नई दिल्ली। स्कूली छात्रों पर किए गए एक अध्ययन के मुताबिक करीब 56 प्रतिशत बच्चों को स्मार्टफोन उपलब्ध नहीं है जबकि लॉकडाउन के दौरान 'ई-लर्निंग' के लिए यह एक आवश्यक उपकरण के रूप में उभरा है। यह अध्ययन 42,831 स्कूली छात्रों पर किया गया।

अध्ययन के नतीजों से यह प्रदर्शित होता है कि सर्वेक्षण में शामिल किए गए 43.99 प्रतिशत बच्चों को स्मार्टफोन उपलब्ध है और अन्य 43.99 प्रतिशत छात्रों को बेसिक फोन उपलब्ध है जबकि 12.02 प्रतिशत के पास इन दोनों में से कोई भी फोन उपलब्ध नहीं है। अध्ययन में कहा गया कि कुल 56.01 प्रतिशत बच्चों को स्मार्टफोन उपलब्ध नहीं है।

पंजाब सरकार ने लंगर, कम्यूनिटी किचेन की दी इजाजत, अनलॉक-1 पर जारी किया विशेष दिशा-निर्देश

पंजाब सरकार ने लंगर को भी दी मंजूरी, कहा- आदेश के तहत खाने और प्रसाद के वितरण में केंद्र सरकार की गाइडलाइंस का पालन जरूरी होगा।

पंजाब सरकार ने धार्मिक स्थलों को लेकर नई गाइडलाइंस जारी की हैं। इसमें प्रसाद के वितरण और लंगर-सामुदायिक रसोईघरों को खोलने की इजाजत दे दी गई है। राज्य के गृह विभाग की ओर से जारी आदेश के मुताबिक, लोगों को खाना देते समय केंद्र की गाइडलाइंस के तहत ही साफ-सफाई से जुड़े एहतियात बरतना जरूरी होगा।

बता दें कि एक दिन पहले ही पंजाब के मुख्यमंत्री अमरिंदर सिंह ने केंद्र पर निशाना साधते हुए केंद्रीय मंत्री हरसिमरत कौर बादल से लंगर और प्रसाद वितरण पर प्रतिबंध का मुद्दा सरकार के सामने उठाने के लिए कहा था। हालांकि, इसके 24 घंटे के अंदर ही पंजाब सरकार ने गाइडलाइंस की दोबारा समीक्षा की और लंगर-प्रसाद वितरण पर कोई प्रतिबंध की बात न मिलने के बाद इन्हें शुरू करने का आदेश जारी कर दिया।

आदेश में कहा गया है कि अब राज्य में सामुदायिक रसोईघर, लंगर और धार्मिक स्थलों पर प्रसाद वितरण की सुविधा शुरू की जा रही है। हालांकि, इस दौरान फिजिकल डिस्टेंसिंग के नियम और खाना बनाने और उसे बांटने के दौरान कोरोना से जुड़ी केंद्र सरकार की गाइडलाइंस का सख्ती से पालन करना जरूरी होगा। गौरतलब है कि सरकार ने अनलॉक-1 के तहत 8 जून से ही धार्मिक स्थलों को खोलने की छूट दे दी है। हालांकि, पहले दो दिन कई जगहों पर मंदिर, मस्जिदों और गुरुद्वारों को बंद ही रखा गया। जिन जगहों पर भी धार्मिक स्थल खुले, वहां काफी भीड़ नजर आई।

केंद्र सरकार की गाइडलाइंस के मुताबिक, धार्मिक स्थलों में लोगों को सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन कराना जरूरी होगा। इसकी जिम्मेदारी प्रबंधन की ही रहेगी। इसके अलावा इन जगहों पर नियमित सैनिटाइजेशन और स्क्रीनिंग की प्रक्रिया अपनाई जाएगी। इसके अलावा एक समय पर धर्मस्थल के अंदर 5 से ज्यादा लोगों के जाने पर भी प्रतिबंध लगाया गया है। मंदिर के अंदर सिर्फ ऐसे लोगों को जाने की छूट होगी, जिनमें कोरोना से जुड़े लक्षण नहीं हैं।

