While cutting up a side street I came across this wonderful wall. I didn't want to capture everything, just the parts that mattered.

At a waterfall not far form Quebec City I saw these roots working their way along a rock wall. I liked the texture.

This took a bit to get since my daughter was so busy trying to take a picture of me, that she wouldn't let me take one of her! Still, I managed to grab it.

I captured a lot of beautiful pictures of my daughter and her friends on her birthday, but something about this picture captivates me. the rest are all very nice with bright eyes and painted plaster figures, but this one has a fun factor.

I finally took my camera out for a real spin. While I tend to spend my time on composition, I'd like to move deeper into the abstract. I've done some of this in the past, but not much. Puddles tend to offer quite a bit of opportunity here, but I wonder if that's just a cop-out.
