Junta se depois as lascas de bacalhau e a colher de mostarda e deixa-se apurar bem.&lt;br /&gt;Apara-se a codea as fatias de pão e demolham-se ligeiramente em leite.&lt;br /&gt;Depois para a montagem, unta se um pirex com margarina e no fundo poe-se uma camada de fatias de pao, depois, sobre estas, uma camada com a cebolada e o bacalhau e por fim o molho bechabel. Quando a cebola estiver  transparente, acrescenta-se o bacalhau e reduz-se para o minimo, deixa se refogar mais 5 min. Segundo a receita original devia se usar o Vinho Marsala,  como nao encontrei , utilizei vinho Madeira seco.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3 ovos grandes ou 4 ovos normais&lt;br /&gt;300g de queijo mascarpone&lt;br /&gt;150 g de açucar&lt;br /&gt;1 pacote de natas&lt;br /&gt;1 calice de vinho madeira&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de café de essencia de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;Café forte q.b.&lt;br /&gt;Palitos champanhe q.b.&lt;br /&gt;cacau em pó q.b.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação&lt;br /&gt;Dividir o açucar em 3 porçoes iguais.&lt;br /&gt;Bater as gemas com uma porção de açucar até ficar um creme esbranquiçado, adicionar de seguida o queijo mascarpone e envolver bem. Aqui fica a minha pequena  homenagem mas acreditem cheia de significado.&lt;br /&gt;Foi uma HONRA e um PREVILÉGIO... até sempre!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lombos de bacalhau demolhados e sem espinhas&lt;br /&gt;Tomate previamente pelado&lt;br /&gt;Cebola as rodelas&lt;br /&gt;Alho picado&lt;br /&gt;farinha&lt;br /&gt;ovo batido&lt;br /&gt;oleo para fritar q.b.&lt;br /&gt;Batata frita as rodelas&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para a marinada:&lt;br /&gt;Leite&lt;br /&gt;Alho&lt;br /&gt;louro&lt;br /&gt;vinho do porto&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparação&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Faz-se um refogado com a cebola, alho e o tomate pelado, a seguir junta-se a marinada que utilizamos no bacalhau e deixa-se cozinhar lentamente.&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto passa-se os lombos de bacalhau por ovo e farinha e fritam-se em oleo.&lt;br /&gt;Por fim colocam-se os lombos de bacalhau no fundo duma travessa de ir ao forno (de preferencia de barro), as batatas fritas por cima  e rega-se tudo com a cebolada que se fez . De seguida poe-se o peito de frango ja temperado com sal.
