Well, its more than a cookbook, a culinary travelogue – Mangoes and Curry Leaves, by Jeffrey Alford and Naomi Duguid. The book take us through the Great Indian Subcontinent – India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
