Vấn đề nằm ở chỗ là do máy mới mua về, một số chức năng mặc định chưa được bật nên các chương trình không thể hoạt động được. Trong đó có 1 số chức năng quan trọng như WebScan ... thì để bật tắt người dùng phải vào được chức năng "Enable Disable Menu", mà cái này thì nhiều người lại không để ý nên không vào được. Việc cần để ý là cách vào được mục "Enable Disable Menu" để có thể Bật/Tắt hoặc cấu hình đúng các chức năng cần thiết là được. P/s: TDMIT đã thử máy này với máy tính cài Windows 7, Windows 7 SP1 64Bit thì thấy Driver rất khó cài (không tìm thấy kết nối qua cáp USB hoặc không thấy IP tĩnh đã đặt cho máy in, ..) nếu cài từ trình Setup, chương trình HP Scan không hoạt động ... dù Driver được tải Full bộ mới nhất từ chính trang chủ của hãng, còn nếu dùng Driver - Universal Printer Driver thì có vẻ dễ hơn nhưng cũng thấy nhiều vấn đề có vẻ không được hỗ trợ đầy đủ lắm.
