Last night, the stars got together at London's O2 Arena for the 2012 National Television Awards.

Gary Barlow was recognised on the night, taking home the Outstanding Contribution gong.

Presented with the award by Chris Moyles, Gary was honoured for all of his fantastic music and charity work over the last year.

Children In Need Rocks Manchester

A few weeks ago, Gary announced details on Children In Need Rocks - a special one-off event he has organised to raise money for the Children In Need charity.

Tomorrow night (Thursday 17th November) will see the show come to life at the Manchester MEN Arena, with performances from Michael Buble, Coldplay, JLS, Elbow, Hugh Laurie, James Morrison, N Dubz, Snow Patrol, Ed Sheeran and Lady Gaga!

Hosted by Fearne Cotton, Chris Moyles and David Tennant, you'll be able to watch the show, kicking off at 8pm, on BBC1, BBC HD and BBC Radio 1.

Gary will also be releasing a version of Massive Attack's 'Teardrop' for this year's Children In Need, taking place on 13th November, featuring contributions from Wretch 32, Labrinth and Tulisa Contostavlos - forming under the band name, 'The Collective' for the one-off track!
