The Hensley-Stovall Arcade has changed tenants since this 1925 photo. The store on the left is now a women’s clothing exchange. The restaurant on the right is advertising Coca Cola, Poinsettia Ice cream, cigars, cigarettes, sandwiches, candy, and Italian spaghetti “prepared to take home”.

The former home of John McBride was knocked down long ago to make room for a parking lot. Notice the house on the left side of the historic photograph is still standing and the alleyway on the right side is now the entrance to the parking lot.
