Cloud Music Sniper is one of the popular music apps that are now available in the Android market for download. One of the major uses of Cloud Music Sniper is that it gives the users ability to gain access to their Google Music Collection that has been designed for playback in the music app. This is done by ‘Sniping’ the Google Music’s cached library.

Some of the major advantages of using Cloud Music Sniper are as follows:

The favorite tracks that have been stored offline by means of using Google Music can be played in PowerAMP as well as CyanogenMod’s music player and even in stock music player etc

Users will be able to see that all the id3 info is kept completely intact with album artwork that is used for booting

The Cloud Music Sniper is available for download from the Android Market at a reasonable price tag of $2.

Canonical has surprised the industry experts by releasing a feature that could transform the Android smartphones to a dockable desktop computer. The company seems to have succeeded in including both the android as well as Ubuntu on to the same hardware. The feature has paved the way for the devices to work as two different machines in different modes.

The smartphone acts as an android handset in the normal mode

The smartphone once docked will act as an Ubuntu interface

Users will also be able to see the smartphone screen getting displayed on the Monitor

The technology being used seems to be the new Unity interface that was built by Ubuntu for Android. Ubuntu is considered to be one of the most popular Linux derivatives that have made considerable entry in to the desktop market. It is an open source operating system. The official distributions of Ubuntu are taken care by the Canonical Corporation.

Samsung has come up with a rugged smartphone at a time when the rugged smartphone category is finding increasing users across the world. The smartphone is expected to be named as Samsung Ruby. One of the interesting fact is that the device was about to be launched on AT & T a few days ago, but it didn’t made it to the list as of now as was expected. Some screen shots of the rugged smartphone was leaked recently.

Some of the expected features of Samsung Ruby include:

512 MB RAM capacity

1650 mAh battery capable of delivering a good battery life

3G

As of now, there is no information regarding any other detailed features as well as specifications. Even there is no information regarding the date when AT&T will decide in announcing the unusual offering of the rugged smartphone from Samsung. All that we can do is to just wait for the release date.

Sony is all set for a show down in the year 2012 with Android by means of releasing a promotional video. One of the major attractions of the promotional video is its User Interface that comes with some latest generation technologies. The user interface features the presence of new beautiful widgets and it even calls the user interface as “UXP NXT”.

The other key feature that has been featured in the promo video includes:

All new Home Screen

Lock Screen

FM Radio

Music Player

Gallery

Widgets

Awesome 3D-type SPB Shell

With Sony all set to rock the international market in the field of smartphones, we can expect some great devices to be launched in to the international market. The buying out of half of the Ericsson group has definitely given Sony an edge compared to others in the mobile phone market. It seems that the company is well on their way to success with its stronger user interface as well as impressive widget effects.

Verizon recently announced updates on its NFL Mobile app. One of the major updates being the update of the official NFL Blog News. Another major addition to the official NFL Blog news is the presence of Scouting Combine News. With the implementation of the Scouting News Combine, users can from now on play Madden for keeping their football needs fulfilled.

Key Features:

Implementation of official NFL Blog News

Scouting Combine News

For all the users who wish to stay up-to-date with the latest Scouting Combine News, it is for sure that NFL Mobile App will serve their needs better.
