We’ve Gone Nationwide!

Teach Me Apple has recently launched and become a nationwide company.

We are doing Remote Computer training throughout the entire United States. Using a super secure and simple remote log in system that makes training anywhere a breeze (for the Trainer and the client).

How does the process work?
We’re glad you asked:

Go to TeachMeApple.com/sign-up/ and fill out the following signup form for your Training Session.

Make your reservation payment (one hour of training in advance) to reserve your date and time requested.

You’ll then receive an email with a confirmation of your reserved date and time.

On your training date, you will be sent a second email that will include a Remote Log in Link.

Click on the link, follow the instructions and we will then be able to provide you with Remote Training, That’s it!

The Teach Me Apple Website has received a face lift! it has been long needed so we made it happen. If you would like to tell us your thoughts about what you like or don’t like on the new site we would love to hear it.

Keyboard Shortcuts :)

Who wouldn’t love a quicker, more efficient way to do things on any apple system? I don’t know! There are many people out there that have spent hours to compile lists of keyboard shorcuts (and since I believe in working smarter & not harder), here are a few good links.

Forward Delete.

This is a very easy step that saves me a lot of time, I thought it might be nice to share because I didn’t find out about it until a little while ago.

When someone wants to delete in the forward direction on a windows computer they just hit the delete key on their keyboard, and when they wan to delete backwards, they hit the backspace key. On the Apple keyboards we only have the option of a delete key that deletes in a backwards direction.

Is there anyway to delete in a forward direction? Yes! just hold down your function key and hit the delete key at the same time. It really works! I even used it while writing this post.
