Hi everyone,

How are things in your world ? The weather here is still very high humidity -so I am sweltering but " it could be worse" . Right now it is pouring rain and I do mean pouring. It is so relaxing it may just put me to zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. I love storms or even just downpours of rain like this.

I have something to share with you today. Mary P. has created a signature tag using my " Happy Birthday" Scrap kit. along with the beautiful artwork from © Suzanne Woolcott - ( visit Suzanne's store by going to http://www.gorjussart.com/store/index.php )

How are you all doing? Everyone handling the humidity , mugginess, and heat okay ? Me ? Ha ! I'm doing my best . I fight turning the air on....... it's an expense I just do not like to pay so I fight until I just can't move and then someone turns it on in the office for me and shuts me in here. Nice but I still despise that utility bill. Please keep cool and I shall return soon with more freebies . I just have been super busy so wanted to stop in and let you all know I did not fall off the face of the earth.

Thanks for your understanding and patience with me on my being late with my own charity kit. Things have been whacky with this syndrome the past few days/week ..... but I plugged away at it and got it done and I do hope that someone likes it . Most of you have probably never heard of this before, and you should probably be thankful for that because that means that you most likely do not know anyone suffering from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). I have a friend who lives with EDS, and I can tell you that some days are very hard for her, and for everyone who loves her. She has severe pains most of the time, and it is so hard for us knowing there isnt anything that we can do to help her ease the pain except letting her know that we love her. Please take a moment to go to the Ehlers-Danlos National Foundation website to learn more about the disease and how you can help.

I am so sorry but mine is not ready. I am working on it when possible. I have been having some ehlers bad bad days so just haven't been able to accomplish it yet. But I WILL persist.

Popping in with another update. Henriette's Aunt, Inger ( Soto Creations ) has made a new fan club site for all the Fireflies Fans to visit and get to know one another etc. Come check it out. Here is the url to the website

The forum is for fans to get to know one another also so be sure to come and introduce yourself..... there are some intro's already input so if you are like me ( forum challenged lol ) you can read previous input and get an idea of how to do it so that it doesn't make you uncomfortable. Hi ! It's been awhile since I've input so I decided to input. LOL ..... I've been pretty busy when not too sick to be near the computer working on stores and such ... I have to tell you though.... sick or not ..... I would never miss one of the X Factor shows that have the FIREFLIES in action. IF you haven't heard these girls yet ... please do make time to do so. They are Fantabulous together !

You may recognize one of the Fireflies ? Go way down to the bottom of my blog ... yep way down there - I didn't want her being in the part of the blog that changes so go on down there lol and you will see a you tube video type box with " Henriette" and her youtube video/songs that she has done..... Yes, she is one of the FireFlies... Recognize her ?

You can go to youtube and type in FireFlies and see / listen to the songs they have sang together. They are just FANTABULOUS... The url above is the official home page of the FireFlies... Keep your eye on them - they are moving forward .. though they did not make it to the finals on X Factor - they are going to " Move Forward" and me ? I'm going to keep my eye out for their CD and grab it as soon as it is available.!!!! Haha ;-)

Ehlers Danlos Awareness Stationery for Incredimail by Stephanie

A great friend of mine named Stephanie creates many beautiful Incredimail letters ( stationery ) . She created this beautiful Ehlers Danlos Awareness stationery for me ( one with my name on it ) and another for others without a name on it. I cant say " thank you" enough to her for creating such a beautiful gift . Using this stationery will help get people acquainted with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Those of us who have been diagnosed with this illness work to get word out there so that the syndrome is not considered " rare". We want it to be something doctors give thought to every day .. Its not really all that "rare" , there are so many with the syndrome that go undiagnosed until someone in the family has something happen or a loved one passes over ... before it is even an indication to most doctors that the patient had Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.

The more of us that become aware of it, the better. The more that see this stationery and the awareness for it, the more educated people become of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. The letter is not only beautiful but very meaningful as well. Please do download and use so that you too , can help spread the word about this condition.

Those of you who know me... know that I have become a big fan of Henriette's singing ( see bottom of blog for a box that holds several video/songs of Henriette ).

Well, Henriette and two more lovely ladies have gathered together for a live show on X Factor... You can see for yourself the "Magic" of their combined singing talent...

The favor that I have to ask is for you to take time to load a page and vote for the lovely ladies so that they can gain on the poll ratings. Christmas Gift Day 25 freebie

Hi Everyone ,

Here is Day 25 Christmas Gift to add to your folder ;-) Merry Christmas !! Sorry such a delay on getting this input out to you today. We had a nice Christmas dinner with my parents and shortly after , I did what I always say I'll never do........ went and laid down and zzzzzzzzzzzz. But I do have good reason. LOL. I was up late last night trying to get meringue to turn into meringue for the 2 lemon pies I made. No luck and believe me when I say I beat that stuff for about 2 hrs. I finally gave in, threw the non-meringue in the trash and got the dishes done up . I figured I'd give the meringue another try this morning. This time I got the meringue ready for one pie and dad beat the eggs and I gradually added the sugar and wala - meringue for the pie ( mom didn't know we were creating a second bowl for another pie eheh- so she spread it on both pies- ) but its a good thing she did because meringue bowl # 2 did not turn out. I guess the eggs whites are just too scared of the beaters or something this year. HAHA - well, I just don't know - sounds good to me. There was enough for the 2 pies anyhow so it all worked out.

We had 3 types of turkey - I mean cooked 3 different ways .. one grilled turkey breast , 1 oven roasted turkey and 1 deep fried turkey, ham, squash, mashed potatoes, olives ( green and black ) - green onions, pumpkin pie, apple pie, cranberries, cranberry jell , biscuits - gravy , stuffing and way too much to eat .....

So what all did you have and did you have any fun episodes with anything you were making that you can share your story with us about ( like the meringue being afraid of the beaters ? ) . I know I can't be the only one this happens to ...... cuz it happened to dad too haahhaah -

Together we are creating a scrap kit ( personal use only ) to give to you in bits so that when day 25 comes around - you'll have yourselves a full size completed scrap kit to use for your personal creations... Remember- please do not share the items you download- rather- send your friends - family to our blogs to download it the same way you did .... So create yourselves a folder named SotoAndTammyJosChristmasGift or something to that nature and come back daily to get the next gift - if you keep them all in one folder , it will be much easier for organizing and keeping track of -and making sure parts do not get mixed in with other items on your hard drive. Here is Day 21 Christmas Gift to add to your folder ;-) Today is also my youngest sons birthday. Gosh, where does the time go ? Wasn't he just born the other day ? LOL - Enjoy those wee ones even if they are coloring the walls - they grow way too fast. ( He's 17 btw - wowzers ! )