उबर ने शुरू की नई 'आवरली रेंटल्‍स' सर्विस, अब घंटों के हिसाब से बुक कर सकेंगे कार

उबर अपने ग्राहकों के लिए खास सुविधा लेकर आया है। इसके तहत वे अब कार घंटों के हिसाब से बुक कर सकेंगे। सोमवार को कंपनी ने 'आवरली रेंटल्‍स' (Hourly Rentals) नाम की इस सर्विस को शुरू किया है। यह ऑन-डिमांड सर्विस 24 घंटे सातों दिन उपलब्‍ध रहेगी। इस सर्विस के तहत लोग एक शहर से दूसरे में भी आ-जा सकते हैं।

कितना देना होगा किराया?

इस सेवा की शुरुआत 189 रुपयए घंटे/ प्रति 10 किमी पैकेज से होगी। इसमें राइडर्स को कई अन्य पैकेज भी ऑफर किए जाएंगे। लोग अपनी जरूरत के हिसाब से पैकेज चुन सकते हैं। इस सर्विस के तहत लोग अधिकतम 12 घंटे तक कार को बुक करा सकेंगे।

मिलेगी खुद की कार जैसी सुविधा

कंपनी ने बताया कि सफर करते हुए लोग जहां चाहेंगे, कार को रुकवा सकेंगे। इस दौरान ड्राइवर कार में ही रहेगा। बुकिंग के घंटों के दौरान वे कार को कहीं भी रोक और ले जा सकते हैं। कंपनी के अनुसार इसका मकसद ग्राहकों को अपनी कार जैसी सुविधा उपलब्‍ध कराना है।

इंजीनियरिंग, कॉर्मस, आर्ट या लॉ फैकल्टी में ग्रेजुएशन करने वाले युवाओं को अब स्मार्ट सिटी में इंटर्नशिप का मौका मिलेगा। केंद्रीय शहरी विकास मंत्रालय ने हाल ही में मानव संसाधन मंत्रालय के साथ मिलकर टूलिप यानी द अर्बन लर्निंग इंटर्नशिप प्रोग्राम लांच किया है। इसके तहत युवा स्मार्ट सिटी जैसी योजनाओं के साथ शहरी विकास से जुड़ी अन्य योजनाओं जैसे अमृत मिशन, प्रधानमंत्री शहरी आवास योजना, शहरी आजीविका मिशन आदि के तहत कार्यानुभव हासिल कर सकेंगे। इसके लिए टूलिप पोर्टल में फ्रेश ग्रेजुएट युवाओं को अपना आवेदन देना होगा। इसमें एक हजार शब्दों में शहर से जुड़ी समस्याओं और उसके निदान के बारे में एक सिनोप्सिस भी लिखना होगा। साथ ही ये जानकारी भी देनी होगी कि इसके समाधान के लिए वो क्या सोचते हैं। क्या कर सकते हैं। इंटर्नशिप की अवधि न्यूनतम आठ हफ्ते से अधिकतम एक साल तक के लिए होगी। दरअसल, ज्यादातर युवाओं को शैक्षणिक संस्थानों से निकलने के बाद कार्यानुभव के लिए मौके नहीं मिल पाते हैं। ऐसे में ये पहल उनके लिए बेहद उपयोगी साबित होने की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है।

चीन की कंपनी शाओमी (Xiaomi) अपनी 'किलर' सीरीज के तहत आज नए स्मार्टफोन लाने जा रही है। शाओमी, Redmi K20 और Redmi K20 Pro भारत में लॉन्च करेगी। साथ ही, शाओमी अपनी K सीरीज का स्पेशल वर्जन भी आज लॉन्च करेगी। यह गोल्ड Redmi K20 Pro होगा। इस स्पेशल वेरियंट की कीमत 4.8 लाख रुपये हो सकती है। चीन के सोशल मीडिया प्लैटफॉर्म Weibo पर Redmi K20 Pro के स्पेशल एडिशन की फुल बैक फोटो रिलीज हुई है।
