What is the difference between the Raspberry Pi and the Arduino?

2017-07-15T18:45:00.001+01:00

We will learn from this blog about the most important differences between Raspberry Pi and Arduino, both of which are widely known in the electronics world, because of the possibilities of manufacturing and installing electronic projects such as robots and mini software.

What is the difference between the two pieces?

The Andruino is a microcontroller motherboard, which plays a small computer running one program at a time. It is an electronic piece that is easy to use.

The Raspberry Pi is a general purpose computer that often supports Linux and has the ability to run different programs and applications simultaneously. It is a hard-to-use piece compared to its rival Arduino.

How can I use each piece?

The Arduino panel is the best choice if you want to run the same program frequently. For example, this widget enables you to open and close the door of the hopper, set the external temperature, run a simple robot.

Raspberry Pi can be used when you need an integrated mini-computer. You can use it for example: running complex robots at the same time, performing a variety of tasks at the same time, performing intensive calculations (such as encryption and currency) Betquin).

You can review this post, which explains the various uses of the Raspberry Pi:

How can I choose which two pieces is best suited to me?

You can choose which pieces are best suited to you by the good knowledge of your project. If you are able to determine the number of tasks that the project requires you to do, you can choose the following: If your project requires you to do more than two tasks, the best piece that will suit you is the Raspberry Pi , Otherwise I recommend you buy the Arduino board.

To illustrate the picture further, I suggest you read this example:

"My project requires me to monitor the plants of my garden, and warn me whenever I need these plants to water, and I want to lose the atmosphere, if it is moderate I want to operate the irrigation system, but if the atmosphere is rainy or rosy, the regime wants to cancel the irrigation process," This situation will be the most appropriate option for you is the Raspberry Pi, and this requires the project to do many of the tasks and that according to a set of conditions.

design:

With every new phone from Huawei, it impresses me with its designs for its phones. The Mitt 9 Pro is the phone that impressed me now because it shows me how Huawei has mastered its work very much, especially since there was a belief that anything Chinese should be bad and Huawei today proves the opposite. Even compared to Mitt 9 I find the Pro version I find much nicer.

Of course, it is clear that the design style of this phone is similar to Samsung's recent style of design for its latest phones. Huawei has moved from its usual identity to apply something quite different but I find that people will accept the design as beautiful.

Compared to the Mate 9, the Pro version comes as thinner as Huawei is interested in detail such as the back lines and the front of the phone, as it passed the fingerprint to be ahead and I am sure that this design will remind many of you Samsung phones.

One of the things that added to the device more aesthetic design is the curved screen in my opinion.

screen:

This is perhaps the first experience of a curved screen phone for Huawei. When I saw the phone in pictures, I thought it was curved like Samsung phones but in fact I found that its bend is very light but it does not mention the degree of bending in this phone reminded me of the BlackBerry phone which also has a slight bend .

The bending of this phone is even lower than the Note 7 (which Samsung has reduced its bending compared to its predecessor), now this thing is positive or negative? I think it depends on the person himself.

For me, his grandmother is positive. The reason is that he added aesthetic to the phone. In addition, during my use of the device, I did not accidentally press the buttons on the screen as it did with Samsung phones, and perhaps the same reason that forced Samsung to reduce the degree of bending in Notes 7, although not explicitly mentioned.

One of the extra things that makes this screen very nice is that it comes from AMOLED type and with precision of QHD and it is not usually Huawei to use this type and this resolution of the screen so I find it the most beautiful screen provided by Huawei so far.

system:

In the past two years, Huawei's criticism of Huawei has been all around. Now I have to mention that Huawei already listened to us as critics or users themselves, so this latest version of its interface has improved a lot.

As for the design, the interface has become much more beautiful. Over the past year, it has accepted the installation of the interfaces after it was banned, and now within the new update, open applications and the top menu have greatly improved its design, making it similar to the raw Android.

In addition, the system of alerts improved a lot, and the interface is very fast and this is of course important, especially that this phone has 6 GB Ram and this interface does not consume much and therefore naturally be very fast.

Apart from designing the system there are many new features, including the following:

Add the Apps drawer button after many users have requested it, and you have the option to add or exclude it.

The system has artificial intelligence that enables you to follow your style by using and opening applications, which will make it faster when you request to open applications next time.

You can now clone some applications to access more than one account such as WatSab.

Unfortunately, this feature so far does not support all applications, so Huawei should send an update that supports more applications, such as Snapshots or others.

Of course you can control the bottom buttons and their places, and you still have the ability to open two applications with each other and the most features in the system.

In short, the Huawei system is almost mature after a series of phones launched by Huawei and seems to be no longer developing its interface anytime soon.

