The $650 rate is per couple (and accompanying children of that couple). Subject to availability.
Additional nights are $250 per night; maximum of two additional nights per stay. Guests are
responsible for all purchases at Talking Rock that are not included in this offer. A credit card
deposit is required at time of reservation. Cancellation is required 10 days in advance for a full
refund. The Talking Rock Discovery Visit program is for those interested in purchasing Talking Rock
property. A real estate and community tour will be scheduled prior to issuing guest privileges at
Talking Rock. Participants in this program are invited guests of the Talking Rock Club, and may not
bring additional guests.
