Not-So-Chinese Chicken Salad

One of my many passions is cooking. I'm a bit of a health nut, so I'm always looking for tasty figure-friendly foods. Though I must admit, I do have a bit of a sweet tooth. Anyways, I was in the grocery store the other day and I came across Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw. On the back of the package there was a Hungry Girl recipe for Scoopable Chinese Chicken Salad (Serves 4). I thought I'd try it, so I made it for lunch that day. I altered the recipe a bit since I couldn't find some of the ingredients. So, in the end it wasn't so Chinese after all, but it was still quite delicious!