Camera:

With this phone you have two back lenses in cooperation with Leica - the camera company - and I thought it was exactly the same as the dead 9 but there seem to be minor differences.

Initially you have the same features:

The isolation feature is here and it is the same feature that I previously reviewed within Mate 9 but I noticed that there are improvements in system aspect which made it better and more beautiful.

The optical zoom is still there, but the phone is capable of optical approximation of two rather than four times as much as within Mate 9 and this was a strange decision.

For the Mate 9 and Mate 9 Pro cameras, they are so close that you may not differentiate them so you do not have to worry about the difference, which I find overall for leading phones - but it's definitely not the best.

The positive side of the matter is that Huawei has started to gradually rise in the market of cameras and learning, for example a while ago was very bad cameras in this area, while now become the progress of competing cameras in a short time and this makes me optimistic where next year will be.

The camera is very sensitive to vibrations and I think it could have made the video more stable. It can still improve this with system tweaks. You do not need to wait for a new phone. .

The second point you have to work on is staying steady while using the night mode. It is very sensitive and it will never work if you are using the phone with your hand while shooting so you will need a tripod and the fact that all people are using their hands that will not be fixed as needed.

battery:

The battery in this phone comes in large size and Huawei says that the phone lasts for two days, and I think that the dispute will continue for ever and the reason that everyone uses the phone in its own style, there are those who use it with something light and there are those who use it to broadcast the Internet to other devices, which consumes a lot of battery for this depends Your style should be fully used and you know your style.

Personally, the phone used the normal use of Internet browsing, watching videos, social networking, and e-mail. And the most important thing is that the battery is able to withstand a day and a half today, so we can say that the phone battery is able to hold until the end of the day of course.

The thing that distinguishes this phone, of course, is the charger. There are a lot of fast shipping techniques, but Huawei's shipping technology may be the fastest shipping technology available in the market today. With this charger and the technology, you can charge your phone's battery by about 60% within half an hour of charging and do not forget that battery capacity is not simple.

Miscellaneous:

The device has an external headset below as is usually Huawei, but now it has activated the earpiece to be another headset and this improved the level and clarity of sound and make the experience a little better but I hope you put the speakers both face the phone.

As for the fingerprint, its position on the front of the phone and found it a better point than the back, because the presence of fingerprint behind the phone is very troublesome when the phone on the table and then I would open it to access anything.

Are you wondering if the phone has a headphone jack? The portal is still there.

But each country has a way of dealing with these threats, which will not end. But what has Russia done to deal with the latest ransom virus?

Russia is undoubtedly one of the advanced countries in the field of protection and electronic security, one of the countries that has high capabilities in the field of hackers and breakthroughs, but did you imagine that Russia would use a priest to confront the dangerous virus!

This is what happened. The Russian Orthodox Patriarch was summoned to the Ministry of State for Internal Affairs to sprinkle "holy water" on the servers to protect them from ransom. In Russia, there is no separation between church and state. The Orthodox Church is considered one of the most important institutions in the country. It has an important relationship with the Russian government. As its leader, Patriarch Kirill Moscow has close cooperation with President Vladimir Putin on matters of state!

A collection of photographs of this process has been published, a picture widely known on the Internet. Many people will wonder about the role of "holy water" in protecting servers from potential attacks.

Of course, this is not the first time that one of the pastors or clerics has been helped to do such things.

The reason for the proliferation of software is largely the hacking tools and vulnerabilities used by the US National Security Agency "NSA" hacked by a group of hackers a week ago to the network, the Ransomware used in the process is WanaCrypt0r 2.0, we have previously mentioned the launch of Microsoft to a set of security updates to patch holes that Hackers, so the hardware update is a large part of the protection against this software.

Microsoft says third-party software developers must improve the security of their update mechanism, adding that strong encryption is essential because of the increasing number of attacks trying to hijack these systems.

The company said it is now working with the company's parent company to solve the problem and improve its security mechanisms

YouTube seems to be bringing new features to its users on the Android system, where future updates can provide pop-up video commentary windows, which are currently experimental and have only a limited number of users.

The new YouTube feature has been included in the latest update to the YouTube app on Google Play Store, a server-side update, where only a few users can get it, however, it means that Google intends to bring this feature to all future YouTube users near.

In the new update there are a number of videos displayed on each page, the comments must first be activated in order to appear. In addition, YouTube has placed the display icon below each video in the app, between the thumbs up button and the Publish button. When users click on the icon, Comments are top of the "Next" section, while another button hides completely.

The new way to read comments is definitely faster as they show comments only to users who actually want to read them. In addition, the Enable Comments icon contains a counter at the top, with the number of comments posted for that particular video listed.
