I didn't want to call for help. So I thought I could ditch the kayak and swim to shore. I was already exhausted from kayaking, swam twenty to thirty minutes, was exhausted didn't get anywhere.
At that point I was two to three miles from shore, it was getting dark, water was mid sixties, no one knew I was out there. No boaters were around.
What saved me was the fact I bought a new cell phone the DAY before, I had lost my cell phone a month before, and didn't decide to get a new one till that day.
I never carry my cell phone with me kayaking except for the fact I discovered like five minutes before my trip it fit in my waterproof case which has never fit any of my previous cell phones. For some odd reason I carried it and the case kept the cell phone dry.
I was able to call for help.

Coast guard picked me up, somehow I was able conceal the gun, cops where every where. My leg muscles cramped up as soon as I got on the boat. The medics asked me to take off my shirt that was concealing the gun, I refused medical treatment and left.

I could have died, and gotten screwed with illegally carrying my gun.

I want to get a simple small black tattoo with that date on it.

I know its not really a really crazy situation, but for me it shows my commitment to being armed even if it means death or prison, the ability of me to conceal my gun.
Mostly I have never really believed in God, but for some reason I have the feeling that God thought it wasn't may day to go, and he saved me. Too many coincidences and my stupidity didn't contribute anything to save me. I have been kind of down my whole life. I want to be able to look at that tattoo and be like obviously God values your life, he has a plan for you, you should probably value your own more cause God does and it's worth living.

and yes i have tattoos.. why would i want to be a tattoo artist if i knew nothing about it?. Anyways,purchasing a tattoo machine is not illegal here,so i will do so,without breaking any laws,theres nothing wrong about practicing on "tattoo skin".
