• 1 sobre de gelatina de&amp;nbsp; limón o naranja (opcional)&lt;br /&gt;
• 1 vaso de agua&lt;br /&gt;
• 1 vaso de zumo de&amp;nbsp; limón o naranja&lt;br /&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;5 cucharadas &amp;nbsp;de azúcar&lt;br /&gt;
•&amp;nbsp;un bote de &amp;nbsp;leche condensada&lt;br /&gt;
• Bizcochos sobaos pasiegos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Se calienta el agua y al comenzar a hervir se añade la gelatina&lt;br /&gt;
se disuelve bien &amp;nbsp;para que no se hagan grumos. A continuación se&lt;br /&gt;
añade laleche condensada, el zumo y el azúcar y cuando rompa a hervir&lt;br /&gt;
nuevamente se retira y se pone en un molde normal dejando que se&lt;br /&gt;
enfríe cuando este un poco cuajado se disponen &amp;nbsp;los sobaos pasiegos cubriendo toda la tarta (ten &amp;nbsp;cuidado de que no se hundan) se tapa&lt;br /&gt;
con papel de plata y se pone en el frigorífico hasta que cuaje..&lt;br /&gt;
A la hora de servir, se desmolda con cuidado &amp;nbsp;en una fuente , le puedes espolvorear por encima&amp;nbsp; ralladura de la piel del limón o la naranja o decorar con rodajas.&lt;br /&gt;
NOTA: puedes remplazar el bote de leche condensada por 400ml de nata, en este caso tendras que aumentar la cantidad de azucar al doble o mas.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;h2&gt;INGREDIENTES&lt;/h2&gt;&amp;nbsp;-4 tazas de sandía troceada en dados pequeños&lt;br /&gt;
-1 / 3 taza de azúcar&lt;br /&gt;
- 3&amp;nbsp; hojas de menta&lt;br /&gt;
-jugo de 1 limón&lt;br /&gt;
Comience por quitar la corteza de la sandía y cortar la sandía en&amp;nbsp;dados pequeños. Es más fácil si se utiliza&amp;nbsp; sandía sin semillas, pero si&amp;nbsp; compra una con semillas tendrá que retirarlas antes de hacer el pure.A continuación coloque todos los ingredientes en una licuadora o procesador de alimentos triture todo hasta hacerlo pure y viertalo en los moldes de polo&amp;nbsp;, lleve al congelador por espacio de 8 horas…y ha disfrutar!&lt;br /&gt;
NOTA . si el helado no va a ser consumido por niños puede agregar un&amp;nbsp; poco de vodka si lo desea.&lt;br /&gt;

Mezclaremos las yemas de huevo con la leche condensada, añadiremos las almendras y el vaso de agua o la leche entera, batiremos muy bien, recomiendo en batidora.&lt;br /&gt;
Después de bien batido adicionaremos las claras de los huevos batidas a punto de nieve, mezclando a mano.&lt;br /&gt;
Tendremos el molde para flan caramelizado, verteremos la crema de almendras y coceremos sin tapar en el horno microondas a máxima potencia.&lt;br /&gt;
Decorar con almendras peladas, guindas y nata montada.&lt;br /&gt;

- 1 mango maduro&lt;br /&gt;
-1 aguacate maduro&lt;br /&gt;
-langostinos o gambas cocidas&lt;br /&gt;
-lechuga&lt;br /&gt;
-un limon o &amp;nbsp;lima&lt;br /&gt;
-crema de vinagre balsamico&lt;br /&gt;
PARA LA SALSA COCTEL&lt;br /&gt;
ketchup&lt;br /&gt;
mahonesa&lt;br /&gt;
salsa perrins&lt;br /&gt;
ron o whisky&lt;br /&gt;

lavamos bien la lechuga secamos y reservamos, partimos en cascos el aguacate, el mango y disponemos sobre la lechuga, pelamos las gambas&amp;nbsp; y las añadimos rociamos todo con el zumo de lima, aparte preparamos una salsa coctel con&amp;nbsp; 4 cucharadas de mahonesa, 2 de ketchup,, unas gotas de salsa perrins y un chorro de ron o whisky, mezclamos todo hasta que quede una salsa uniforme,&amp;nbsp; la disponemos en el centro de la ensalada o servimos en una salsera al gusto de cada uno,decoramos con crema de modena para darle un toque mas exotico.&lt;br /&gt;

500 cc de nata para montar 35% materia grasa.&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr de chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;
2 cucharadas de mantequilla.&lt;br /&gt;
100 gr de azúcar.&lt;br /&gt;
2 sobres de estabilizante para natas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify" itxtvisited="1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify" itxtvisited="1"&gt;Preparación:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div align="justify" itxtvisited="1"&gt;Deshacer el chocolate al baño maría, o en microondas, cuidando que no se queme. Añadirle las dos cucharadas de mantequilla y mezclar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div align="justify" itxtvisited="1"&gt;En unas hojas de acetato extender el chocolate bien fino. Dejar secar un rato. Cuando este seco con un cuchillo raspar por encima del acetato y saldrán las láminas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify" itxtvisited="1"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify" itxtvisited="1"&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Montar la nata con el azúcar y cuando esté medio montada añadir el estabilizante.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Después ya es ir intercalando capas de chocolate y nata utilizando una manga pastelera con la boquilla rizada.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
