I used Basic Grey and Soft Sky inks, Cherry Cobbler, Sahara Sand, Soft Sky cardstock. Celebrate is from Celebrate You Thinlets. The swirl is from Swirly Scribbles Thinlets. I used Wink of Stella on the flower center.

Waterfront Stampin' Up! Card

I love the Waterfront stamp set from Stampin' Up! stamp set. I used the Aqua pen to smooth out mountains and to add sky. I put some shimmer on the water with a Wink of Stella.

I stamped Love from Wonderful Words, and doilies from Delicate Doilies in Versamark ink and then heat embossed with white embossing powder. I added a bow of Night of Navy corduroy ribbon. The children are my grandchildren.

I love how quickly and easily this came together. I have lots of Stampin' Up! coordinating products and that makes it easy to pick materials out that go together. There are two panels of 9 x 12, but I had this frame that fit the two. Not liking the line down the middle, but I love how this turned out. Matching colors in my bedroom bedding was an extra. I spent two days on it from picking papers, buttons, other materials to finishing. Hope you have a wonderful day,

I won an Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements 11 bundle by entering a photo of a kitten we adopted. She is so precious. Just thought I would say she is a winner and a keeper lol :-)

It has been a great pleasure to be a demonstrator for almost nine years with Stampin' Up! I was lucky enough to meet Shelli at an Atlanta regional and so many great demonstrators and stampers all over. She was going around and meeting demonstrators and their guests at their tables. She offered to hold a baby for someone so they could complete their project. Leadership by example leaves a good impression. (Good golly my hair was curly lol ) The Stampin' Up! community is truly a giving sharing community and comes together so often for the sake of others. I wish you much success and will continue buying your products for all the same wonderful reasons I started so many years ago.

Medical issues and job situation for my husband have caused many decisions to be made this year and to be dropped from being a demonstrator is one of those. Customers deserve someone who can be there to help them use the products and become their mentors sometimes. I have no regrets to being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator, only good memories.

I hope to very soon begin the search for a home with a "studio" so I can start playing around with inks, card stock, stamps, embellishments, oh and everything stamping/scrapbooking related! Then I hope to post again to my blog.

Wow so long since I posted. As I have not finished my Christmas cards yet :-( I am sharing two cards I made for two of my adult sons' birthdays in September. I cannot remember whose blog I saw the Angry Bird card on. I did a search and found several, so thanks to whomever designed that card. Hi again! So long since I posted last. This has been one of the most challenging times of my life physically. I am thankful I was able to stamp today and while these products are not longer available, you can substitute with your colors and designer series paper. I watercolored the bluebird on Very Vanilla with the aqua painter. Sorry for so few details, but I do not have the strength to add them.

I am so happy I am able to post today. Life has been very challenging physically this year. Thanks for your patience.

I made this card for my oldest son and his wife's first anniversary. I thought it turned out very pretty. I used 4 mini pearls cut from a strand of Stampin' Up! Basic Pearls. Those are such a great value!

I love this stamped image. So cute with hearts flying all around. This is one of three cards for a January Stamp Camp this Saturday. I love the colors. I used lots of new products from the Occasions Mini. Stamp set is Take It to Heart. I also used Adorning Accents Textured Impressions Embossing folder. The hearts were cut out with the new Hearts Collection Framelits Dies. Those are so cool You can clearly center your stamped image in the die and get a perfect cut. This Occasion Mini has so many great products and now for every $50 you spend in Stampin' Up! products, you can pick a Sale-a-Bration item. I made this card from a One Sheet Wonder pattern I found on the internet. I used Sincere Snowflakes in Pool Party, Marina Mist, and Pacific Point Classic Inks on Whisper White card stock. The sentiment is from Teeny Tiny Wishes. Love this card! This is a sketch challenge from Try Stampin' On Tuesday.

The snowflakes were punched from Whisper White which was sprayed with shimmer spray I made with alcohol and our Frost White Shimmer Paint. Please be careful if you use an alcohol spray. Make sure to use it in a well ventilated area. I will be sharing more of the cards shown below in the next week or two.
